These guys gouged me close to $600 for changing one pipe next to the house (exterior) and the creation of one hole under the kitchen sink- no repair made. Promised to come the following Tuesday and completely disappeared. Avoid if possible, they are bad news. Never answered the phone or returned calls. No stars if possible.

Called this morning and got service this afternoon (Saturday). They are great about communicating to let you know when to expect them and when they’re on their way. They text with the name of the technician before his arrival. Our tech was very courteous and respectful. He fixed our issue and we are very pleased. This is the second time we’ve used this company (2 different issues) and we would definitely call them again in the future!

I found John and his company after others failed to do the job right. He changed out our boiler a couple of months ago and we loved that he communicated throughout the whole process and was competitive with his pricing.
