These guys are easy to work with and prompt. They’re a family owned, very professional company. Jose came out, saw that only a minor tweak on our toilet issue was necessary and gave me a discounted rate because of it. Definitely recommend and will certainly use them again!

The staff was friendly and responded quickly. They fixed the issue with out problem. However the prices are very high. They charge very high prices for parts, alomst 3x- 4x what you would pay at home depot for the same parts. The hourly rate includes drive time. The rate itself is also a bit high at 180 an hour. Was almost 400 for the hour and 15mins of work. The job was the repair of a broken sprinkler pipe. Will not be using again.

We had a clogged kitchen drain that was past the p-trap. We live on there 6th floor of a building so we needed a plumber that had at least a 75 foot snake device to ensure that the clog would not affect the lower units when cleared. Bill Howe was very prompt and responsive. They were able to quickly get the insurance and contractor documents my HOA needed for them to come into the building to do the work. Oscar from Bill Howe was great. He was on time, very professional and worked well with the building facilities folks to complete the job. He also cleaned up the work area well after he was done. Solid job done.

DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANY WORK FOR YOU!!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! My husband works fot Mr. Rooter in another state (more than 10 yrs). I am visiting my mom in San Marcos. We called Mr.Rooter and had Jose come out to change a water filter. That takes 30min. to change. We know that they could have charged us $115.00 for a diagnostic test. NO THEY CHARGED $255.00. The price should never been over $100, but would have paid it at $115. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! THEY PRICE GOUGE!!! My husband ALWAYS charges accordingly and JOSE you should be a shamed of yourself for being greedy and price gouging!! IT IS DISGUSTING!!!! YOU should always take care of your people, do you know how many referrals my husband has. He is a master plumber and has NEEVER EVER over charged. I AM disgusted in Jose and have LOST my TRUST IN this company in San Diego!!!We called several other places and our water filter and it is around $80.00!!!!!?

We had a gas leak in our laundry room and SDGE turned off our gas and told me I needed to call a plumber to fix it. Every plumbing company said they had no available technicians until the next day, even PAWS. But Kristen (I think that was her name) went out of her way to find an available technician and was able to schedule him to come out and repair the leak.Both Kristen and Robert were awesome. I highly recommend PAWS and would call them again.

John and Tyler were awesome. They came on time and solves our clogged sewer line. We were up and running within the hour!! Highly recommend this team!!

They replaced the intire main sewer line. Everyday they were here they were respectful, polite and always had a great attitude. They treated us like family. Beecher, Marcus, Ronnie and Xavier were always on time. Always up front about everything and went the extra mile without the extra charges. Anything I ask them to do they did. They were a pleasure to be around and I would hire them again and agian. I wish more company's treated thier customers like My plumbers did. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Plumbing Tree did an amazing job with our broken water heater. They responded immediately, took the time to explain everything, and provided options. We ultimately went with the Tankless heater. They took their time to ensure that their work was done correctly and were easy to talk to throughout. We appreciate all their hard work. They are highly recommended!
