Best Commercial Plumbing in San Diego CA

I've had Discount Plumbing out to my home to handle several complex plumbing related issues. Tina's a breath of fresh air when she answers the phone! Harrison came out for my shower, kitchen faucet replacement, replacing my water pressure valve and install of a whole home water softener (so GLAD he recommended that; my dishes actually come out with NO water spots from the dishwasher for the first time in years!!) The company is very responsible, professional, and prompt. Most jobs were done with no issues after the service. There were some hiccups along the way where they had to come back to correct an issue they worked on. One instance was with my garbage disposal installation; I was told that the leaking issue under my sink was related to my dishwasher and to contact an appliance repair company, which I did. Turned to find out that the leaking issue was because the disposal was not properly installed. After correcting the disposal install and re-installing my dishwasher the problem was fixed for another $195 out of my pocket. I contacted Tina, gave her all the details of what transpired, and expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction. Discount Plumbing is all about customer service; Tina called me a short time later that day and said she spoke to the tech and the manager and that she was going to send me a check to help cover the additional expense I had to incur. I wish on these reviews we could give half stars. I can't give a 5 star review because there were times where I had to have them back out on a job; but if I could I would them 4.5 stars. They will continue to be my go-to for complex plumbing issues because the overall experience has been good.

We called Team Rooter because of a drain blockage problem. Hector arrived very promptly, and assessed the problem. He fully explained the process and continued to explain as he worked. When the job was completed, both Hector and Kenny explained some preventative measures we could take in the future. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. We are in escrow to purchase a house. My agent set it up with PIC who quoted $350 for a sewer scope to our agent. 30 minutes before the appointment, the plumber called to tell me that the cost is $1200. When I asked why the costs went up, the plumber said it was because this was an escrow and the bid could get used for us to bid for another company to do the repair. Regardless if the home is in escrow or if a person already owns the home, a sewer scope can always be used for another company to do a repair. Bad excuse and poor business ethics. This is an attempt at taking advantage of people on a tight timeline, who may or may not be informed of what the quoted rate. A sewer scope should never be more than $400.

Kristina was polite, professional and thorough. When her first efforts failed to clean my kitchen sink drain didn't work, she diagnosed the problem and came up with a couple of possible solutions. I felt I was not pressured to spend money I hadn't planned on spending. I'm glad that I have the Anderson guarantee and I am so happy to be using my sink again.

Everything went just fine, service man was nice and informative, did his work well, it was nice to get promt, completed service on an emergency call. Did seem a little pricey though.

We had a really bad experience with another big name company here in Chula Vista where I just needed a toilet turned off to do some flooring and they tried to rip me off and add on a ton of other services while never even being able to turn our toilet off…Anyways, I will definitely be using Bill Howe from here on out and suggesting them to all my friend & family. I am very happy I found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I had my whole sewer drain system (old deteriorating cast iron) replaced which included pipe bursting. I am so grateful for Jose and Omar. I needed to re-pipe my house, so I got a few bids from different companies. I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing because they were competitive, and they had availability to start right away. They were very organized and communicative. I got a text message every time they were on their way on who was coming to work in the house. They looked for ways to perform the work with minimal damage to the house and were able to re-pipe the shower without destroying any tile. During the process they helped me trouble shoot some other things that came up and offered good solutions. They also helped me with the permitting process by creating drawings and attending the rough-in inspection. Aaron and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were honesty and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Emory Plumbing was referred to me by a family member who has used their services off an on for many years with great results. They lived up to their reputation with my first service call. After two handyman had tried to troubleshoot a malfunctioning shower and advised I'd probably have to rip out the handle mechanism by making a hole in the wall, I called Emory for a third opinion. Their plumber showed up on time and did not leave until he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. (..and it did not require making a hole in the wall but instead was a faulty part). I was very pleased with their professionalism and expertise and won't hesitate to call Emory first next time.

The technician was very professional, thorough and had some great recommendations for me. He was a hard worker and used the full hour to get things done.

This has been one of the very best experiences i’ve Ever had with a plumber. Pablo took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, time frame, completion, etc. they even made sure to protect my floor with a runner and they wore shoe covers as well! They were neat and tidy and answered all my questions (and I had plenty) and were extremely polite and kind. This is the way to do business and that’s why they got 5 stars not only from me but everyone they’ve worked with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them not only to my family and friends, but my clients as well!
