I can’t say enough good things about my first experience with Discount Plumbing! I called and was able to get someone to come out within an hour which was amazing. I was told Jose would be contacting me and would give me a closer time of arrival. Jose called within 10 minutes and gave me an ETA... He showed up on time nd was incredibly polite, professional and really nice! He gave me quote and started in on the job.. what should have been an easy replacement of a bathroom faucet turned out to be a much more in-depth job... My faucet had Ben leaking for a very long time and was so rusted together it took Jose over an hour to get it off.. Jose kept me in the loop every step of the way and was very careful not to harm my granite countertops.. He was relentless and finally got my old faucet off and put my new one on. I will absolutely use Discount Plumbing again... It isn’t easy to find a company and individual who is committed to closing a great job and customer satisfaction, but Discount Plumbing and Jose are! Call them, you’ll be impressed and happy!

They came twice to align with the management, the effort is greatly appreciated. Did it on time and on a short notice.

Don came out, within two hours of the first call, to scope the job and gave us an honest opinion on what needed to be done to fix the problem. I called Anderson to repair an outside shutoff valve for the house water main. The house is very old, i.e. built in 1923 and some of the plumbing is likely that old. The technician, Abel Pedraza, was faced with a daunting task but redesigned the configuration and also installed a pressure regulator and new hose bib. The legacy copper pipe was pitting in the water main, so he kept cutting it back and re-soldering until no leaks were found. Abel did a fine and job and this was the lynch-pin to me being able to replace many fixtures in the house, like the washing machine and dishwasher. Thank you so much Abel and I would highly recommend him!

The whole Bill Howe experience was wonderful. We had our furnace replaced and AC installed. Steve the sales advisor was great. Told us exactly what the process was going to be - and we got quite a good deal. The main installers (Jojo and Joseph) were personable and very professional. Obviously this company takes there customer service seriously. I’d highly recommend using Bill Howe. Great folks.

Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!

Truly grateful to have found this company. I had a sewer line backup at my property during a very inconvenient time. (After a horrible experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter where after I waited 6 hours past the appointment they told me the line could not be cleared and required a $6,300 dig-up-the-yard repair) I called Plumbing tree for a second opinion.Freddy was very helpful and sent out Mickey immediately. Within about an hour of making the call the line was clear and Mickey did a thorough camera inspection of the entire system. He was 100% professional, going above and beyond at every opportunity.This is the only plumbing company I'll call from now on, they have earned customer for life.

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Rooter Solutions cleared my clog, they had to work hard to do, but still honored their $68. Ad price my pipes are old & in the next few months or so, should have additional work, but having running water & toilet today is huge, Ty to RS!!
