Best Sewer System in San Antonio TX

Had a leak between the city meter and my house. Water was going into the street. They fixed the leak and brought the connection up to code. Showed up on time ready to go to work.

Brian, Tony, and Chris were all outstanding! Very cordial, courteous, professional, timely, and easy payment online after job completion. I compared with several other plumbing companies/services (doing my homework/due diligence) and chose American Auger. I would absolutely use them again, hands down!!!

The customer service of this company was excellent! We had an emergency leak outside and no other company would help. Bluefrog was able to get someone scheduled for us and was exactly at the time estimated! Matt was great, friendly and committed to fixing our problem so we could have water running in our home again!

Our plumbing was leaking in the attic. We called CMC Plumbing on a Sunday morning. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and courteous and told me that Matthew would be there in 1 - 2 hours. Matthew arrived on time and within an hour he had repaired the leak and also had checked all of the rest of the plumbing in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very polite. The price was fair. I was very impressed by the service from beginning to the end. CMC is first rate and I will not hesitate to use them again!

I had an emergency with a leaking pipe late on a Friday afternoon. I called Rockstar and Joe came immediately and fixed my problem. They were reasonably priced and absolutely wondful!

I called after getting my foundation repaired and was told that the static test failed. I typically call a different plumbing company that is bigger but also probably the most expensive. I had seen City Base Plumbing while driving around town and thought i would give them a try especially since they have good reviews. My initial call was answered by Melissa ( i believe that's her name) who was very helpful in getting someone out to my house quickly. Luckily they had a cancellation that morning so Rudy and Mateo came to provide an estimate. Rudy was very knowledgeable and completely understood my situation. He was patient when I asked questions about the estimated work and made sure I felt comfortable in understanding what was being done and why. A day later, Angel and Mateo came to complete the job. They both were very courteous and mindful about disturbances as Angel noticed I was working from home. He was very patient while i was on phone calls and dealing with other issues, while trying to get the job done. He is also very knowledgeable and provided details and pictures/videos of the leaks he found and offered a few options to work around my budget if it was needed. Mateo didn't do much talking :) but he was very diligent and stayed on task and worked pretty quickly. Angel and Mateo made a great team and I am happy with the results of their work. I would definitely call City Base Plumbing again!

Had a nasty clog in the kitchen sink that was even more stubborn than I am. After wrestling with it for a few hours I made the call. Very fast and very professional service. Would definitely recommend if you are having issues fixing the problem yourself.

The guys took great care to ensure no damage occurred in working to chip a line for detached garage.

We had Homer and Josh out for a camera inspection, they were very professional with all that was done. Especially during this time of Covid, and took all precautions neccessary. Even wore booties to look inside the house. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs, and will definitely use them again.
