Both my water heater and tub drains decided to stop working on the same day. I gave American Auger Plumbing a call based off of their reviews, & I was VERY happy with their work! At first the customer service guy wasn't being professional but the price they gave me was better than other quotes we received so we gave them a shot. Peter the plumber got to our house in 30 min. He was professional and willing to find the problem fast. He wasn't able to fix the problem because it was SAWS pipe that had collapsed but Peter definitely tried everything to fix it first and he even stayed late to finalize everything we needed for saws. I recommend their business!

My hot water tank was leaking and Brandon M. from Will’s All Pro was at my house to work on repairs in less then 1.5 hours. He was very courteous and professional, and explained every repair option to me in an easy to understand way. The repair itself looks great and my hot water is functioning properly again. I will be using All Pro again for future plumbing repairs.

After having a bad experience with another plumping company, I called roadrunner plumping and explain to them the situation and they guaranteed us they would be out after 4 the same day. I called around around 2:36 and by 2:50 I got a text saying Julian Ramos was our plumber, gave a brief description of him self and picture. Was on his way and even gave us a tracking of where he was at on his route to us. He came very nice, checked our clogged and repaired it in a very timely manner. Service was awesome! Highly recommend!

Their prices are reasonable and they're upfront about the cost. The gentleman was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in his assessment and explained what he saw through the camera. I will be calling them again if I need their services in the future.

Had a small leak somewhere in my plumbing and David and Rigo did an amazingly thorough job of checking all exterior areas of the plumbing prior to going through any drywall. They were kind, professional, and did a great job of explaining everything to me. While I really hope I never need a plumber ever again, I will unquestionably call City Base Plumbing for any future needs.

Knew they had me over a barrel, charged huge fee with promise of follow up inspection, but follow up never came. When challenged they basically said “sorry it’s a flat rate” and washed their hands. Avoid at all costs.

Tietze Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater, and water purification/softener system. Their Master Plumber Robert Mesaros was outstanding with understanding our goals, and offering an option that is perfect for our home. The installation was very thorough/neat, and completed in one day. We look forward to enjoying our new plumbing systems. We definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.
