I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment for late afternoon with the assurance that if a slot opened beforehand I would get a call (really appreciated that as I had the water to the house shut off). Within thirty minutes I got a call that a team was on the way. Within no time Dan and Austin assessed the problem and quickly replaced my Hose Bibb. the work was done in a timely manner and the cost was consistent with what I was quoted on the phone. Dan and Austin were friendly, careful of my property, and explained what was needed and what might be needed. Thanks to all of you for such great service. Cory was my technician and he was amazing. He helped fix my problem which ended up not even being related to my plumbing! He was able to determine that my air conditioner drain was clogged and was flooding my interior walls and garage. He fixed the problem quickly and responded during the evening hours which surprised me. Contacted Tietze plumbing to come out and give me an estimate on to install a water softener that we had purchased for install in our home, which is pre plumbed. Tietze wanted $814 for the installation. This price is simply absurd. Other plumbers in the area want at maximum, $400. For this 5 minute estimate, they attempted to charge us a $49 service fee. Every other plumber I called was happy to give me a ballpark estimate for a pre-plumbed home over the phone, no pressure.They will try to strong arm you into paying this by sending you an audio recording of the initial phone call when you schedule the estimate. An audio phone call is not an agreement and is disgusting behavior to try to use this as leverage. This service fee is completely anti-consumer and it is designed to force you into paying for overpriced service. STAY AWAY.

He explained everything he was doing and answered my questions. He had everything he needed with him. He and his assistant were professional and friendly. Price was reasonable. I accidentally ran over the water line box that belongs to my friends neighbor. My friend called this company and Joe came out so fast and fixed it even faster. It wasn’t as much as I thought it was going to be either. So all around it was wonderful service and experience, even though I was on vacation visiting from NM.

Our hot water pressure dropped and our showers and tubs were not receiving any hot water at all. The sinks would not turn on hot but only cold. We called our home warranty company and they said they could not send anyone out for 5 days and would not reimburse us if we used an outside vendor. We needed water for baths and so we called San Antonio Plumbing and they had someone out within 2 hours. The plumber was professional, concerned and took the time to get to the root of the problem. It was worth the service call. I highly recommend San Antonio Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

The Greatest plumbing company I have ever used!!! Their work is far past Exceptional. They fixed a leak on our main entry piping and install a main shut off valve, tightened up a few water knobs in the home for the best price out there. Couldn't have asked for better Service. I called Anchor to provide a second opinion and estimate for a water heater replacement that was necessary for the sale of my house to proceed. Not only were they courteous and on time, they were honest about the work that needed to be completed. Anchor was clearly more professional than the outfit sent by my home warranty company, so I opted to pay out of pocket 100% for Anchor’s service and be reimbursed partially by the home warranty company. Worth every penny! Over the course of about 3 hours, these guys were able to come give me an in-person estimate and totally replace the water heater. They even helped out with a couple of other things that I know they could have charged me for, but didn’t. 100% will recommend and use in the future. Special thanks to Paul and Dakota!

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!
