I had the pleasure of Memo and Frank helping with some substantial plumbing repairs at my house. They were very professional, upfront about costs as more issues were uncovered, and answered all of my questions along the way. They're also all-around good dudes, and I recommend them to anyone.

I recently had Rooter Solutions replace my entire sewer system. That's right, a total replacement of everything between the sinks/toilets and the city's line in the middle of the street. RS had the most competitive bid of the five companies I sourced. They showed up on time every day, took excellent care of my home, cleaned up after each workday, were respectful, and got the job done on time and within budget. I highly recommend RS. Isea and Pedro are excellent professionals who operate with integrity.

Had a clog mainline.Rooter Soln clear the block, however their snake did not work and it was clear manually. I have tree roots and was hoping they would have removed some of the roots.I was promise a gift card for a good review which did not happen

Frank came out to check the low water pressure with his coworker Memo. Even got a courtesy call that they might be running a little (they arrived at the time they said they would). As soon as he saw the issue he knew exactly that it was valve issue and took me how to fix on the spot! What a pro. They will be getting my all my plumbing business in the future.

I had a great experience working with Rooter Solutions. My water pump broke a week ago and needed a fix. I called them and within a few hours they helped me diagnose what was wrong with it, with their expertise they told me they could replace several pvc pipes and pump components, however, they strongly suggested to replace the whole system for my wellbeing, they immediately recommended the best make and model ideal for my home. They managed to install it very quick and had no issue with them, overall great service!!

The professionals at Rooter Solutions were consistently on time, respectful, clean, good communicators,and tireless in their efforts to replace our pipes. It was a rather large job, consisting of digging under our house, replacing a line of pipes, removing and replacing one of our toilets, and much more! We are more than confident that Rooter Solutions has added longevity to the inner workings of our property!

It was the first time I found myself in the need of a plumbing repair, so I didn't really know what to expect. After Isai and his team arrived and I explained my issue, they immediately knew were to look and Isai gave me a very detailed/technical explanation on what was going to be needed and the reasons for it. Pedro and Isai were right on time and cleaned out my main drain from the kitchen and then ran the camera down so I could see what the line looked like after the cleaning. Horrible, do not use!!! The $54 clean out coupon turns into $385.00. Said they could not do anything with out removing the toilet, which cost an additional $385.00 for 10 minutes’ worth of work. Called another and cleaned without any issues. Rooter solutions only wants to up sale everything.

Great service, I had an emergency type situation which took about 20 hours to fix. The plumber/plumbers where on time for both days. Great job and would call them again in the future (I hope not) but you all know about the sewer.

My kitchen sink drain was super clogged and absolutely disgusting. Carlos came out and went above and beyond to unclog the drain and garbage disposal and clean everything else. Arrived on time, charged no extra fees and was very quick. Excellent service!! Only plumber I'll ever call!

Jesse came to clear my drain on a clogged sink. He worked really hard to get through the line, I could hear that something was blocking it. He was finally able to break through, but wanted to check with a camera. He called me out and showed me the build up in the pipe. He recommended the pipes get hydro cleaned and there was still a big blockage. It was like rock that was really stuck in there. They had to run and get another machine and told me if they could not clear it out, they would not charge me the additional money that it was going to cost. They were successful and I was quite pleased with that. They showed me everything with the video, and were up front with the problems and solutions. Jesse worked hard on trying to get this taken care of. His supervisor Isiah was also very helpful, explained everything and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them. Jesse and Isiah.

I had a clogged drain in a bath for a week, finally decided to call Rooter Solutions just after noon on a Tuesday, they had an appointment between 1-3 that same day, showed up at 1:30p, drain unclogged by 2 and on their way. I can't say enough how professional, easy and efficient they were. 100% would recommend.

Kitchen sink and laundry drain to main line were slow. I called Rooter Solutions SD and they said a technician would be out within 1-2 hours. Alberto, the technician called me within 45 minutes and was promptly here a short time later. He showed up, listened to my problem and then proceeded to go to work. Half way through he stopped to clean up as to manage the overall mess. He worked at it until the problem was resolved. (Thanks again Alberto!) I'm definitely going to use them should I need to. 17Mar20Had a patio area drain clogged with dirt and roots. In the past drain cleaners had successfully cleared with power snake with root cutter head. Biannual maintenance.My normal plumber’s schedule was impacted and needed work done before next big rains to avoid flooding.I had rcd mailer from Rooter Solutions so I decided to give them a try. Dispatch answered and listened while I described exactly what I needed done & how . Was somewhat interesting to learn they covered 3 SoCal counties.. hmmm not locals I wondered.Dispatch scheduled someone for within a couple hrs. Juan called & showed up in an hr.He did not have a cutter head for snake but offered their jetting solution, called office and Isaih showed and discussed solution. Juan / Isaih offered to video the pipe so I could see exactly what was going on as part of free estimate. WOW. Was I impressed.The jetting was more expensive than I was used to, but the they agreed to an more accommodating price since I was only doing the one patio drain and not the whole house sewer.Once we agreed, they provided a written estimate. Juan went to get the giant jetting machine, started work and had the line cleaned in just a couple hrs.Hats off to Juan & Isaih for expedient , professional , clean job. Well worth what I considered the extra cost but probably in line with competitive market.... Highly recommend...ThanksJW

Rooter Solutions cleared my clog, they had to work hard to do, but still honored their $68. Ad price my pipes are old & in the next few months or so, should have additional work, but having running water & toilet today is huge, Ty to RS!!

Plummer had trouble with his rotor rooter machine that could not be fixed on the job. He right away call his shop and had another machine brought out. Clear my drain. Shot a camera down the main drain. Show me what was causing the problem. All this for $58.00. Thank You Juan Bernal Grate Job! I would call them again and recomend you ask for Juan if you need a plumber.
