I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

After several days without hot water and tired of waiting for the Home Warranty response I called Roadrunner Plumbing , a company that was referred by a close friend.Next day they sent two pleasant and professional technicians.The water heater was 13 years old and had to be replaced.An estimate was provided and explained in full detail.Since the heater was installed in the attic and had no flood stop they highly recommend,for a peace of mind,the installation of the unit.We approved the job.Service was fast and clean and now my wife is happy.Excellent experience so I highly recommend this Company.

Needed my garbage disposal to be installed, I called multiple companies and everyone gave me the run around. As soon as I called this company they came out the same day and installed my garbage disposal. Everything was done quickly and professionally, the customer service was great, the quality of the work was amazing! These guys do great work at a reasonable price.Peter came to my house and took care of a few issues with our toilets as well as our bathtub and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. We were impressed with his attitude, work ethic, and customer service skills.

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who did a better job than they were proposing. New guys opened a different hole in about 5 min what Rolands guys charged me something like 3 hours to do by hand with a screwdriver. Roland will not admit to mistakes, will not call you back, will not try to help you out. They have no leak detection equipment. Every tech I have had come to my house has been great, he has good workers, so I left 2 stars as I appreciate that. I’ve had success in the past with them clearing my clean out line and another small job. But they charge too much for what they do, there’s better plumbers out there for less. I would never have written this review if Roland or someone else would have just tried to communicate instead of leaving me stranded. His techs should have rescheduled if they didn’t have the necessary tools for the job (I overheard them stating they lacked them) instead of gouging me hourly. And Roland should have owned up to that and given me some slack on the repair quote. I hope the office stops telling customers Roland will call them back for fear it will cause someone an aneurysm ?.

Quick and professional everytime!

I used People's Choice Plumbing to install a water softener a couple of months ago. The plumber arrived on-time and did an excellent job with the installation and answering any of my questions.The installation ended up being complicated, and he handled the situation swiftly and the right way. They followed up multiple times to ensure I was satisfied and having no issues.I will 100% be using them again for any future plumbing issues!

These guys are hands down the absolute best!!! Their rates are the best and they provide quality service that they stand by. They don't try to upcharge you unnecessarily and they are totally transparent about the various price points and what the trade offs are. And fyi, a few months later, everything still works just as well as when they did the work.It's hard to find trustworthy people to help around the house (met a few other plumbers before working with these guys). It's such a relief to know that I can trust these guys! I am a first time home owner and I got a historical property- I was totally overwhelmed and my showers were not working. They handled all the problems and they were so friendly and nice while working- this company was such a godsend when I just really desperately needed help.I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I am 100% going to be a repeat customer when it's time to do some renovations.

Best A/C and Plumbing company no doubt. My Dad did A/C service for 44 years, so I am pretty familiar with the profession. Dad is long retired, but Comfort Air is a good old fashioned, honest, and terrific company. My A/C went out on Saturday night at 6 pm. They had me back to the cool by 8 pm! Yes, on a Saturday! And Travis, the service tech was a very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable gentleman, just like everyone I have dealt with there. Thank you again Comfort Air.

We experienced a water leak below the foundation and plumbing Dawgs was out within 15 minutes from the time of the call. Very good service and very professional. Highly recommend!
