After a major bathroom leak, Jose and Discount Plumbing came highly recommended to prepare the plumbing for the new bathroom. From the first call, Jose was very responsive and knowledgeable. He worked directly with my contractor and walked me through the whole process in layman's terms. He even came out to look at the old-1950's era plumbing to determine best steps to bring it up to code with a free estimate.I would highly recommend Jose and Discount Plumbing for your next plumbing needs. We woke up to cold water coming out of the hot water faucets. In the basement, our 10 year old gas water heater was leaking. What a mess! I phoned Bill Howe. They said a plumber would come to our house that morning. Around 9 a.m. Bruce Hammonds arrived. He sized up the situation and discussed it with me. In 2 hours, a new gas water heater arrived. Bruce then installed it efficiently. Bottom line: from nightmare to sleep easy within 8 hours. We are beyond grateful. Thank you Bill Howe!

This company is amazing. I used there emergency services in the middle of the night. I woke up to what sounded like running water in the wall. From the time first called to the time a tech arrived at my home was only 45 minutes. The tech quickly and quietly worked to fix the problem for the night. They arrived proptly the next morning and complete the job. Would definitely use again.

Professional and punctual describes the young man who arrived at my home to correct an underground leak at my front yard area.More digging, as well as, some concrete removal was required before the water leak could be found and corrected.Jacob did not hesitate to take on the physical work that was required, and after locating the problem, made short work of it.His plumbing experience was impressive for such a young man.

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

i ask to check on our sink its clogged! He just came in to see , he didnt touch it , but they charge BIG TIME! $50 bucks in 10 mins! EASY MONEY! No sweats! VERY DISAPPOINTING. I made a mistake contacting them!

I booked an appt via the website on Thursday evening for Sat. from 8am-10am. I wasted two hours waiting for them on Sat., on top of waiting two days for an appt. I have had absolutely no response to my messages. Maybe their website is broken and they didn't see my appt, but they don't reply to text messages or phone calls either. They do not deserve even one star! All the reviews were good, which is why I booked the appt in the first place. I wish I had called someone else!!!!

Calvin was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He investigated and found the problem, and explained what needed to be done including the cost of repair vs replacement. He also checked the piping under the kitchen and bathroom sinks for leaks and proper installation, as well as the water pressure. I would call on him again if needed.

Very nice guy with a good sense of humor. The appointment was easy to schedule online and the receipt came immediately after via email. Our garbage disposal broke off the drain in our kitchen. Plumbing Tree came over and immediately wanted to do a whole house assessment. They quoted almost $700 to replace the garbage disposal!!!! I went over to A plumbing supply store but Home Depot would’ve been fine and bought an insinkerator which is a very big brand and apparently very good for $140. Took me 10 minutes to install. The guy said it would take him an hour and a half. Then he went on to quote $450 to replace two little water valves underneath the sink from an old style to a new valve style that you can buy for $10 at Home Depot. You just screw them on. He also wanted to sell us a new water heater. We paid him his $79 charge for coming come out and sent him on his way.
