Shawn & Will were great! They educated me on how the water softener works and showed me everything they did to fix the leak. They also took care of insulating some exposed pipes & swept the salt residue in the garage since they finished in just under an hour. Their customer service is outstanding. Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Great service! Worked with another company through my insurance and called Big City for another opinion. Fit me in the next day, took less than 5 minutes to find the problem that was way different than I was told from the insurance plumbers. They fixed it quickly and saved me a lot of money. Pedro came out same day to fix a water leak, which I appreciated. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He was literally in and out in under 30 minutes. I am giving 4 stars because I was billed for 2 hours of labor ($190), which I learned later is their minimum. He gave a small discount when I argued the point, but I think it’s important to be upfront about things like minimum charges.
