Best Commercial Water Heater in San Diego CA

I've had Discount Plumbing out to my home to handle several complex plumbing related issues. Tina's a breath of fresh air when she answers the phone! Harrison came out for my shower, kitchen faucet replacement, replacing my water pressure valve and install of a whole home water softener (so GLAD he recommended that; my dishes actually come out with NO water spots from the dishwasher for the first time in years!!) The company is very responsible, professional, and prompt. Most jobs were done with no issues after the service. There were some hiccups along the way where they had to come back to correct an issue they worked on. One instance was with my garbage disposal installation; I was told that the leaking issue under my sink was related to my dishwasher and to contact an appliance repair company, which I did. Turned to find out that the leaking issue was because the disposal was not properly installed. After correcting the disposal install and re-installing my dishwasher the problem was fixed for another $195 out of my pocket. I contacted Tina, gave her all the details of what transpired, and expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction. Discount Plumbing is all about customer service; Tina called me a short time later that day and said she spoke to the tech and the manager and that she was going to send me a check to help cover the additional expense I had to incur. I wish on these reviews we could give half stars. I can't give a 5 star review because there were times where I had to have them back out on a job; but if I could I would them 4.5 stars. They will continue to be my go-to for complex plumbing issues because the overall experience has been good.

I called maybe ten places before I even got anyone to pick up the phone, but Core Plumbing was there! I described the issue- a possible leaky seal in the bathroom, and Grant (I think that was his name) was patient and thorough about describing what it might be, how the problem could be diagnosed, and what course of action to follow so I didn't waste my money on unnecessary stuff. He was able to send someone over the next morning- Josh- who was prompt, professional, and assessed the situation within minutes. The consultation fee was reasonable and cost less than I expected. Grant and Josh were both efficient and straightforward. I would have no hesitation in calling Core Plumbing again in the future.

Plumber Kristina Anthony was efficient and extremely knowledgeable. She fixed the drainage problem quickly and gave us additional information about other concerns.

I had Robert as the plumber who came out and he did an amazing job. He was professional, honest, and did an excellent job. The day before I called a different company and they tried to charge $1200-$1600 for a job that ended up being $350 from this company. I would definitely recommend him and this company to family and friends because of Robert's quality service.

My experience with Bill Howe was fantastic. We had a standard sink clog that we needed to get cleared ASAP. The technician, Scott Bonilla, called and texted 20 minutes before arriving letting me know that he would be able to be 30 minutes early to our appointment. When Scott arrived, he was kind, informative, and quick to solve the problem. Once the drain was cleared, Scott stayed to ensure there were no further issues, checking for leaks or potential backup clogs for 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Bill Howe Plumbing and specifically Scott for any plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with them. 2 days ago I called them to find the leak in my house. I reached to several companies, but they didn't find the leak accurately, but their plumber named John did the best job. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing work.

We have a few day old baby and the last thing I needed was a toilet that stoped emptying. Mike came and saw a disheveled shell of a man and quickly found the issue and presented a solution. No sooner did I agree and asked how long it would take he smiled and told me to return to my new baby and he’ll tell me when it was done. And done it was! No stress. He made this new Father feel he had control of at least on thing in his life anymore and for that I am grateful to Mike and Rooter Hero.

I have had work done by this company several times. I have always been pleased with their professionalism, promptness and skill level. Always a great job!

Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

Complex leak from my main water line 4 days before Christmas. Jonathan and George came out exactly as promised and were able to successfully fix the leak even though it was in a complex location on a Hugh pressure line. Thank you! Excellent service and would highly recommend
