Best Commercial Water Heater in San Diego CA

I called to have my toilet valve fixed and an air gap installed. They were very professional and did good work. I reccomend using this company and I would use them in the future if I have future plumbing issues.

Luke from Team Rooter came out to check a slow drain and toilet. He arrived at the scheduled time and spent about 10 minutes assessing the situation.I was expecting to have to rooter the drains, but the water was flowing OK, with no stoppage. His recommendation was to give it a couple plunges and watch what we put down the toilet. He offered to pull the toilet and run a camera down there to see if there was any blockage, but since the water was flowing as expected, he thought that service would be excessive today.I agreed and thanked him for his honest appraisal. He also mentioned that they could do same day service if this happens again, so just give him a call back. No charge, just advise.Thanks Luke and the TR Plumbing team!

During the time that he was to arrive at my house to give me an estimate, I get a call from him. Before he made the effort to come by, he wanted me to explain what I wanted done. I had already explained what I needed done when I messaged you on Yelp so I was confused. He said that way he could give me a rough estimate over the phone. If I didn’t like the estimate on the phone, he didn’t have to waste his time coming out. He was rude and condescending. I told him I would look elsewhere.

Two young men came into our home to replace a garbage disposer. They were dressed very clean and were very respectible, please, thank you and have a happy holiday. I appreciate that kind of worker in my house. Thanks guys

Great service from Fernando again. He and a fellow tech installed my water heater November 2013. This current service was for a water heater flush and service check. Fernando called before scheduled appointment time and was here on time. Efficient and thorough job. Would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing.

I was clueless about who to call when I suspected a slab leak. Luckily my insurance agent suggested this company. So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

Overall, Rooter Hero Plumbing provides prompt service initially. I initially provided 5 stars in a visit a year ago when Michael, our first plumber, replaced our water heater. Within a couple hours, our family was able to enjoy nice hot showers again.This time around, in early September, Gil & Jacob, replaced all 3 toilets in our household. Unfortunately, they left poo stains on my bedroom wall and through the staircase when they removed two of the upstairs bathroom toilets. To make matters even worse, I noticed that there was a leak going into a downstairs bedroom even time the toilet flushed. They came a couple days later to reseal the toilet a second time.Two weeks later, I found another leak in the master bedroom toilet. The toilet was not properly sealed. I’ve contacted Rooter Hero once again. They provided me a time window the next day between 11am-1pm. No plumber showed up and I had to contact the office another time. They responded that the previous plumber was not available and another will come out at 3:30pm. This new plumber, Max, did not show until 430pm. They basically wasted my entire day of waiting. Max resealed the 2nd toilet as well as checked the 3rd toilet for any issues to hopefully avoid a 4th visit.The manager did call Max while he was working on it and another time before when Gil had to come back the 2nd time.I’m hoping that there’s no other issues as the toilets are under warranty. The plumbers have been nice and courteous, but I rather take my business with another company that provides quality and thorough service the first time (not after the 3rd visit).

American Plumbing Group has been nothing short of fantastic. We had them out twice within a couple of weeks for two separate projects (install a new toilet and replace the flush valve on another toilet). Garrett did the service on both jobs. He was on time, courteous, and respectful of our home. He kept the job clean too. Scheduling is a breeze with APG and they'll keep in touch with you along the way until they arrive at your home. I hope that I don't have them to our house too often, but I will definitely use these guys in the future if needed.

The staff was super friendly and I really appreciate that they give military discount. The whole interaction was effortless and very customer friendly.

Joe was great- went someone right away and then when I had questions he sent someone back. My onlycomplaint was the second plumber wasn’t wearing a mask correctly (neck gaiter which kept falling down) and after I gave him a disposable mask he still didn’t wear in right. Other than that, everyone was friendly and professional and I’d definitely recommend them!

This plumbing company is excellent! Our tankless water heater was leaking and Danny was able to fix it quickly and for a very fair price. Danny is a true professional and his work is high quality. I will definitely be going with this company in the future.
