Mr. Rooter responded to a septic overflow in minutes. It was raining none stop and the septic started overflowing and coming through the bathtubs and toilets of the house. When they arrived they took care of it immediately. They worked on the septic, they helped us find the location of the septic tanks which nobody could find when we moved into that property, and they also helped with the plumbing inside of the house. The service was so good that we’ve called them back for other plumbing services and will continue to use their services for all our plumbing needs. Very caring company and good people.

Truly grateful to have found this company. I had a sewer line backup at my property during a very inconvenient time. (After a horrible experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter where after I waited 6 hours past the appointment they told me the line could not be cleared and required a $6,300 dig-up-the-yard repair) I called Plumbing tree for a second opinion.Freddy was very helpful and sent out Mickey immediately. Within about an hour of making the call the line was clear and Mickey did a thorough camera inspection of the entire system. Justin is just incredibly awesome! As a Contractor myself, I have no problem recommending Justin for any sort of work. He's detail oriented for sure, is very respectful of me and my property. Being a Custom Painting Contractor myself, I'd steal him away from Joe in a Heartbeat!!! Sadly... I don't think Justin wants to paint anything more than his wife's kitchen or his son's bedroom.
