Doug came out both times, identified the issue quickly, had the parts really available to make the repairs, and completed the job in a tenth of the time it would have taken me. He was very professional, honest, and cared about my equipment and getting it done correctly. I'll definitely continue using them!

Great service and very respectable plumber's. They came to the rescue to install my fantastic free standing tub. They saved the day from a bathroom remodeling nightmare. A prior bathroom contractor was fired.And we needed the tub installed correctly. Blue frog did an awsome job and now my wife is extremely ?. Would recommend and will always call them for any future plumbing services.

Needed to replace a commode for my mother in law and from the beginning had great communication with Mr. Rooter. I explained my concerns about COVID19 and they explained their safety measures for customers and employees. On the day of the appointment, they reached out and notified me of when the plumber would be there along with a picture. Joe Hernandez showed up and was polite and knowledgeable. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. Cleaned up after the work was done and we are very happy with our experience.

I had a major plumbing issue happen in the evening that I could not handle. I had been referred to RBP through a family member, so I texted Mr. Mitchell in the evening & he promptly responded. We setup an appointment for the next morning. He was early & very professional. He worked hard to fix my plumbing issue & even gave me advice on how to prevent further backups in the future. Replaced my water cutoff valve next to water meter. Techs were both very responsive and explained step by step on the repair needed. Chris was professional as well as helper I believe his name was Joseph. They were very timely in the repair.

These guys are amazing. It took them a few days after the snow storm we had here in San Antonio but when they came they were friendly, explained what the issue was, they put on some scrub type looking things on their shoes before they walked in, they had their masks on, and were very polite. They showed up at 9:30 pm to fix a plumbing issues we had with our shower. As I was getting ready to pay they said there was no charge!! Seriously!? NO charge! They said it was their way of contributing to the community at a time of need. How amazing is that!? May God bless this company and we will be definitely be using them again every time we need to. HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Forgot to add, the staff answering the phone were also very friendly and their text notifications update you on the status of driver heading to your home.

After the hard freeze on Thursday night, one of our outside faucets cracked. The issue wasn’t noticed until late in the afternoon. We use our home as a rental property so it was important to us for the repair to be done as soon as possible. 4M had someone on the property within hours. They had the faucet replaced in no time.
