We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

Walker Gumbert and Dalton Bratton just finished my bathroom sink faucet install and my garbage disposal. They did professional work and were very Covid protocol compliant. They even slipped covers onto their shoes! I have always hated that garbage disposal so Walker gave me quotes on replacing or re piping. I chose to remove it. He re piped the sink and dishwasher and they left everything very clean and even took the old junk away! Tietze plumbing is the best !

Cris and James replaced our toilet. They were very professional and explained everything as they did it. They were very efficient and a pleasure to have do work in our house. We have used Big City Plumbing for 7 years and they have always come in a timely fashion and done a wonderful job. In January we had Joey and Joseph out as our outside faucet was leaking. They replaced the bad stuff and now it is as goo as new. I would have written how great they were but I couldn’t get on Google. Now I can give them a shout out at how we appreciated how quickly they came and how expertly they took care of the problem. Thank you Big Ciy Plumbing.

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who did a better job than they were proposing. New guys opened a different hole in about 5 min what Rolands guys charged me something like 3 hours to do by hand with a screwdriver. Roland will not admit to mistakes, will not call you back, will not try to help you out. They have no leak detection equipment. Every tech I have had come to my house has been great, he has good workers, so I left 2 stars as I appreciate that. I’ve had success in the past with them clearing my clean out line and another small job. But they charge too much for what they do, there’s better plumbers out there for less. I would never have written this review if Roland or someone else would have just tried to communicate instead of leaving me stranded. His techs should have rescheduled if they didn’t have the necessary tools for the job (I overheard them stating they lacked them) instead of gouging me hourly. And Roland should have owned up to that and given me some slack on the repair quote. I hope the office stops telling customers Roland will call them back for fear it will cause someone an aneurysm ?.

Good and bad - arrived on time very professional but diagnosed problem with water heater incorrectly and had to buy anew unit a few days later

I can't say enough positive things about David, Bee and the rest of the staff at People's Choice Plumbing. We needed new toilets and David helped us find a good product, was always following up with us and answering any question we had, helped deliver to our house and installed them in a very timely manner. Reuben quickly diagnosed the problem shortly after arriving and made the repair. He also let me know how to extend the life of the water heater. I was very satisfied with this response to an emergency call.

The young man who came and serviced our heater was excellent. He was very thorough and communicated with us at every step. Will definitely be my go to guys.
