Three toilets in our new home were having problems. Our home owners insurance plumber did a pathetic job as a few weeks later we had the same issue so I called these guys. They were very informative and were able to come as soon as possible to fix our issue will surely use them again if need be.

These guys are legit. Super knowledgeable and efficient. They were Johnny-on-the-spot with my service call when I needed it. They not only do plumbing, but also HVAC. After having a bad experience with another plumping company, I called roadrunner plumping and explain to them the situation and they guaranteed us they would be out after 4 the same day. I called around around 2:36 and by 2:50 I got a text saying Julian Ramos was our plumber, gave a brief description of him self and picture. Was on his way and even gave us a tracking of where he was at on his route to us. He came very nice, checked our clogged and repaired it in a very timely manner. Service was awesome! Highly recommend!

I thought John Pace was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The only other thought I have which has nothing to do with him is it seemed a little high priced for about an hour and a half’s worth of work. But my problem was solved and that’s what counts.

I was assigned ambition plumbing by American home shield... I am glad I got them. Fernando was super fast in both analyzing and correcting the issues I was having which included clogged drains, faulty toilets, and a leak in the wall from a broken pipe. He was very knowledgeable and told me everything that was going on and what the warranty service and my homeowners insurance were likely to cover and he listed all of my options for me. I also made him aware of my paranoia regarding covid-19 and he understood and even took the extra step of spraying everything he touched with Lysol before he left. So in a nutshell, can't say enough good things about Fernando and his team and I will specifically request them next time I have a claim or even if I need something done that warranty doesn't cover. This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

William came out. Gave me the estimate. To repair my outside faucets. They worked with my lunch schedule, which I appreciate. Came out same day. I would recommend them& will use 4M again?

Like so many, our souvenirs from Snowpocalypse 2021 were multiple burst pipes. We looked on Angie’s List for recommendations and Will’s Plumbing & Testing Service was far above everyone else in terms of reviews/stars. How do you even get nearly 2000 reviews and still have 5 stars? By being awesome.First, Susan is an angel, a goddess, and made up of everything wonderful in this world. I count Susan as a best friend at this point. Not even kidding. She is the point of contact for the company, so had been working all weekend fielding calls from desperate, impatient, and understandably angry Texans, yet still made me feel like I was the most important person in her universe. The earliest she could get someone out to us was several days later, but that was to be expected as we were all needing the same help. I received confirmation texts and reminders throughout the entire process and for every appointment. We even received a photo and bio for Herman, the god among men who came and granted us water. He’s family now. The first visit, Herman worked his magic to allow us water while bypassing the greater issues that would require much more time. He’d need to come back later.. This was understandable as the San Antonio area was in crisis and they had to triage emergencies. Suddenly we could flush toilets, wash clothes/dishes & take much needed showers. All thanks to Herman & Co. He came out about a week and a half later to finish the job, which required a second day and maintained excellent safety, work quality, and professionalism the entire time. I just can’t properly articulate our gratitude for Herman and for Susan, who continued to call me with reminders/updates, as well as text. We will never call another company for our plumbing needs.
