I choose First Call Plumbing because of their great reviews JJ and Oscar were great! On time, professional, capable, and informative. They did a quick search for the source of the leak inside and out side. They located it not far from the meter, so it was a much better outcome than it could have been.The only con was the cost. Even though JJ explained the pricing, I was still surprised by the bill. Dang! $800 to install a new hose bib and to repair a leak where the pipes intersected.

I went to HD and lowes and couldn't find what I needed. Went to Ajax and I was in and out in less than 5min with what I was looking for. Great customer service. I definitely recommend to look here before anywhere else.

Rockstar just replaced my water heater. They were very helpful prior to coming out, working with me over the phone on a Sunday night on how to shut everything off. They provided great customer service and were very knowledgeable answering any questions I had in a manner that was easily understandable. I highly recommend!

They replaced all the water lines under the house tying all into the main line, installed a new water heater, replaced all the old plumbing and stabilized the shower fixtures as well as bringing the plumbing up to code. They spent about 9-10 days here. Jonathan, Edward, George, Justin and Victor were ALL professionals, polite and funny. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and restored the Sheetrock to its original ( maybe better) condition. They all kept me up to date on the progress, problems they encountered and solutions to those problems. I highly recommend this company .

As a first time home owner, I was having an issue with the water heater & a constant leak so naturally I was pretty worried that the leak was filling up a bucket enough for me to constantly empty out the bucket. My home warranty company that issued the original plumbing company was not taking the urgency into consideration since I had to do the follow-ups and also that they were No-Shows on both appointments they scheduled. I called Gill Plumbing Services and it was an immediate response and same day visit with in 20 min to half an hour!! The problem was temporarily fixed since it was later in the day near closing hours. Gill Plumbing said they can do a complete installation with the proper sized water heater and bring it all up to code. The problem was immediately repaired the following morning at 9am as he said he would. My experience was beyond my expectations and the customer service was outstanding!! It’s rare to find good reputable companies that care about what they do, are knowledgeable, have great customer service & do quality work. I am thankful for the work done on my home & I will use Gill Plumbing for all my future needs for my new home. The gentleman were very professional from beginning to end.
