Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in San Antonio TX

Shawn came to our home twice this week - once for a consultation/plan and then on the 18th for a gas line extension. We were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He listened well to our needs and offered good suggestions. He was forced to do the extension without his helper (Will) but still was efficient with time and patiently answered my many questions as to the whys and hows. It took a little longer than estimated, but he gave me a credit since he had to work alone. I highly recommend Shawn and plan to use him again for my professional plumbing needs. Roberto was the plumber that came to checkout my water heater. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Never felt like I was being upsold. Bluefog earned a new loyal costumer here in San Antonio. Booking an appointment was extremely easy and Roberto arrived at the agreed upon time. Can not say enough good things about my experience.

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

Frank and his team were prompt in arriving and took care of the leaks. Roadrunner company earned another customer and will refer them and use them in future .

Toilet was backing up, not flushing, and causing a mess in the bathroom so we called Premier Plumbing in hopes to get a quick response. Ruben came out same day to assess and determined problem was with outside sewer line. He provided multiple quotes and options from band aid to complete repair.Within 2 days the crew came out with excavator and all was fixed!Thank you Ruben and crew -- great job!

Ambition Plumbing came out on a Saturday to do an emergency pipe leak fix through American Home Shield. They were very easy to work with and they explained everything that needed to be done. Awesome company to work with. Fernando was very thorough and did a great job of locating and fixing the leak. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

I called many plumbing companies.My water heater made noises.One company right of gate after explaining the noises adamantly told me that my water heater is broken and needs to be exchanged....over the phone.Others were super pricy and not very friendly and responsive.Big City Plumbing stood out exceptionally.Angel answered the phone with a smile and was super responsive to my concerns.She not promised but tried to get somebody out.We scheduled an appointment for the following week.To my surprise I got a call back to inform me that somebody actually would be available and asked if it would work for me.Absolutely awesome.I got a text with the plumbers picture and the estimated time of arrival.Great safety measures!!! Like so many, our souvenirs from Snowpocalypse 2021 were multiple burst pipes. We looked on Angie’s List for recommendations and Will’s Plumbing & Testing Service was far above everyone else in terms of reviews/stars. How do you even get nearly 2000 reviews and still have 5 stars? By being awesome.First, Susan is an angel, a goddess, and made up of everything wonderful in this world. I count Susan as a best friend at this point. Not even kidding. She is the point of contact for the company, so had been working all weekend fielding calls from desperate, impatient, and understandably angry Texans, yet still made me feel like I was the most important person in her universe. The earliest she could get someone out to us was several days later, but that was to be expected as we were all needing the same help. I received confirmation texts and reminders throughout the entire process and for every appointment. We even received a photo and bio for Herman, the god among men who came and granted us water. He’s family now. The first visit, Herman worked his magic to allow us water while bypassing the greater issues that would require much more time. He’d need to come back later.. This was understandable as the San Antonio area was in crisis and they had to triage emergencies. Suddenly we could flush toilets, wash clothes/dishes & take much needed showers. All thanks to Herman & Co. He came out about a week and a half later to finish the job, which required a second day and maintained excellent safety, work quality, and professionalism the entire time. I just can’t properly articulate our gratitude for Herman and for Susan, who continued to call me with reminders/updates, as well as text. We will never call another company for our plumbing needs.

AJ was the technician that repaired and provided the items listed here: our sink/plumbing/power cleaning of drain/ cleaned the sink area where the water had leaked/ensured that there was no water left behind.Bottom line....he was great! He was on time, explained everything that he found as he diagnosed the situation. He then went through the projected costs, he put us at ease and really worked to do the job with quality and at the same time was able to get approval for a discount.AJ had a very competent way about him. I definitely felt that he knew what he was doing. His demeanor was excellent, respectful and courteous. He helped calm down an already stressful situation with the respectful manner in which he dealt with my Mother. I will definitely use this vendor again--and I will ask for AJ. He represents your company well! Thank you very much for the excellent service.
