Jose came in two hours, after investigated the problem areas in our two bathroom, he gave a very clear explanation on what the problems were and how to fix them. He fixed the problems in the same afternoon, he was quick, very professional and communicate very well. Job accomplished with quality and speed. I would certainly recommend it.

Mr. Rooter's employee Jesus Arreola was totally focused on getting the job done. He was extremely knowlegable about tankless water heaters, and all of the codes and rules regarding their installation. He even went beyond the call of duty in a few instances, generously fixing some things that would normally be the owner's responsibility. His install was clean and straight, and is something we will be proud to show off for many years to come. Great guy, who was generous with his knowledge. I learned a lot just watching him work.

Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

The Emory Plumbing team saved us :) We had an emergency gas leak + lock out. The Plumbing Tree has been a pleasure to work with! I had them replace two 1980s toilets that were super small and leaky. The options in terms of toilet replacement were great and high quality. Toto toilets are well known so I knew I was getting a quality product and installation with Plumbing Tree. I joined their Customer Program which included an en-longated warranty on the equipment and a 10% on total cost of work. Also the pricing was all inclusive. Cost of equipment and work was already factored in and knowing the costs of Toto toilets I thought it was well worth the price! Not to mention Tony and office staff were super easy to work with. Great team, honestly, I know I'll be working them whenever I have any plumbing work that needs to be done. I am going to replace some sinks soon, and re-do laundry connections at some point as well. So I'm definitely going to use their Customer Program! I highly recommend Plumbing Tree!!

Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!
