Best A/C Repair in San Diego CA

Very unprofessional service. Called them for emergency drain cleaning, charged double the amount and wanted to cut some drain pipes to gain access; thankfully, I did not allow them to do that. The explanation provided was that they already provided me with a greatly discounted rate to start with, which has nothing to do with the work itself. The technician also left an unplugged drain, which caused flooding.Most of the visit was spent trying to upsell a restoration service and bill it to the home insurance, not actually fixing the problem at hand.

Double kitchen sink no clean out and tried all home methods and snaking clogged drain with no results. Technician came out and fixed it no problem, great and helpful service

The Plumbing Service Technician was excellent. He answered all my questions clearly, performed all the requested work with close attention to detail and the end result is looks great. He worked hard all day and did not leave until he had completed all my requests and had cleaned everything up.

I highly recommend Elite Rooter for any plumbing job. They are extremely professional, experienced and responsive. I called Elite Rooter for an urgent request related to a collapsed sewer pipe and they were at my home within an hour. I called them again when a pipe began leaking on my instant hot water heater; again, they were at my house within an hour. Excellent service and great quality for the jobs they completed.

Bill Howe's scheduler was prompt and quick with helping set up an appointment with one of their crew, and Tyair was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. 7am: Woke up to a cold shower, and confirmed our suspicions the water tank had retired from service life. Not ideal, but boiling the kettle for baths is not sustainable.10am: So I searched on Yelp, found Paws Plumbing, and they responded immediately. Scheduled a free inspection/quotation.1:00pm: Keith and Mike arrived, on time! After I approved the quote, they started right away. Replaced our Hot Water Tank, disposed of the old one, and talked me through some basic troubleshooting.4:30pm: Hot water flowing only 3.5 hours after they arrived! Great work, very friendly guys, and i'm grateful to have found Paws Plumbing !! Our water heater was not heating the water, so we decided to call EZ plumbers for a quote. Robert answered the call in no time and gave us a fair price. He dispatched the technician the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They are very responsive, and their services are also reasonable. I will not hesitate to hire EZ plumbers again in the future!

Brandon, Corey, and Jacob did a great job snaking our sewer backup followed by a visual camera inspection the next day after the backup issues were resolved. This full service with a camera inspection is well worth the money, they explained how the piping system was configured and how to maintain the system to avoid damage and future problems. We got fast same day response on getting the system cleared. The next day we had the inspection. I will use this team again. The fast response plus camera inspection and snake with 3 professional guys over 2 days was a good value in my opinion.

Troy stuck with us on acquiring parts that the supplier no longer stocked. His crew did a good job with the actual installation and kept us informed on the scheduling. We are very pleased and will continue to use this company for our plumbing requirements.BH

Beware!! Do not do business with these guys. They will rip you off, over charge, and once you sign there's nothing you can do.I just needed a garbage disposal replaced. What shouldve only cost about $250, ended up costing me $1200+. At first they said it would cost $500 with a 10% off if i did it now, since i wanted it done right there I said ok without getting any other quotes. 20 minutes into the fix, they said I had more problems, which was never a problem before. So they put pressure on me to continue the service and add on the other fix.The final bill came and it was $900 for parts and labor. They told me they installed the best disposal on the market. I googled it and it was the cheapest. A $100 king. I asked the guy why he put the cheapest disposal in and that it only cost $100 online. He went up in flames, demaded a check and forced me to sign the contract before he left. I signed, gave him a check and they left.After they were finished, i saw that my brand new floors were scratched. I was so upset a put a stop on the check. They then put a lein on my house. I didnt want to deal with the stress of taking them to court so I paid the $900, plus another $300 to release the lein.Do not do business with these guys. They will price guage you and cause you more problems

Professional company from the very beginning of getting info, quote then scheduling as compared to other companies. Awesome technician. Knowledgeable, efficient and excellent communication skills to let me know what he was doing, how and why. No sales push but willing to look at other potential plumbing needs and advise if needed, estimate how and when they may fail and what alternate solutions to consider. We plan to use them and will request our technician, Lou, for future plumbing needs

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. He did a great job and explained what was misplumbed previously. Doug, (#388), showed me all the problems and overcame them. Ryan is great; I wouldn’t use anyone else. He does good work and stands by it, he’s quick to respond and his system of keeping you posted by text is efficient and helpful. He was on time to the minute and had all the parts he needed for the job. Highest recommendation.
