Candidly, I'm not in the habit of writing reviews for plumbing companies, but these guys really deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Empathy seems to be in short supply these days, and I would not typically look for it in a service provider, but Chambliss earned my respect and gratitude for getting the work done, going beyond what was required, and calming my wife who was having a really bad day. By far the best plumbing service I've used. I had somewhat of an emergency at the house and they fit me into their schedule immediately. Austin came to my rescue. He was very professional and full of knowledge, as he was able to figure out the fix for my problem. I now know not to use flushable wipes. Rudy with City Base Plumbing did a perfect job with the installation of a new Kohler toilet in my home. He was very meticulous in making sure the worksite was left clean and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Strongly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

Had my pressure regulator valve replaced for low water pressure. Was given a quote over the phone and that is exactly what I was charged. James called me 30 minutes prior to showing up as promised and was there on time. He was a nice guy explained what he would do and how long it would take; he confirmed the price for the work. James completed the work on time, made sure everything was good, and explained what he did. Very happy with the service.

What professionals! From the start with each of the two gentlemen that showed up, Romeo and Pedro, saying yes sir and no sir. After they removed an old failed hot water tank, there were literally 3 drops on a tile floor. Romeo saw this, went out to his truck and came back with a paper towel in hand to wipe it down. Without a doubt, this is THE plumbing company to call for anything. Talk about honesty...They are honest and fair. I had to argue to get them to charge me for some of their work which they said was just a complimentary service. I get that, but if they do the work, they need to be paid. Call them now if you need Any plumbing work! You will be glad you did.

Big City Plumbing came out and found a broken water line between the city meter and my house. They systematically eliminated parts of the system being the cause and dug outside to locate where the line came into the house. They found it where we did not suspected it would be. We haven't repaired the leak yet but they were very courteous and did what needed to be done to find the problem. They kept us apprised of the cost and sent an estimate to complete the repairs promptly. Yes, we highly recommend them and would use them again.

You can't go wrong with Roland's Plumbing. He is now my go to provider. Fantastic work and outstanding customer service. Best in San Antonio hands down

Alex came out for a warranty call and was quick and very helpful, he offered advice and even took a look at another issue without me having to call it in.

We are very happy with the service and professionalism provided by the Will’s plumbing crew. Marc & Joseph came out and provided us with a water heater quote. They provided us with many options. Susan and Sam at the office provided great customer service as we completed the service agreement. Marc & Joseph then returned to install. The entire team did an excellent job in providing service.

Of course the most urgent plumbing issues happen on Sundays. I called People's Choice. He picked up the phone, on Sunday, and stopped by my house within 30 minutes, on his way home from church. Issue resolved! Best in class service.

I HIGHLY recommend PlumbSmart for any of your plumbing needs. The CEO, Cody Blackmon, personally ensured that I was happy with the work. I had a leak from one of my hose bibs and he made sure it was taken care in short order. I was shocked when he was done in such a short amount of time! He even hooked my pool's auto fill back up to keep my pool running smoothly. He also checked the softness of my water since the pipe (connection?) to the hose bib showed tons of deposits from hard water. I've seen Culligan come in (not to my current home but in the past) and claim I had very hard water when in fact I did not. I was initially concerned that would happen again; however, Cody said my water was perfect (wow!). I have had such bad experiences in the past with people trying to rip me off; it was so great to find someone (a company) that I can trust. So, I'm passing on the good news to anyone and everyone that will listen (or rather read it here!). Don't hesitate--these guys are GREAT and honest and fair! Thanks Cody!

Called to get someone to check a leak. Wanted to charge 1100 to fix a toilet. ? Wow. What a way to poke someone's eyes. Just because we are a business that doesn't mean you have the right to up the prices. It also took 3 guys to look at the toilet. Other honest companies are ranging about 300/500.Will not ever call them again.

Great technician who made sure everything was operating before he left.
