Although it ended up being more costly than I expected (not their fault), I was glad to know I was supporting a Veteran-owned company that employs vets. The job was done very quickly and Jose was very professional and thorough in explaining the cost, how I could save money, and what the job entailed. Would definitely recommend.

I am super impressed. It was easy to make the call and set up a same day Saturday appointment. The tech came earlier than expected. He had good insights for some things to do and not do to keep my drains working. I will use them again if another plumbing/drain problem arises.

Had a great experience with Bill Howe in replacing my gas hot water heater earlier this week. Corey came out, assessed the situation, gave me a quote (which was 1/2 of what another plumber wanted to charge me), got the materials, and replaced the water heater. He was extremely professional and great to work with and the result was perfect. I plan to use them whenever needed and definitely recommend them (they were recommended to me).

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

I had setup an appointment with Rooter Hero plumbing for 9 am on 10/19/2022, to come and look at a plumbing issue. I even received an email from them that the appointment was confirmed.At 9:30, the technician still had not showed up. I called Rooter Hero plumbing. The guy who picked up the phone was pretty rude, and told me that the technician will be there between 9 am and 11 am. So, I should wait.Nobody arrived until 11 am. After 11 am, Rooter Hero plumbing called me, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Later in the afternoon, when I called them back, the guy on the phone tells me that they had called me at 11 am to confirm my appointment and confirm the time that a technician can come out to my home. Not only did they stood me up on an appointment, the guy on the phone was very condescending - as if it was my fault all along.I simply don't understand how these guys operate. Very condescending - their representatives on the phone act as if they don't need customers. Save yourself some time and find another plumbing service.

Purchased a new home as used Collins Pacific to repair some items that came up on the inspection. They were professional and showed up on time for the day of service. Recommended!

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.

Showed up on time. Did good work at my rental property - fixed everything quickly.No issues there. But dialogue was very defensive and combative - was difficult to talk to on the phone - probably would have been better in person. Maybe it was my name that elicited that behavior. Who knows…

The tech seemed knowledgeable and experience. 4 stars instead of 5 because I’m still waiting on some quotes we discussed

Tankless heater serviced

This has been one of the very best experiences i’ve Ever had with a plumber. Pablo took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, time frame, completion, etc. they even made sure to protect my floor with a runner and they wore shoe covers as well! They were neat and tidy and answered all my questions (and I had plenty) and were extremely polite and kind. This is the way to do business and that’s why they got 5 stars not only from me but everyone they’ve worked with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them not only to my family and friends, but my clients as well!
