I was highly disappointed with the HVAC service I received from Wills All-Pro/Goettle for a number of reasons.1. First and foremost, I'm upset because of the carelessness from the HVAC tech. A piece of PVC pipe/cap was removed from the condensate drain line valve during maintenance. He didn't replace it, and over two months my line backed up and began to slowly drip from that spot. I found the piece lying in the attic insulation, replaced it and it stopped leaking. The water soaked the mat under my HVAC system, the plywood and beams it was sitting on, and soaked through to the sheetrock ceiling in my garage (the water spots was how we discovered this).When I called them, they sent someone out to inspect the problem. I told them I had fixed it but wanted someone to inspect and mitigate the water damage. The tech (a different person) was very kind and professional, but after talking to his boss he said they would not replace the wood or mat under the HVAC and that the drain was installed wrong (another company installed it). When I said I understood that the slope of the drain line needs to be fixed, but the short term problem was his tech left the pvc piece off which caused the damage. He said we can't prove that, and its a he said she said situation. I acknowledge I can't prove this, but I know no one else has touched the drain line since the HVAC check up in July and was frustrated that this is how they treat their customers and don't own up to their mistakes.2. I scheduled a tune up for June, they called the day of and said they had to reschedule, and the soonest available was in August. They called me in July because and opening became available, but it made me feel my business wasn't important to them if they could push my appointment off 2 months.3. They tried to bill me twice. I paid at the time of service and was sent another bill mid-September. I emailed the receipt promptly and it was cleared up, but this shows lack of organization and it was a waste of my time.

I have used City Base Plumbing twice now. The first time, Angel L. came out to Floresville to first provide a quote to install a new shower head, shower faucets and shower lines for a new bathroom install. The quote was reasonably priced and he came out the following week to complete the job. He was very professional, efficient, timely and friendly and did an awesome job. I asked him for a quote for an outside shut off valve that was about to break. He provided a quote. I spoke with Marisol to set up the outside work, she was very professional and friendly on the phone and set up an appoint for the next day. There was an unexpected delay and they contacted me right away to reschedule for later in the day.David and Rigo arrived in a timely fashion, they were both friendly, professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend City Base Plumbing, every employee I dealt with exceeded my expectations. I will be contacting them when it is time to update my second bathroom.

We had an issue with our bathroom shower drain. We called Big City and the receptionist was very nice and worked to get us scheduled that same day. Cris and James came out. They were very professional and got the problem solved, corrected and got us all fixed up. It was a great experience and it's why Big City is our plumber of choice.

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

Terrible experience. Unlike their promise on their phone recording, they are neither prompt NOR professional. They scheduled a window for service between 10-2. At 12:30 they called and told us someone would be here within the hour. Two and a half hours later we called them, and were told nobody was available. I asked the dispatcher, Keisha, why, if nobody was available, had someone called to promise they were on their way and would be here within the hour at 12:30. Keisha essentially said I was lying, that nobody would have told me that (the absolutely did). When I explained that to her, she became rude, and would only repeat loudly the phrase nobody is available at this time. At no time was she even remotely apologetic for their failure to show up on time. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and after a 5 minute hold, I spoke to Jay. Jay said he would look into the promise to arrive in an hour and review the call with Keisha, and would send someone as soon as they became available. 90 minutes later, at 4 30, we called them and explained we had to leave to meet a dinner reservation, and asked if they could send someone between 7-8 that night when we returned. They said no. Someone would call us on our cell when they we available and we could come home. As we would be eating across town, that obviously wouldn't work. They refused to work with us to send someone when we would be home, only offering to send someone whenever they became available or the next day. We cancelled the appointment at that time. A minute later they called and said someone could be there in a half an hour (after we had told them we were leaving for dinner...thanks but no thanks). We scheduled our plans for the entire day around their promise to be here between 10 and 2. We even gave them several hours of additional time to show up, and all they provided was empty promises and rude treatment. The name Roto Rooter used to mean something.

David was able to come in and help in a matter of minutes! Thanks for your expertise and I will call you first the next time I need work done!

From the minute we decided to buy a new a/c unit the experience was amazing we talked to David who guided us through the process he was all information no high pressure sales as I found other people to be he answered all our question honestly and just made the process so easy he’s the best at what he does ! The guys arrived to install the unit Art and Ryan .we were worried about the whole process especially any mess they laid drop cloths and started work Art took one look at the original installation and decided how he would do it the job he did on this unit install was AMAZING I have never seen such professional work and so obliging to us he completely redid everything in the place it was in everything new . Ryan installed the outside unit and again did a job that was never done properly everything new and so neat and installed the way it should be he was Amazing it was so professional looking and nothing was too much trouble to him or Art I could go talking about these two guys but you would have to see the job that they did to know how amazing they were . From everyone in the office to David and “our”guys “ Art and Ryan it was a wonderful experience . Call Aramendia for your new A/c !
