If I could give more then just 5 stars, I would!!!!We were so blessed having Eric K. Come to our home, to replace our garage disposal. He did all the contacting of our home warranty company, and when they didn’t response in a timely manner, he made sure I was informed right away.After he finally got the response back from warranty company, he came right back to replace my garbage disposal. He was so kind, nice, professional, fast, clean, and just a blessing beyond words! Any time again! Did I mention honest? Thank you Eric!

Eric & Michael are fantastic! I HIGHLY highly recommend San Antonio Plumbing Company for a multitude of reasons. I've had plumbers try to upcharge me, or not complete work - this was far from that. Technician showed up and I attempted to explain the problem and he said ok and then looked at it and went outside and said I will be back in I'm 20 minutes. Je came back and said we would get a response in 24 to 48 hoursI asked him what was going on and he said you would ger a response.Never explained until I get an email from my warranty company denying the claim but he asked for his 9500 service call fee immediately and left. Again no explanations given about the situation as I tried to explain he ignored me the entire time
He was very professional! Came in and had a very respectful demeanor and worked very efficiently. I had no idea about the plumbing problem but I had it explained to me in great detail and the work took less than 2 hours when I thought it would take the whole day. Thanks!

Do not recommend anyone use.Paid >$10000 for tunnel & pipe repair.Had to call them out to house 3 times to fill tunnel. Still dont know if it was done properlyThey said will take pictures and show meBut never seen pictures. Left most of dirt from tunnel on top of yard instead of back under house. Terrible service

Wow! Service was so fast! I had a squirrel chew through a water line in the attic and tried to fix myself but it kept leaking. I called at 2:30pm and my issue was fixed by 3:05pm. Excellent service! Also they have a military discount!
Hugo saved our Christmas. Christmas eve we discovered the 2022 holiday freeze caused a rupture on an outside pipe fitting (even though it was insulated). Water spewed everywhere. We shut off all water for the night. Christmas day we set out to Walmart desperately looking for some hack solution so we could close off the pipe and turn back on the water to the house. Enroute, we saw San Antonio Plumbing on Bandera had their garage open, but we ventured on not wanting to be a bother. But Walmart was unexpectedly closed. We doubled back to San Antonio Plumbing with a just a bit of hope and thankfully met up with Hugo and explained our situation. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. He searched through some supply bins and came up with a pipe end cap and sent us on our merry way (no charge) – all in a matter of minutes. It worked perfectly. Thank you, Hugo, for our little Christmas miracle.
Calling today I spoke with a lady who couldn't tell me if a technician would be out to my house today, when explaining whe warranty company already gave them the authorization to do the work she HUNG UP ON ME!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. For a company in Helotes tx I thought there would be quality, evidently I was wrong.
Armando O. arrived ahead of the scheduled time (3pm), which was awesome for us. He got the jump done efficiently & quickly. He planned for an hour, I doubt it was even 45 minutes. Our faucet was a mess, in no time at all, he replaced it with a new one. We had a toilet that continually ran; Armando fixed it fast as well! Absolutely professional as one would expect! There was water issues but because it was caught early... likely the wood will need replacing but no other permanent damage!

Service was Top notch. I called for service on Tuesday and they were there by Wednesday at lunch time. Eric K. arrived on time as scheduled. I have had many experiences with different plumbing companies, but I will say that this one is up there in ratings! They were very professional and they went above and beyond what other companies have done. The technicians Eli and Joseph were very polite and friendly . They took the time to explain everything during the whole process. It is evident that they are very knowledgeable. If I had to have another plumbing service performed, I will call them definitely!
I called SA Plumbing for a suspected leak around my water softener. They sent a plumber out within 2 hours. Eric K. was amazing! Exceptionally courteous and patient. Explained everything. I did not feel like someone was blowing smoke up my you know where?. Would highly recommend and ask for Eric.

San Antonio Plumbing did a great job addressing our blocked septic line. They were able to come out about 1.5 hours after I called. Johnny was courteous and quickly was able to address issue. He discovered we had a crack in the line but told us it’s not an emergency that needed to be addressed immediately (which I guess he could have) and instead said it should be repaired sometime in the next several months. The repair won’t be cheap, but I truly appreciated the fact that he did not try to pressure us into the repair right now.The cost of clearing the blockage (roots coming in through the crack) was on the low side of the costs I had seen on the internet.I would definitely use San Antonio Plumbing again if I need a plumber.

Eric Kiolbassa came to fix a leaking cutoff valve after my mom called San Antonio Plumbing from out of town to request a service call due to discovered leak in their home here. Eric is extremely courteous and explained everything, obviously takes pride in his work. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Such an asset to a company. I will highly recommend Eric Kiolbassa from San Antonio Plumbing.
Eric was super responsive to our needs. He let me know 30 minutes before he’d be there and arrived exactly on time. Was very professional; went immediately to work and identified the issue very quickly. Even though he had to coordinate with Home Warranty Company; did this and got approval for repairs within about 15 minutes. Then he had to disassemble the entire tank and replace all of the internal works and seal and did all this in an amazing time. Even though the tank had a leak that leaks blue water all over, he took the extra time to ensure he left his work totally spotless (even though he left with “Smurf hands”). I would be happy to have Eric return for any future issue. I will be asking for SA Plumbing by name and Eric in particular for any issues covered by my HomeWarranty Company in the future.
Had a main line clog which caused water to back up through shower drain. Johnny came out, ran a camera and found the blockage. He then ran the tool to unclog the drain. Great job and reasonably priced. I have used your company extensively over the past few years and have always been amazed at the professionalism your team displays! Will continue using your service (although I hope not as often as I have...) Thanks for another job well done!

Armando was professional and walked us through everything. Very good communication. He helped us understand the leak issue and the work he was doing to repair it. I was very glad San Antonio plumbing was able to get us serviced the same day. I will definitely use them in the future.
I reached out to SAP on a Sunday expecting to hear some sort of additional fee for coming out on the weekend and was surprised to hear there wasn't one. Joseph was my service tech and he did a great job assessing the issue even before any digging had been done. His assessment was spot on and his explanation of what was required and why was clear to both me and my wife. The crew came back in the morning on time, dug up what was needed, and kept me in the know each step of the way. All were polite, neat, and did their best to limit any major mess in my driveway and sidewalk. Joseph even found a cheaper option once the plumbing was dug up and saved me some money. SAP proved to be honest and look out for their customers! I will recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know a plumber.
Service tech Eric arrived on time started working on the clogged drain and pipe. he was able to complete the job cleaned the area and checked that there were no leaks in the pipes. Eric did a fantastic job I would highly recommend this company with employees like this gentleman. Thank You
San Antonio Plumbing is excellent! I called and was helped by Shannon who was really helpful and friendly; she got me a same day appointment. Prior to appointment time, the plumber, Mark called to let be know he was on the way. Mark arrived with an assistant named Steven and both set about identifying my problems and offering appropriate solutions. I needed a valve replacement and pipe repair in my yard; and then I also needed valve and flex-line replacements at my water softener and water heater. I could tell right away that these guys were pros; their attention to detail and respect for my property was much appreciated. I really liked how Steven got the sod back to near original state after the valve and pipe repair in the yard. And, they got this all done in just s little over 2 hours! I could not have asked for a better plumbing experience. Thank You!
I hired San Antonio Plumbing to diagnose why I didn’t have any water after my water softener failed. The technician spent ~45 minutes to take off the faucet aerators, rinse them off with water, and then replace them to restore water flow. Then he gave me a quote for a new water softener of $4,200.00, $675 to replace toilet flush valves for 3 toilets ?, $200 for angle stops, and $125 to flush the water heater for a total of $5000.00. Because I decided not to do the work he charged me $225 for the work he did. Again, not much work. Total rip off. He should have warned me he will have to charge me a full hour of work plus the $45 dollar service call fee just to do what he did. And oh by the way, the $45 dollars, I was told by the receptionist would be discounted from the cost of any work. I asked why he was not discounting the $45 — he said he couldn’t??!! Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
I had a backup in my system that was inadequately fixed by another plumber. I called and spoke with Andrew and he took his time explaining what could be my problem. He ended up doing a hydro cleaning to my entire system and I shouldn’t have to worry much about it for years. He was very patient, professional, and his team was very quick and courteous. I am very happy with this company and now have them listed as my go-to plumbers.

I called San Antonio Plumbing when another plumbing company did not show up, despite telling me for an entire day that they would. So I was very frustrated and upset. It was a steady leak, and I knew it was wasting water and would affect my water bill. Eric K responded and showed up exactly when he said he would (the next morning.) He explained what needed to be done, gave an accurate estimate and completed the work in a lot less time than I thought he would. It makes SUCH a difference! Eric not only did an awesome job, he was courteous, kind, and honest. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and wants customers to be happy. Thank you! I had a pipe leak due to the winter storm and my home warranty company referred me to San Antonio Plumbing. They were very quick to turnaround and have someone sent out (3 business days). This was super fast considering all the other plumbers in the area were booked for at least a week. My specialist was Eric who was very professional and candid about the fixtures and showed me where the damage was. He was even nice to provide me with his personal cell so I can contact him directly in case I couldnt' get a hold of the company. I will say that Eric was super responsive and I highly recommend it. Did a great job. Was able to fix my AC drain pipes after 2 failed visits by AC technicians.
Jesse did a great job in a timely fashion. He was very kind and respectful. He helped fix my issue in no time and was able to tell me what the problem was! Very knowledgeable. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend.
Our appt. time was between 4-6pm on Friday and Jed arrived at 3:45 which we were very surprised. We had a broken disposal and Jed quickly installed a new one and gave us great tips on how to clean it and keep it in good shape. He was very professional and friendly. We would gladly have Jed the Plumber in our house again!He also noticed the water line to our dishwasher was copper and starting to break down, but it was not leaking yet. He provided a fair quote but did not push us to have it changed. He simply stated they would email the quote next week. We really appreciated being informed but not pressured to have it fixed now.We would gladly hire San Antonio Plumbing and Jed again!

Having a plumbing issue is never fun but to know that the technician that does the job for you loves what he does makes all of the difference in a stressful situation. Armando arrived on time and was able to start the repair after giving me a very competitive estimate with no wait time. He was knowledgeable about the repair material and was able to educate me so as to identify need for further repair going forward. He even gave me a solid discount, which is always appreciated. Great no hassle service, highly recommended.
We had this company come out on two separate occasions. Each time a gentleman eric has came out to the rescue. He has helped us tremendously and make you feel safe. It’s not always an easy feeling having a male in the house when you’re one of the only females. He talks to you to make sure that you’re okay, comfortable and understand what he is doing. My dog did get out of the room and besides freaking out that a 60 pound dog was running down the stairs he laughs and tells me he use to have German Shepard’s. We’ve had other companies out before and they never have cared to clean up after themselves. I walked my house after he left and everything was spotless. I will always recommend if available that Eric comes out and assist us. He always gives his best and does it with a smile. Great customer service! Eric was highly Professional, knowledgeable, Honest and Clean. He replaced the valve on my shower and he made sure he cleaned up after himself. Also i gave him to much money and he informed me and told me i gave him to much. Also the company communicated with me every step of the way. would recommend this company and technician!
Had a problem with the toilets. The plumber said he repaired both of them. I pointed out the fact that nothing has changed or improved. He said that was the best that could be done. He changed me $450 and I have the same problem as when I called him.They sent another plumber who stays the problem is with a different part and they don't have any. Also the supplier is out of stock,so, when the part comes in they will return and install it.I think I prayed for something I didn't need to do. We will wait and see what happens after they get the part and install it.They now have the part and it has been installed. I told the plumber that the water still didn't raise to the level that it used raise to. He said use it for a few days and If you're still not satisfied, call the office and we'll have the manger come out. We will wait to see if things get better.The manager called and said they did everything they could do. The toilets still have a problem with the water level and they would refund the entire fee I had paid. If I felt so inclined I could pay them any amount for the services they provided. I have the refund and I will get another plumber to do this repair. Based on the results of that repaire I will send this plumber a fee I think is appropriate.

The experiance i just had with San Antonio Plumbing was great and the experiance with the repairman Armando was awesome he was professional very pleasant and he explained the problem and proceeded to fix the problem in a very timely manner a very happy customer.
I don’t do this very often, but every now and then you come across someone who just stands out! Eric Kiolbassa, our plumber, is one of those few. His professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and honesty all made such a great impression, that I felt obligated to share. If I owned my own business, I would make great strides to steal him. Had shower valve leak. Front office was friendly and courteous and assigned me to Armando. Spoke with him prior to appt to understand repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable, considerate of my concerns, and did not try to sell or push extra items or work. Arrived at scheduled time, courteous, quickly and efficiently repaired leak. San Antonio Plumbing is the best service I have revived in the 8Yr living here. Eric the master plumber was highly knowledgeable and expertly used his experience to troubleshoot and repair the issue. Refreshing to meet a tradesman with such integrity . Will be passing there number on to all friends and family I highly recommend there service.
Their first Technician dug a hole in my garage ceiling without authorization from the warranty company and they refused to own up to it. In fact, when I complained and asked them to fix it, they were like, Oh, it costs only $150, get a handyman and get it fixed yourself.. I even spoke to a manager who was surprisingly disrespectful for someone in customer service and accused me of wanting to get something for free when all I wanted was for them to own up to a mistake they made and get it fixed. The second technician, Eric, was extremely courteous and tried his best to remedy the situation. Sadly, with such poor and disrespectful management, even a good and courteous technician can only do so much.Extremely bad experience. Will not recommend.

Our hot water pressure dropped and our showers and tubs were not receiving any hot water at all. The sinks would not turn on hot but only cold. We called our home warranty company and they said they could not send anyone out for 5 days and would not reimburse us if we used an outside vendor. We needed water for baths and so we called San Antonio Plumbing and they had someone out within 2 hours. The plumber was professional, concerned and took the time to get to the root of the problem. It was worth the service call. I highly recommend San Antonio Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
Joseph installed a water heater at my rental property for an awesome price and then drained the two at my current property for a great price as well. I bought a dishwasher from a big box store and paid them to install it. But after two trips, they couldn't get it done. So I called Joseph at SA Plumbing. Next day, Joel M. from SA Plumbing showed up, equipped for anything. He protected our new flooring with a huge rubber carpet, had no trouble removing the old one, double checked all of the fittings, brought in the new one from the garage, hooked it up perfectly with no mess. Then he tested it out, went back and double checked all fittings for leaks, vaccummed the whole area, and hauled away the old one. I have their magnet on my refrigerator now for any future plumbing problems. There are some new things I need (toilet, wash basin, etc). When it's installation time, I'll call SA Pluimbing. Joseph -- you should be proud of your whole staff. Even the phones were answered politely and professionally. Thanks!

Ben fixed a valve outside out house a couple months ago and did the job for much less than other companies had quoted. So, I naturally called SA Plumbing Co when we had an indoor emergency. After a SNAFU with another plumbing company that the warranty co. sent out yesterday, they contacted San Antonio Plumbing to take over the job on my water heater. Since I've had no hot water for 2 days and the new appointment was for Monday I was getting pretty desperate. I did talk to Joseph at San Antonio Plumbing and he did not have anyone at all that could come any earlier. I resigned myself to having to boil water and make do when Joseph called me back within about 40 minutes and said he had a plumber who could come this afternoon. The desperation in my voice earlier was apparent, I know, but I sure did not expect that Joseph would find someone who could help me today. Now THAT is customer service, and being in customer service myself for 42 yrs. I recognize and really appreciate outstanding customer service and businesses like San Antonio Plumbing who truly do CARE. We are longtime members of Choice Home Warranty. We discovered San Antonio Plumbing and ARE VERY THANKFUL for this discovery.We discovered a leak in an outside pipe, called last night (8-28-2020) about 830pm. Our claim was assigned to San Antonio Plumbing, a delightful customer experience.Eric (our new plumber) professional courteous customer care made this possible nightmare into a pleasure. Eric Kiolbassa from SAN ANTONIO PLUMBING is the best, he was very professional and respectful of my home. He made sure everything was cleaned once he was done. I’m just so satisfied with this company because of him.
Eric and his associate was very professional and took care of the busted pvc pipe that was attached to my water softener. He came to do a Choice Home Warranty covered repair that was pre-approved and found out during the service that Choice representative from El Salvador stated it was now not going to be covered. Instead of leaving me with the problem between the two of us we worked out a way to get the repair needed and I will deal with Choice warranty. Especially, after 3 Choice representative said the repair would be covered when I filed for the claim.
It was easy to book an appointment for the next day. The problem is that if you have a water leak is hard to wait and that is just to get a quote. I did not like the service because the guy didn't provide no choice His choice was $1,250 for each bathroom,because they provided the equipment and to be able to insurance for one year I need to buy from them.That is understandable but I only want my shower cartridge replace and I had the part.So this company did not workout.The other companies gave me the same quote for $1250 but they where willing to replace my Home Depot cartridge to stop my bathroom leaking.I paid $I75.I was very thankful they could help me and I will always call them.If I pay $1250 is going to go to them.Overall I did not like the experience I did not like how he was mocking the type of faucet I had and that he didn't provide no choices.

Andrew Gutierrez has done a lot of work for us. Appointments come quickly and the work has been excellent, professional, dependable and very friendly. I highly recommend him.Eric Kiolbassa worked at our house for two days un rain and into darkness of night to find and repair leaking outdoor pipes, installing a ball valve to turn off water to the house and checking and adjusting our water pressure. Today he worked at our rental house replacing a leaking valve under the kitchen faucet. Eric is a wonderful person and does excellent work. I would highly recommend him as a plummer and a friend.

We had a leak under our upstairs toilet. I called them and they sent over Arrmando who was here same day! Gave me a good quote, so I went to go buy a toilet at Lowe's. Armando came back the next day and repaired everything and installed my toilet. Great job guys!

Sorry but I'm so disappointed with San Antonio Plumbing. It was a complete waste of time to call them because they wanted to charge me approximately $550.00 to replace the shower control handle. In my opinion, a prime example of price gouging. And I qualify this because I had another licensed plumber take care of that problem plus replace a garbage disposal with a new one all for $285.00. Never again, will I call upon them.

I had a great experience working with San Antonio Plumbing! They sent out Brett, and boy am I thankful for him! So a little background story first..my issue is, the water in the bowl will not stay at a normal level. It dwindles down to almost nothing in the bowl. I have a contract with choice home warranty (luckily it expires in a few days lol) where I put in the claim for the toilet issue. The first company they sent out was A-Snap plumbing. They replace the flush valve, and for 2 days it worked fine, then back to what it was doing. They came back out, tried to replicate the issue by flushing, and when they saw it wasn't instant, they said it goods, and left 10 min after. 1 hrs later I was calling back to tell them the issues not resolved. I was told they get with the warranty company, but for 2 weeks heard nothing from either side. I called the warranty company and they tell me that the A-Snap plumbers said the issue was resolved....WHAT??? No! So I had to INSIST they send me another company..and that's when San Antonio Plumbing came to my rescue! Brett, after a few hrs of troubleshooting, was able to determine the issue is the actual toilet. And was able to take care of a leak in my shower faucet as well! I feel at ease now, and never again will I do business with either of those other companies again! Thank you SAP, you're a pipe saver!! :D

Dealing with plumber can be very tedious in many occasions. However working with San Antonio plumbing was exactly the opposite. They came when they said they would and the plumber Armando was awesome. Armando installed new garbage disposal in no time flat and left my kitchen looking exactly like it was before he came.

I am extremely disappointed and displeased with the technician name Armando, who came out to replace my garbage disposal. As replacing the garbage disposal, he began checking for leaks and in so doing, he turned my dishwasher on and then off. I didn’t think anything about it until after he left, when I tried to wash the dishes that are in the dishwasher and the dishwasher now does not work.When I asked him about it, he stated to me that he never touched the dishwasher, in essence calling me a liar.
They had to change out my pressure regulator in the sewer out front. They did a professional job, made sure that I was pleased and they made my front lawn look as if they hadn't been there! I'm very impressed. And I have a year guarantee.

I would like to give this company a hand and stamp of approval! I made servals calls to plumbing companies and these guys were able to give the best response ok a professional and timely manner. First off they showed up on time, yes I said they showed up ON time! Second they were very respectable and used booties to wear over their boots to keep my new carpet clean. They surveyed the problem and made the repairs needed to be done. All while the working process they kept their work space clean and made sure to not make a mess. Very poor quality of workmanship. The water heater they installed is leaking in the attic without even looking just over the phone they blame the parts but its clearly poor workmanship plus they broke my attic access and the didn't fix it right. I won't let these guys in my home ever.

Armando came out and fix a leak in the wall and one in the ceiling. Explained the costs up front and ended with no surprises. Glad to have everything fixed.

They said I needed two brand new toilets and wanted to charge me a ton of money to replace them... $1,000+ for each one. Another person from a different company came to our house and fixed the toilets for a lot better price.
This is the second time I have hired this company. Always on time, courteous, and professional. First time was for water softener install and this time was for installing two toilets. Will definitely hire again for my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!!

Great service, I initially scored a 2 star, however, Andrew contacted me back with my concern, he went out to fix the problem with my drain. going to use these guys on my next home.
My sink was clogged and they weren’t able to uncloged it because they didn’t use the clean out drain they put the snake through the sink drain and now my house smell like chemicals I’m till the same sick of this smell and the sink still the same flooding

Armando showed up on time, and even fixed a problem that had come up between the time I called for service and he arrived. I'll be calling them every time I need plumbing services.
Charge for every task they do. Use hand snake $150. Remove toilet $250. I stopped them when whey wanted to snake the and televise sewer pipe and charge additional.
Johnny came out and immediately took care of business. He was professional and friendly. I’m just getting settled in Texas and I’ve found my plumbers.

Fair price, great service! I found out about this company from my home warranty company. We’ve used several plumbers over the years, but San Antonio Plumbing Co is now our go to! They are an honest company that has the customer’s interest in mind and they don’t try to up sale. I don’t remember the names of the plumbers who installed our water heater, but Hugo has been by a couple times and he is absolutely great!

We have a warranty policy with CHOICE and a technician was dispatched to our home. He confirmed that we needed to have our water heater replaced. Sadly, we had our 2nd water heater replaced a year ago and our out of pocket expense was $195.00. Well SA Plumbing wants $455.00 dollars. I called to request an itemization invoice to see why there is such a significant difference, well they do not have one. i was told That is just the price. Come to find out they are wanting to charge us for what our Home Warranty is not giving them. This is not for un-covered upgrades and we do not need a permit as we live outside the city limits. They agreed to be a provider with CHOICE but do not agree with what CHOICE is going to pay them for their services. I have requested to speak to the owner over a week ago with no response. I had to call a 2nd time today to request that the owner contact my husband to get to the bottom of this issue. It is not okay to tell the warranty company that the fee is for non-covered items when in fact you are wanting the difference that CHOICE will not give you. Again, choosing to work with a warranty company means you will get paid less but you will get more work and build your business and clientele who will use you in the future.

I'm super happy with Sa plumbing. I'm diffenly going to be referring Sa plumbing to all our family and friends.
We had an exceptional experience with San Antonio plumbing, this is not the first time we’ve used them. We smelled gas around the water heater, unfortunately it needed replacing and was completed same day in a few hours. We thank Eric who came out and serviced us, he was professional and courteous and explained everything throughout the process. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
