Joseph and Bronson, they're awesome and professional! We needed a shower handle replacement. Our old one had difficult rust that got the screws/bolts stuck in place, causing our water to not be completely shut off every time we pushed the valve in. Not only we were concern of water waste, but water damage as well. They did a terrific job, and were able to complete the tasks same-day of inspection. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. Also, Tina is such a positive customer service that tries to make clients smile, so thank you Tina! I'd definitely hire them again if I have another plumbing issue. I am super impressed. It was easy to make the call and set up a same day Saturday appointment. The tech came earlier than expected. He had good insights for some things to do and not do to keep my drains working. I will use them again if another plumbing/drain problem arises.

Super fast arrival for what we thought was a water leak. Come to find out it was the tenant neglect and they flooded the floor. Great detective work by Aaron! He was helpful, friendly and efficient.

I contacted Elite Rooter for a toilet clogged and they sent memo and he was real happy and positive. He explained to me what to do for it not happen again and he’s just real honest and will contact company again.

I have used Bill Howe numerous times over the last 5 months to help with cleaning/lining sewer, routing new gas and water lines, installation of new faucets and water filtration. Every time I’ve had a wonderful experience and the professionals has even gone above and beyond to help with our remodel. I definitely consider them my “go-to” call for all future plumbing.

Sergio did an amazing job with my leak issue at my home. He tested everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Being a Master plumber it was evident he knows what he’s doing.He was very thorough with everything. He even fixed my water heater connection that was done wrong and also made a nice box for my refrigerator water and ice line. He’s super neat and cleaned up great. If you ever need a great plumber call and ask for Sergio. You won’t be disappointed plus he’s nice!

Aaron was awesome! Fast and efficient, he really saved the day. He went above and beyond—felt like we were family. I fully recommend him if you are looking to get things done right. We will be using them again for all our plumbing needs.

They were super responsive via text. The parts were delayed 2 weeks and Aaron, the service manager, stayed in touch to inform me about the status of parts and they installed as soon as the part came in.

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

Ramona Pacific plumbing is an excellent company to do business with. They respond when you call even on a holiday. They come when they say they are coming. They leave a clean service area and the plumbers are competent and pleasant. I can not imagine using anyone else.

I had a pipe burst under my house and upon reading the reviews I decided to give them a call and schedule an estimate. Mauricio was the plumber that came out and he was very nice, helpful and detailed about what needed to be fixed. They’re quote was better than a few plumbers we had come by and quote me so I hired him for the job and once he was done he again thoroughly explained what was done and what caused the pipe burst. He gave me with the old pipe and even sent me pictures of his work before and after! I definitely recommend them and if you go with them ask for Mauricio! I will continue to use them for future plumbing needs!
