I can not say how happy enough I am!! They came within an hour of me calling!!!! The sweet guy that came out was name Jose who’s also a vet! He gave a super great deal and a huge discount that SAVE ME SOOOO MUCH! I appreciate what he did for me and my new family! The best part is that this is a family own business which I love supporting family owned especially now a days in this pandemic! He was clear and explained EVERYTHING that he was going to do! He called me about my problem before even arriving and help me understand what needed to be done or possibility of being done. The communication that he had and that the company have is OUTSTANDING!!! If I ever need a quick plumbing fix I would always call on them from now on! While Katy was very professional in her demeanor and seems highly versed in the technical aspects of my furnace, I was surprised by the lack of specificity in the diagnoses. It could be this, this or this. Which leads me to question, do service tech earn commission on repairs? In other words, the more parts and labor they sell, the bigger their paycheck?Is this ethical? Sadly, I ran into this same issue about a year or two ago with Anderson and my AC condenser. The repair estimate was $6K. I ended up fixing it myself for $200 and it's worked perfectly ever since.Today’s repair estimate $1,788 + $68 for the service call. The parts, which I found online, are less than $285, and I question if they are both necessary. Labor time to replace these two suggested parts, or three suggested parts is 45 minutes for an experienced tech, double for a novice.With this second instance of what I believe are questionable at best business practices, and more likely unethical ones, obviously supported by management I will not use your company for any service or future sales.UPDATE - March 2021Apparently my review struck a nerve. Received a call and a full refund of my $68 service call fee. I still feel it’s a buyer beware situation, but I acknowledge the company did the right thing when they were called out.

After a quick diagnose of our water pressure and flow into our home we determined we needed a new whole house water system. What we had was no longer working and close to 25 yr old. Easy to schedule, old system removed and complete install and cleanup in 1/2 day. I am switching to Bill Howe for all my service needs. Great Job!

I have an older home that has many plumbing issues and I have utilized Mr. Rooter for projects both small and large. They are always prompt and pricing is below what I have found with others. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. One area I would fix, would be the 3.5% they charge for credit or debit card use which is a bit high - especially for a debit card.

The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!
