Best Tankless Water Heater in San Antonio TX

I used George Plumbing to replace the plumbing main drain in the master bath. My first contact with Clay was a good experience. He was very nice and professional. They were the most reasonable out of the 3 quotes I received. The work was done by Shawn, who showed and explained to me what happened with the pipe (tree roots). Work was done timely, cleaned up and everything is back to normal. The only reason why not a 5 star is the work started 1 day later from the schedule, but they were on it the next day.An update to George Plumbing review 6-30-20. Came out to unclog A/C drain. The tech discovered that the discharge in the back of the house was buried under leaves, roots, etc. and was clogged. He put a high pressure blower at the drain line and got it cleared. The response is very timely from this company and charges are fair. I give them a great scorecard so far!

Installation of water softener was completed professionally and they upgraded the pvc pipes to more weather resistant material. Always a superior job. I have counted on them since 1994.

Brandon came out to give us an estimate. He was thorough and detailed. He really believed in giving a quality estimate.

This says a lot about their success and continuing growth.Frank Rochas and his colleague showed up promptly and introduced very professionally. As expected from knowledgeable professionals, they completed formal introductions and proceeded into: (1) the need to know where the issue was, (2) the evaluation of the specific plumbing layout of the home and (3) a prediagnosis of the solution.Per Company policies and procedures, Frank performed exemplary and proceeded to give their best to solve our issue. Although the task was difficult, Frank and his colleague remained professional, cordial and communicative. It was a good experience and Road Runner deserves accolades for traits that propel a company to greater accomplished and deserved recognition.A final word about the owners, if I may. Chris and Kathy Copeland are genuine people and are very responsive to their customers. I had only one complaint and they did the unexpected and completely made my experience a gem of a memory and they deserve the highest praises that Company Owners can achieve. Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Had a new tankless water heater install my old one went out. A&M Plumbing were so professional from the beginning to the end of service. Had to wait couple of days for the tank to come in but they updated with status from the time the tank was look at until it was install. Mark, who install the tank really know his job. Had this company come in to change our water heater . They gave us a quote for hundreds of dollars less than other plumbing companies in San Antonio. Josh and Homer were on time ,very courteous and knowledgeable . Thank you for great service ! Will be considering them in the future .

Needed a black iron pipe gas line installed from our existing gas line in the attic to our kitchen 2 floors below (About 10 feet over and 18 feet down) for a new slide-in gas range. Quote offered Trac Pipe tubing option as well but chose the pipe. Not an easy install but Alberto kept the drywall cuts to 3 locations as quoted. Also installed a recessed wall box with the ball valve ready for the new stove. He did a very professional and thorough job, including some pipe routing adjustments due to unexpected obstruction. Side note: Trac Pipe was used for the last 18 connection from original pipe to gas heaters in the attic when the home was constructed 17 years ago and Alberto actually found and fixed a small leak at the Flex Trac joint during the leak testing after his job was complete. Validated my decision to not go with Trac Pipe tubing on the inside of my walls. Overall, Alberto did an awesome job. This was first step of a kitchen remodel so drywall cuts no big deal. No surprises as everything he did was listed in the quote.

I called in the morning and requested a plumber to replace a toilet and also replace a wall outlet valve feeding water to the toilet. The receptionist was very professional and courteous and made sure the plumber arrived on time, the plumber was very professional, experienced and fast. I highly recommend people's choice plumbing.

Mr. Victor Pacheco was awesome!!! I had a constant leak, which he found because I had no idea where the leak was coming from. Victor P. also did another pipe that was repaired two days earlier and compared to Victor P., this previous plumber was an amateur, Victor P. made that pipe job look very professional with his expertise. Also too, he fixed my bathroom lavatory sink, which was calked up with calcium buildup....there is not enough word justice that I can credit him for his patience, knowledge and professionalism. I have never met a plumber like this before and I was just simply amazed. Normally, plumbers are so uncouth and just a detriment to their profession but not Mr. Victor Pacheco. Mr. Victor was VERY PROFESSIONAL. He even diagnosed the issues with my kitchen sink. I know who I'm going to call and it's AAA Auger for Mr. Victor Pacheco. To Yolanda, whom set this technician to my house, thank you....you've made a customer for life.

Technician was on time & informative! UV light was still good even though system stated “replace”. He suggested we keep the replacement bulb next to the unit for the next time it really needs to be changed! Happy with the service!
