I called Team Rooter around 10am this morning wondering if they were going to unclog a beaver dam that was preventing me from using the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and dryer.Sandra answered and in no time scheduled Felipe to come out between 12 and 2.Felipe arrived promptly, analyzed the clog and suggested hydro jetting.Once Felipe was done, Kenny came in and inspected the pipe with a camera, this was included with the hydro jetting.Pipes are all clear!And I learned a few things.Thank you Felipe and Kenny!

Please don't be taken in like I was. Very charming representatives that will promise you anything. They have you sign a tablet telling you that they will email you a copy of what you have agreed to then send you something entirely different. They promise many things, but don't deliver. They lie about what you are signing and then do not ever follow through. They are very deceptive. Be warned! Don't believe what they are telling you especially if you are a senior citizen.

Last weekend my house had a sudden water leak, called Bill Howe to have a plumber check it and confirmed that there is a leak. Only bad thing was I had to wait until the following Monday for the restoration guys to come in. Monday came, here comes the team of Danny Moreno and his buddy Fernando. Let me tell you about those two, they were professionals. I had so much questions about my water damage at home. Danny and Fernando did not hesitate to answer all my questions, even the stupid ones. Danny advised me to call my insurance and get the ball rolling for my claim. Danny and Fernando were at the house for 5 days straight, making sure that my walls and carpet are getting dry to prevent further damage and everyday I would get an update just so I’m informed on what’s going on and the progress of their work. So to Danny and Fernando, a big thank you. One job is done and on to the restoration part.

Called to service kitchen sink clog. Tech arrived and decided he had to disassemble the garbage disposal to access the line. He ran the snake up the pcv pipe . In process he damaged the end of the pipe so when he put it back together there was a leak which could not be repaired until the next day. I mentioned that I had a coupon for drain service. He said that I could not use it. Just don’t feel like I got good service from you.

Removal of water softener and re-integration of the source lines were done perfectly and with superior customer service including photo documentation.

Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!
