Tony and Braeden came by today to replace our Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). We had been dealing with low water pressure for years and didn’t realize how this part is needed not only to set the max pressure in the whole house but to also maintain that pressure whenever more than one water output is used within the house. What a difference! And the job was done quickly. The owners of this company are great people too. We highly recommend this company for plumbing and drain work.

Took 2 weeks, 2 Fridays no one showed up, the diggers they used dumped a lot of dirt in my yard instead of under the house, they started dumping it before they were though filling the hole so how did they know they might not need it, so now this 70 year old man has to move it before it kills the grass, ,l called Ajax and they said they have used them and they have done a job but no one from there came to check.

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

David is truly a Rockstar! My elderly mother had a pipe burst due to the recent winter storm and was without water. After having another plumber no show I called Rockstar Plumbing and spoke to David. I explained the situation and he said he would be right over. I wasn't expectingthis as it was already late in the evening but when he learned she was without water he insisted he would be here asap. After identifying the problem he explained to me step by step of what he was going to do to make repair. David is very meticulous in his work, pays great attention to detail, and is very knowledgeable. Within a couple hours water was up and running. Excellent, excellent service from these folks. I spent two weeks struggling to resolve an issue with our water heater using excessive electricity. After some inspecting on my own, Premier came out and fixed things up nicely.I went thru two plumbers before connecting with Premier. First plumbers didn't even attempt to assist with figuring out the issue. They stared at the water heater, listened to our issues, and happily recommended a $5,000 water softener, indicating that it would absolutely solve the problem. Second place was helpful, as they did some routine maintenance the water heater, but not much more. They also listened to our issues, and happily recommended a $5,000 water softener.I took matters into my own hands, and did some inspecting on my own. I discovered a leaking hot water line under our house (crawl space). I rang up Premier, as they're one of the few plumbers nearby that offered Saturday services. They showed up on time, and quickly verified that the issue I identified was indeed what was causing problems. They quoted me a price, which was very fair, and got to work. After about an hour and half, they'd repaired the leak.These guys were on time, professional, clean, and courteous. Saturday was a rainy day...they even took time to use shoe covers when coming into the house. Their work carries a 1 year warranty, too. Really, for the price we paid, the services we received were awesome.

David was able to assess the issue with our water heater and come out the next day with Rigo to replace the entire unit. He was very thorough and helpful throughout, and he made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Highly recommended!

Our outside pipe was plugged. Gave Roto a fight but he did not stop. He fought back and knocked the plug out. He fixed my system. Thank you sir.

Came in from out of town to help a friend out and watch their house. Found that the 1/2 bath was still not working and that the 18 yr old disposal was leaking.After a quick google search for this are - three companies came up, I reviewed all comments and decided to call Big City Plumbing. Peter answered, set up an appt for next day between a scheduled time. Jeff came out and with in an hour did both jobs and left. Great work and fairly reasonable. Peter answered all 3 of my calls promptly regarding appt times, consult on my problems and all of my concerns.Thanks!

Called J.C. Enriquez Plumbing to come out and replace a toilet and had it scheduled for Sunday Morning. Sunday came with an early morning rainstorm so they canceled stating flash floods in the area. Rescheduled for the following Saturday morning expecting things to be done as agreed. Saturday morning came which resulted in a no show and no call. I called them at the end of the scheduled 4 hour window and was greeted with a voice mailbox that was full. Unprofessional. I wasted time thinking this mom and pop business was legit. I will not be making that mistake again.
