They came out and repaired my cracked pipe. In order to do so they first suggested we take a look at what was actually going on under there via camera (how freaking cool is that?). Once we saw the issue there was no doubt I was in need of a major repair. They gave me options that varied and let me choose which one matched my budget best. Ultimately we decided on a repipe. Again, I am impressed the team came out and left it spotless. I couldn't hardly even tell where they worked! Amazing. I will use bluefrog for LIFE! That why I became an Elite member! Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

We had to blocked toilets and two blocked tubs (all linked). Marc and Alfred called us to say they were on the way and arrived on time. We explained what the problem was, they did some checking and then explained to us what was causing our problem and what they were going to try to do to fix it the easiest, least intrusive way possible. Well in what seemed like no time at all, they had cleared two tubs, two toilets and in the process cleared three sinks that were becoming problems. Professional all the way; went over each step, prepped the areas, cleaned up, put everything back as it was and double checked that we were entirely satisfied. EXTREMELY satisfied; two outstanding representatives for a company. Highly recommend A & M for any plumbing issue you have.

I called BlueFrog first bc I just had them put in a new AC and was a “member.” BlueFrog plumber came out, looked at the pipe that needed to be removed & capped. And quoted me over $800. I verified that the 10 minute job of disconnecting 2 pipes and capping 1 was $800. He said yes. Another company had quoted me $275-$325.I called Big City after a recommendation of a former employee of theirs (bf of the liquor store clerk - long chain story). The guy came out said it will be $200-$300 based on how it goes, no more than $300. Took them 10 minutes. Charged me only $200!! Offered to re-light all pilots. Definitely would use Big City again!!
