Jose came by today to take a look at a leaky sink. He was really nice, professional, and wore a mask the whole time. With COVID we've been really nervous about having people inside but Jose was very clean and conscientious the entire time.We ran into some confusion with the estimate where I wasn't going to be able to cover the cost for a full diagnostic, so Jose took an educated guess of where the leak was coming from without tearing apart the whole sink - and he solved it right away! SUPER great service, and really loved working with them. We have their card and will definitely be hitting them up for any work in the future. Thanks Jose and team!

Clarence Davis was my technician. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my water leak under my bathroom sink and identified the problem quickly. Completely honest, prompt and professional. Home Depot came to install a new fridge, immediately said the water line valve was corroded. Greg from Paws Plumbing arrived, made a quick assessment that the valve was fine and no repair was needed. Even offered to come back and hook up the fridge if Home Depot was hesitant. Truly appreciated.

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so we never felt left in the dark. Charlie was very knowledgeable and quite obviously cares about the quality of his work. The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent.
