Steve Johnson did a great job unclogging a hose under my sink. He saved me money since I thought I had to replace it. Team Rooter was quick to respond. My issue was resolved within 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.

Oscar Covar arrived exactly as planned and was amazingly efficient, organized and tidy.I was concerned b/c when Eric came out to price the job he had indicated it would take a helper and a master plumber to do the job in a day. I called the office when only Oscar arrived and was assured that Oscar was capable of completing the work in a day on his own, which he did, except for the arrival of Tim to help load the old toilet (a very heavy one piece unit) into the truck at the end of the day. I am very impressed with the quality of the work. Oscar was very knowledgable and an excellent plumber. When I need a plumber in the future I will be contacting Powers.I was also very grateful that Eric came out to provide the estimate a day after I called. He also was very knowledgable and honest about what was needed and pointing out other potential issues that could be deferred without any high pressure sales talk.

We had three different issues: new toilet, air gap for dishwasher and outdoor leak. Tony was very patient with our many questions and thorough and fair about what we could do and what wasn’t necessary. I’m always skeptical about overpricing, but Tony was not only skilled, he was transparent and really just made us feel at ease about everything. And Tori was so nice about my having to reschedule more than once. Highly recommend Tony and Core Plumbing.

The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

You just hit the Plumber jackpot!Gilbert was absolutely phenomenal. He was here quickly. He knew exactly how to get our sewer line cleaned out.Gilbert is very friendly and personable as well.Great experience we will be using Gilbert in the future.

I needed a plumber now and this guy came out after 8 pm to save the day. Fixed everything and helped clean up the mess by the water damage.

They were super responsive via text. The parts were delayed 2 weeks and Aaron, the service manager, stayed in touch to inform me about the status of parts and they installed as soon as the part came in.

They told me they could do a free estimate. That turned into I can't give a proper estimate without taking it apart and that will cost $87. I'm pretty sure that would later turn into I already took it apart, why don't you let me fix it right now. I said Hypothetically, if x part needs to be replaced, how much would that be? He refused to give me a number. Wasted my time and his own time.Edit: I already knew what the problem was and two other plumbers gave me an estimate without needing to break into the wall. I just got it repaired today without breaking into the wall.MyPlumber's guy told me he didn't want to give me an estimate just so I could use the number to undercut someone else.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

Called Emory for a water heater draining and cleaning service. I never had it cleaned before. I was originally looking to do it myself but glad I had them do it for me. A lot more complicated than just draining the water out. They came, they saw, they pumped...now my water heater is running efficient and ready to go for the fall/winter. I will be calling them again for next year's service. Thanks again guys.
