Selected this business at random from the many internet plumbing/drain fixing websites. Virtually all of them used the same template for information and setting appointments. This was the first company that responded to my inquiry at 10:30pm for my drain to be fixed the next day. I had an appointment booked within a few minutes and followed up by an acknowledgment from them. Two men worked here for about two hours very professionally. The price was very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.------------

Beware of their pricing structure and number of technicians sent. We used them for many years but the new management is unprofessional at best.

Angel from Bill Howe came today to help fix a drain blockage that was backing up the shower and the toilet. He was extremely professional, personable, and fixed the problem. This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. Every time I deal with them the service has been impeccable. All the way from reception to the service providers that came to my home. I've worked with both Mike and Javier; they are both extremely courteous, helpful and responsive. Their prices are extremely reasonable given the quality of service they provide. I had an out door drain that needed to be cut and snaked. When I called them they came out the same day and fixed it! I cannot say enough great things about this company. I am not surprised by the multiple 5 star reviews. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. This is the only plumbing company we will go to in the future.

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

We had roots in our mainline and they replaced it quickly. They took care for n putting our front yard back together. I’d use them again. Coty was responsive and professional.

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.
