Best Heater Repair in San Diego CA

I've had Discount Plumber to my apartment twice now for emergencies and both times have been exceptional. They get here usually within the hour of calling and always want to make sure everything is okay before they leave. Jose came and fixed our toilet recently and was able to price match a discounted price for us. I can't recommend Jose and Discount Plumbing high enough!

This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient.

We are in escrow to purchase a house. My agent set it up with PIC who quoted $350 for a sewer scope to our agent. 30 minutes before the appointment, the plumber called to tell me that the cost is $1200. When I asked why the costs went up, the plumber said it was because this was an escrow and the bid could get used for us to bid for another company to do the repair. Regardless if the home is in escrow or if a person already owns the home, a sewer scope can always be used for another company to do a repair. Bad excuse and poor business ethics. This is an attempt at taking advantage of people on a tight timeline, who may or may not be informed of what the quoted rate. A sewer scope should never be more than $400.

Gabriel was the plumber sent to take care of my plumbing issue by Bill Howe. I was a bit nervous at first. I've had many plumbers in the past come out to preform services; however, he was by far the fastest and best I've had out,! He was knowledgeable and very clear on his estimates of services. Mr. Rooter's employee Jesus Arreola was totally focused on getting the job done. He was extremely knowlegable about tankless water heaters, and all of the codes and rules regarding their installation. He even went beyond the call of duty in a few instances, generously fixing some things that would normally be the owner's responsibility. His install was clean and straight, and is something we will be proud to show off for many years to come. Great guy, who was generous with his knowledge. I learned a lot just watching him work.

Michael was awesome. He was super conscientious and explained all our options. I totally trusted his recommendations. Rather than rip up all the pipes and replace them as our only option, which another plumber told us we needed (to the tune of $35k), Michael gave us several different options, which cost much less. I’d use PAWS again in a heartbeat.

Great service and reasonable pricing. On a Sunday afternoon most people are closed but he came right out. I called him up to look at a busted water valve. He came out within 30' and fixed it right up. Did a great job.
