Best A/C System Maintenance in San Antonio TX

Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

Have used them several times and will continue to for my plumbing needs, thanks.

Guys did a great job. Speedy, professional, even diagnosed I had a second issue with my dishwasher. Will be calling them with my next project.

For now, my review is only my estimate, as no work has been done yet. However, I was shopping around for quotes and got the impression that this company is far more interested in doing a job right and well than they are in making a quick buck.Danny came out for us today on short notice after we were offered a cancellation time slot. He spent several hours (reasonable due to the state of the issue) on the property going through and assessing our mess. He was courteous, polite, upfront about costs, personable, informed, and kind. I've seen complaints on here about the work being pricey, but I honestly feel the quote I was given was very fair!No one likes emergency plumbing issues, but I feel like I have a company I can trust to treat me (a young woman and first time homeowner) with the same respect as any other reasonable client. Now let's just hope their plumbing work is as good as their customer service!

Father and daughter duo were great! I thought I had a leak so called to have it checked. Karl and Savannah came out and took the time to make sure I had no leaks and checked the water pressure. Thank goodness I had no leaks and they set me at ease. Thank you for the A+customer service and promptness. Loved seeing a young female apprentice in the plumbing trade!!!

Wills All Pro did a great job! Arrived during the scheduled time. Mario Olivares is a friendly and professional technician. He told me in detail about all my options and allowed me to prioritize needs and customize service. Really took the time to explain what was being done and why. Also gave some pointers on what to do to keep system running optimally and reduce possibility of breaking. I will definitely be using them again.

Toilet was backing up, not flushing, and causing a mess in the bathroom so we called Premier Plumbing in hopes to get a quick response. Ruben came out same day to assess and determined problem was with outside sewer line. He provided multiple quotes and options from band aid to complete repair.Within 2 days the crew came out with excavator and all was fixed!Thank you Ruben and crew -- great job!

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Thank you to Eddie, Marc and Chris. They did excellent work. Came in, identified the issues, fixed the PRV and expansion tank. They replaced my entire hot water pipes as they were the wrong pipe material and leaking everywhere. Should last a while and lower the water bill.

Moy was our plumber and he was very professional and very competent. Moy was very prompt and worked diligently and did an amazing job and left my restroom spotless when he left. I looked at 5 different plumbers and I’m glad I went with 4M as they were the best value and craftsmanship!!!!

I highly recommend using Caliente plumbing. James is helping us with a major remodel of our home after 2 plumbing leaks inside the walls. Work so far has included pipe repairs inside the walls, replacement of new valves and bath fixtures, adding a propane line to a new gas stove and installation of whole house instant hot water system. Work is ongoing so more from me later.

We got a very sturdy clog in our kitchen line. Unlike other big names, who just tried the auger a couple times to unclog the pipe but failed and then gave us an estimate for a pricy hydro jetting, Will's Plumbing checked the issue thoroughly and carefully, they then used the auger and went out of their way to fix the issue. The plumber who served us, Fred, was very professional and also nice, polite and neat. Will definitely recommend them to my friends/family!
