Best Sewer Drain Cleaning in San Antonio TX

Charged me over $500 to tell me there was leak behind my shower tile then after we removed the tile so they could fix the leak he came back and said there was no leak and charged me over $800 to change some pvc. They also left a ton of trash in my bathroom, I feel like I got robbed in my own home and now I have to clean the mess they left.

Amazing service. Had a spicket burst on me. Water was gushing everywhere. Couldn't shut off the water to my entire house due to its age. Owner came and found a way to shut it off personally. Technician came and fixed the spicket free of charge since it was a cap job. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend the service to anybody. Top-notch quality service.

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing. I was skeptical at first because my 40 year old house was having sewer smell and fumes from my bathroom tub. With Austin helped he cleared all drains but unfortunately the smell was still coming through. Austin gave options in which direction s to resolve. I chose the mid course to perform a Static Test to see where the smell was coming from . Through the optic camera they can see a few possible leaks. Austin gave options to resolve problem chose the premium package. They replaced both bathrooms pipes under the house, corrected the direction of pipes did a professional job. Install a back flow to prevent sewer smell from city lines. Thank you John Arispe and crew. Fantastic job.

David was able to assess the issue with our water heater and come out the next day with Rigo to replace the entire unit. He was very thorough and helpful throughout, and he made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Highly recommended!

Alvin was our plumber and truly went above and beyond. Our water heater went out and he came out that evening. Even after getting a blowout tire on the way. He was nice enough to call me and let me know the situation and that he would still come by after fixing his tire. Unfortunately the time he arrived I had just left to pick up my kids and he still waited and finished the job that night. I don't think he left till 9pm! Amazing work ethic and great attitude. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

We had a pipe burst in our home over the weekend. The owner personally answered my call Saturday night at 8PM, then came out on Sunday to figure out the problem. He was able to put a stop gap measure in place so we could have water again, and send out a technician later in the week to fix the problem. Could not be happier. First time using Caliente and could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you.
