Best Heater Installation in San Diego CA

I wanted to leave this review for the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I needed to install a sink in my garage and was completely out of my skill set to complete it myself. Victor came over and game me a free estimate. Unfortunately the work was a little more than I was willing to pay since I will not be at this residence for much longer but that is because of my ignorance of how much is involved to make it happen. These guys are total professionals and I just wanted to thank them for making the time to help me understand what I'm facing with this project and treating me as valuable even though I chose not to commit at the time. You can guarantee I will call then when I'm ready to go forward at my new residence. Highly recommended!

Aaron was professional, came in between the time he said he was going to come, and knew what he was doing. Came in and out in about 30 minutes. Fixed our shower on and off valve. Very happy with his work and will definitely be calling PIC for future services and asking for Aaron, also will recommend to friends and family.

My toilet accidentally overflowed causing water damage to my unit and the neighboring unit.I didn’t know a plumber and contacted one recommended to me by another worker on the property.The plumber was from a different company, came out and rebuilt my toilet with new parts, but even after I had the work confirmed by a leak detection company as having “NO Leaks”, the Restoration company observed the toilet leaking under the tank. This was within 3 weeks of the repairs from a plumber I couldn’t find a license number for or on BBB.I did a google search and found Core Plumbing with a BBB rating of A+ and good reviews. The owner, Don, spoke to me over the phone and listened to my situation and status of construction and repairs. He recommended work could be done upon completion of reconstruction.My situation was somewhat unusual and challenging as my neighbor had threatened to sue me over an “accident” and my being subjected to her emotional and reactive behavior with her writing the HOA and telling them lies.Needless to say, with this stress and the added stress of covid and people coming in and out my unit, it took every ounce of my energy to remain positive and take care of the issues at hand.Core Plumbing/Don and his crew were understanding as I told them not to discuss anything with neighbors. They were professional and knew their craft.Eric took pride in his work and is very ethical and professional. Don made recommendations to assure I would receive the best product and service.Tim and his helper made sure all residents in the building were notified of a possible water shut off and preparing for the return work.Upon removal of the toilet, Don recommended a new flange to assure the new toilet was seated properly as the old one was worn and sunk in.This involved another procedure which included another day to wait and I was without my only toilet overnight.Don and Eric returned the next day and not only did they do a beautiful job installing and testing the product, they took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had.Because of the “sensitivity” of my situation to make sure there would be no further leaks, all steps during the process was inspected by owner Don and I learned the difference between real professional plumbers and the first gentleman I used.Don went out of his way going beyond what he was required to do to make sure I was taken care of and felt safe with a new toilet and professional installation.Thank you! I recommended them highly! Plumbing isn’t a cheap service and if you need to get plumbing done, it would be best to call the best company and avoid unnecessary costs later!I learned my lesson with the first guy and could have used that money elsewhere. Now I feel comfortable in my home and know if I have any issues whatsoever, I can call Don and have it handled.Core Plumbing - you have won my confidence! Thank you! We have used Anderson Plumbing for all of our recent plumbing issues. Each time, they have been very communicative, on time, and able to resolve the problem quickly and easily. Josue did a great job explaining the issue and letting us know what steps we can take to avoid issues in the future. PLUS they have a 90 day haute tee that if the clog happens again, they will come out and fox it free of charge. Seriously the best service and the best crew!

Bill Howe plumbing is great! Martin came in first for free estimate and did installation of water softener system and programming in my house. He was really kind and very professional. Paws plumbing was amazing. We needed a toilet replaced and we were going back and forth with our home warranty. Decided to just get the replacement done on our own and it was well worth it. Paws came out the same day we contacted them and gave us a great estimate with multiple price options. Michael was our technician and he did an excellent job with the installation of the new toilet. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely do business with this company again.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

Our upstairs shower had a clogged drain, so I called Rooter Hero based off of a flyer I received in the mail. Aaron was so professional and friendly. He did a great job of informing me of what the issue was and his plans to resolve. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received today. I will request him personally if we have any future needs.

Charlie was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came out on a rush, fixed a leaky faucet and was very reasonable on with his charge.

We had an emergency plumbing issue at our very fast paced Veterinary hospital and they were able to come out within 2 hours and get us back up and running! Guys were super nice and very professional! Will be using them again for our plumbing needs!

I purchased the AC tune up voucher via Angie's List. I was having AC problems of my unit not cooling at my current residence. I have another property but clearly stated in my written request, and then when booking my appointment with the customer service woman. On my scheduled date, the technician never came. When I called the office to see where he was, they said they sent him to my San Marcos home. I live Downtown. They ended up sending Billy hours after my scheduled window. He diagnoses of the malfunction was that I have a very old unit, they no longer make parts for and would have to replace the entire unit. Without that kind of money, I sent Billy on his way and turned on a fan.About a month later, my tenants in my San Marcos home called with an AC problem. I needed a quick turn around, and without seeking another company, I still had My Plumber in my call history so quickly called them. They assured me fast service and would coordinate a service time with my tenants while keeping me informed. They sent me the confirmation email so I was aware of when they would show up. So you can imagine my disappointment when my tenants called me to tell me that they never showed! They took time off work as this was scheduled 72 hours prior to service appointment. I was pissed! I immediately called the office and questioned the business and their customer service integrity! She said it was a scheduling error and they would send someone first thing the next day. Around 1pm Billy showed up. He diagnosed the AC malfunction to a dirty filter and when the tenants told him they thought it was leaking, he said it was a clogged condenser pipe that he flushed. He also found mold. Related to the leaking AC, but not due to My Plumber due to lack of knowledge of the leak ( separate issue). The only good coming out of my experience is that I was made aware of Mold.Needless to say a lot of follow up has been necessary due to the mold issue. Including myself going to see the issue along with the insurance company. The condenser pipe is still leaking. Still causing moisture. And because we thought is was fixed, still contributing to the mold issue.My Plumber not only failed TWICE at scheduling a technician to come out, but they couldn't even fix the problem when there. I would highly recommend not using My Plumber and finding a different company. I have!

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. He did a great job and explained what was misplumbed previously. Doug, (#388), showed me all the problems and overcame them. I have used Freddy and his team to inspect my sewer line (had roots). He was able to help me solve the problem for much less than the quotes from 2 larger companies. Freddy and his team also installed a total home water filtration system. Good people, fair and straight forward. Would recommend.
