Arrived on time. Plumber was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He finished the job efficiently, professionally and even taught me a couple things while he worked. Definitely recommended!

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

I was asked to review my experience with the Road Runner employees who performed a job for which I requested the need.I'd like to first say that Road Runner Plumbing is very reputable, competitive, prompt, engaging and family owned and operated. This says a lot about their success and continuing growth.Frank Rochas and his colleague showed up promptly and introduced very professionally. As expected from knowledgeable professionals, they completed formal introductions and proceeded into: (1) the need to know where the issue was, (2) the evaluation of the specific plumbing layout of the home and (3) a prediagnosis of the solution.Per Company policies and procedures, Frank performed exemplary and proceeded to give their best to solve our issue. Although the task was difficult, Frank and his colleague remained professional, cordial and communicative. It was a good experience and Road Runner deserves accolades for traits that propel a company to greater accomplished and deserved recognition.A final word about the owners, if I may. Chris and Kathy Copeland are genuine people and are very responsive to their customers. I had only one complaint and they did the unexpected and completely made my experience a gem of a memory and they deserve the highest praises that Company Owners can achieve. That.... is from the heart.

We had Johanathan out today to replace an old toilet and fix some pressure issues. He was awesome and did it all super fast. These guys are great!

I had City Base Plumbing come out to my residence recently on a couple occasions. Both times they were Very Professional and on time or showed up early. Rudy and Pedro made sure the job was 100% completed to my satisfaction. They also took the time to explain the work in detail. They will also give you free estimates and tell you what's a priority. I would highly recommend City Base Plumbing they get the job done and the customer service is Outstanding!!!!!

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Our water heater broke while having family in town over Christmas and A&M Plumbing was dispatched from our home warranty. Marc came out and communicated with the manufacture and the warranty to get the parts ASAP and after 2 days we had the parts and they came out to installed it. We are happy with the install and the prompt service we got from them.Definitely recommend this company to anyone who need plumbing service. Super friendly staff with outstanding results.

Peoples choice came out right away unclogged the drain at a reasonable and fair price. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

After reading all the great reviews called 11/18 at 9:30am that I had a stopped up kitchen sink & confirming that they serviced SA. Call was answered by answering service. It’s now 5:45 pm & I never received a return call. Thankfully the next company answered & got a great technician out within the hour. Disappointed given the reviews.***UPDATE - after posting the above review I was contacted by Cody, the CEO. He was very apologetic for not responding and said that there was a glitch in the system getting the messages to him. He offered their services to check my home plumbing for any possible concerns. I much appreciated his sincerity and follow up after in trying to get a convenient time.Gabe came out today, in the estimated time originally given. He was professional and did a check of my home and thoroughly explained the areas that may need to be addressed. No pressure to get it done right away.I can easily see why the glowing reviews were done that led me to this company originally. I will definitely be using them in the future!Thank you, Cody & Gabe!

It was a difficult drain line in an old home that needed to be unclogged. Joe efforts were really appreciated!

Used them twice within the last 30 days (initially replaced hot water heater). Techs were efficient, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were on time and cleaned up the area afterwards...highly recommended!

I called this place after calling several others. They were able to come over the next morning and repair my broken stem from the shower handle and replace it with a new one. The price was far better than some others just by talking on the phone. He was professional and took me along with every step he made. I will definitely call them back to do the other side of my shower. These are good people. Great price. Professional service very courteous. 5 star from me. And I'm not to please
