Good evening - just wanted to say that my husband and I are happy with the service we received for our tech Bryan Olson. He was very good at explaining the problem with our a/c unit and gave us two quotes for repairs. He took his time to make sure that everything was working correctly and again explained everything that was done to repair the unit.

Matt came by to disassemble our faucet/sink and gas cooktop stove. The stove ended up becoming more of a hassle to disassemble than expected, but Matt stuck it out, figured it out, and finished the job, all the while being delicate with our appliances. This was also a last-minute service we needed, which the company accommodated in one day with an estimate, and second day out to do the job. We couldn’t be more appreciative! Now we can demo our kitchen carefully and get to those renovations! Thanks Matt! Can’t wait to have you back for assembly.

I was most pleased with the honesty shown by the plumber who came out and addressed an issue with the garbage disposal. He could have easily recommended a new disposal but quickly pointed out that my disposal was newer and just needed a blade adjustment. I also appreciated his calling me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. These things one would think would be basic service but there are a lot of guys out there ready and willing to take advantage of customers. I'm glad this plumber wasn't one of them and I would highly recommended Bill Howe.

They came out the same day I called. The price was reasonable and the technician, Luis, was very friendly.

7am: Woke up to a cold shower, and confirmed our suspicions the water tank had retired from service life. Not ideal, but boiling the kettle for baths is not sustainable.10am: So I searched on Yelp, found Paws Plumbing, and they responded immediately. Scheduled a free inspection/quotation.1:00pm: Keith and Mike arrived, on time! After I approved the quote, they started right away. Replaced our Hot Water Tank, disposed of the old one, and talked me through some basic troubleshooting.4:30pm: Hot water flowing only 3.5 hours after they arrived! Great work, very friendly guys, and i'm grateful to have found Paws Plumbing !! It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. I needed to re-pipe my house, so I got a few bids from different companies. I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing because they were competitive, and they had availability to start right away. They were very organized and communicative. I got a text message every time they were on their way on who was coming to work in the house. They looked for ways to perform the work with minimal damage to the house and were able to re-pipe the shower without destroying any tile. During the process they helped me trouble shoot some other things that came up and offered good solutions. They also helped me with the permitting process by creating drawings and attending the rough-in inspection. Aaron and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were honesty and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Ryan replaced all angle stops (faucets & toilet) and the shower cartridges. As part of the service, Ryan was able to clean some build-up in the water lines to enable great water flow. Professional, knowledgeable and complete. Highly recommend!
