Best Drain Installation in San Diego CA

Jose from this company created a wonderful experience for me. I had been trying to install a bidet, but my water line was nearly impossible to disconnect and I did a lot of damage to it trying to unscrew it. I called this company for a quote/some insight as to if they would be able to disconnect my water line and replace it. Jose called me back promptly and gave me a quote to unscrew it (which was $0!) and walked me through what would need to happen if he couldn’t disconnect it.He ended up needing to take out the toilet from the ground- a timely and difficult job- and gave me a huge discount so it was affordable for me. And even installed my bidet afterwards!Throughout this process, I also had to reschedule several times and every time Jose was flexible and prompt with when he could come help that worked with my schedule. I am so pleased with my experience with everyone at this company, especially Jose. I would absolutely recommend them for any needs you have!

We had a clogged drain in our shop. Team Rooter was close to our shop so I reached out to them not knowing anything about them. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people to deal with. Professional, courteous and very timely. They were at my shop working on the problem within 30 minutes of the call. Hector went way over the call of duty when taking care of our issue. He also explained future preventative maintenance to my production people. Knowledgeable and friendly. Speaks both Spanish and English. Would highly recommend this Company.

The plumbing at our home backed up while I was out of town. Due to the emergency nature and it happening over a holiday weekend, I called multiple plumbers to see if they could fix the issue quickly. One came out, but couldn't determine the issue. Core couldn't come out until the following Tuesday, but immediately Don noted it was a sump pump issue. He was honest that he wasn't the best man for the job and immediately set up an appointment for Greg to come out. Greg diagnosed the issue, clearly communicated the options and fixed the issue with quality supplies and expert install. He was fast, efficient and pleasant. Honestly, I've never met a plumber I liked (always seemly trying to up charge everything) until I met Don and Greg. These guys are golden. They know what they are doing, they are honest and truly genuine people. I will call Core will all my future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!

I post reviews on the Web very very rarely, but two days ago I got an experience with Andersen Plumbing that I cannot rate other than exceptional. This company did re-piping for my entire house 10 years ago. Right after they changed the pipes, I noticed that in two taps in the master bedroom, the flow was very week. But somehow I thought that it would fix itself and did not contact Andersen right away. The more I waited, the more I dreaded the idea that I needed to call them and they would probably make a mess in my house fixing this problem, so I never called. Until two days ago. 10 years later!!! Yeah, yeah, I know how that sounds...Crazy, right?! The reason I called now - we started renovating the bathroom with expensive tile, vanity, appliances, etc and I suddenly realized that I needed to fix this problem now, before we complete the renovation... I reluctantly called them expecting to hear polite but something, in essence: Are you out of your mind, calling us 10 years after the work is done?!. But no! The representative, Stephanie, was absolutely businesslike and friendly, saying: We gave you lifetime warranty and we did mean it. Expect our technician the day after tomorrow. Then the technician, Rudy V showed up - on time (they even sent me an email and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival). The guy was very friendly and SUPER professional. (One of those professionals that move with seemingly no haste pace, doing 3 times more than a guy who runs around like fighting a fire :-)). Rudy V. spent, probably 30 minutes in my house. He came with a truck full of equipment and tools, figured out what went wrong (there were pieces of wood in the angle stops that accidentally got there during installation), fixed it, connected a valve with a pressure meter to verify that the pressure was standard and left. Rudy did not leave a single footprint in my house (every time he left to pick some tools and came back, he was putting plastic covers on his shoes - even though my house was in a state of renovation project mess). He did not leave any bills either - I was not charged a single penny. Guys, think of it for a minute!!! 10 years after the initial work, they come, inspect and fix without a hiccup - but with a smile. It gives me an awe and the pride for American Service Model in general and for Andersen Plumbing and Rudy V. in particular! Water heater expansion tank installed. Showed up early, Very nice, competent and efficient. Everything is bid by job. Small things can cost more than they should compared to hourly companies. Depends what your getting done. Would use again

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Very quick and professional. I called on a Sunday at 3:30pm because I had a main line blockage and water coming back up through my toilet seals and showers. They had someone dispatched and to my home by 4:15. Beecher was a supervisor in the area and came right over. From that moment on everything was very professional and efficient. Daniel was our technician and he was very thorough and friendly. It is now 6:30pm and my home’s plumbing has been fixed. I am very pleased with Rooter Hero and would highly recommend their services.

Franco and his crew have serviced our sump pump for the past several years. They are all very professional and knowlegable. Franco took the time to perform a pressure check on our water and explained the benefits of on demand water heaters. He never seems rushed and gives his customers the time they need to understand the service performed and any suggested preventative maintenance.
