The technician was very professional and after explaining what we were experiencing with our AC, he gave me a couple of ideas on what was happening. He then walked out to the unit and talked me through everything he was doing and looking for. Once he found the problem he walked me through the repair and also explained why it occurred. The first AC tech that came from another company said I had two burnt parts and with parts and labor it would cost $1500 dollars. With Edgar, he found the problem and just fixed what was needed and did not try to up sale any additional services or parts. A very honest technician with a great company! I will definitely continue to use Air Today Air-conditioning and Heating.

Reviewing as a tenant here: we had issues with our HVAC that was inspected by a different vendor who said the owners would have to replace the entire unit. Landlord didn't agree and we thought we'd have to suffer through this Texas heat. Air & Plumbing came out to get a second set of eyes, and it turned out to be a really simple (and much less expensive) fix. The technicians were very professional, explained everything and showed exactly what they fixed. They were honest, respectful, and punctual.

I have used this company for a few years for my air conditioning installation and maintenance. The customer service is amazing. I called in service and a technician was out to my house within an hour. The tech went above and beyond to show me the issues with my AC and said he was able to fix it really quick because he had the parts in the car already. One of the quickest service I have ever experienced from any company. 100% recommend!
Superb service, showed up on time the same day on a Sunday. Technician was knowledgeable and said there's nothing wrong just the thermostat was set to heating pump, if that's the case we won't charge you. I was amazed for his honesty. I admire honesty, for that I purchased the maintenance one year plan. All-around amazing job.

The tech, Orlando was very knowledgeable and professional. He was earlier then expected and that was very much appreciated. He took the time to explain the equipment and process. His assistant Shawn was very helpful too. He was a real asset to Orlando and was also very knowledgeable. This company was recommended to me by a friend that used them and I was very satisfied and pleased with their service and their friendly technicians. I will recommend them to my friends.
I’ve used them to repair my old system, and recently to install a new system. Their customer service was friendly and responsive. The technicians have all been professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. They never tried to sell me on a repair I didn’t need right away and always gave me options on the things they saw that were going bad but weren’t broken yet. The repairs fixed my issue first time and quickly. I would recommend them to my family without hesitation.
Had my AC go out - ended up springing for a new one in the end. They were able to get a technician out to me for the initial consult the day after I called and got me in for a replacement two days after that. They were responsive, the workers were uniformly pleasant and professional, and when I had minor issues with the system just after install they got technicians to me to figure it out within a couple of hours. It was not a cheap week but I do think their work was competitively priced. I would use them again.

My first time using this company. The office staff were courteous and helpful. The technicians that came were on time (actually early) and seemed to know their stuff. Recommendations were made for warranty work which was completed by the company that installed it and had the warranty paperwork. However, had Air Today not recommended the repair, we may have ended up with equipment failure down the road. Thanks for catching that.

Our HVAC unit had frozen as a result of the cold weather and icy rain and was running on emergency heat. It would not come on in normal operating mode. Air & Plumbing Today were very responsive and sent someone round within just a few hours of contacting them. Frank was able to restart our system. The men who came out to test for leaks prior to my foundation repair were prompt and extremely polite. Uvaldo Vela was assigned to my job and I have no complaints!! I had a great experience.
Valdo and his partner did an awesome job. We had a plumbing leak in the wall that could have been a disaster. Valdo showed up the day we called and had everything fixed within an hour and a half! Great job. Will use this company in the future.

Great Job! Came to do a Pinpoint test, the Technician arrived on time, was professional throughout the visit. After explaining that there was a a break in the pipe system, He was very thorough in founding exactly where it occurred.

My HVAC wasn't heating or cooling properly. They came out quickly, identified and fixed the issue with the cooling that same day. When it got cold again one unit still wasn't heating properly. They came back out at no additional charge and identified the problem that had been missed.Edit: There was an additional charge :(
This is my third time coming back, all for different reasons though. This time around I called them to get an estimate on AC and heating replacement needs. They were able to come out next day and exactly on time! Gus was very professional, explained the products and process thoroughly to the point where he made sure I understood. He was able to provide a written as well as emailed breakdown of the cost. When I asked how soon they could get started if we agreed he said next day which was mind-blowing because I thought we had to order everything before they actually get started. So to know that it was in stock and they can start right away is great. I would highly recommend using them for your plumbing and or AC and heating needs.

Awesome experience. We were buying a home and needed a detailed report on the HVAC system. They were quick and provided a very detailed report which helped us get credit from the seller and make arrangements for repairs before closing. Super helpful and communication was on point! First time I've used these guys and they're awesome. I've had 3 different plumbers out to look at an issue and they all gave different diagnoses. Quotes have ranged from $800 to $9000 for a cracked pipe I'm terrible with names so I've forgotten his name but he did a different diagnostic test and told me he doesn't think the pipe is cracked. He also fixed my sinks and drains. The price was phenomenal compared to the other guys. They came across as very honest and professional. Definitely will use these guys in future. I'm so grateful for James, his partner, and the office manager for their help with my problem! Some other plumbers claimed water damage was due to splashing water, but James discovered a leak immediately. I rent, and dealing with my property managers (Houses In SA) absolutely sucks! But the guys reassured me the job would be quick & easy everytime... as it was... and the office manager kept me in the loop as much as she was allowed.. easing much of my stress. This was the second time that I use these plumbers they never seem to disappoint the first time they came they placed a courtesy camera to find out why the drain was clogging they found out that the main sewer line had a break they also gave me an estimate on that break but did inform us since we live in a modular home the management should pay for that. well the management never took care of it so unfortunately seven months later, I made a call at 10pm a very sweet woman answered and set us up for the next day. he came by unclog my drain and also gave me a 10% discount because of the situation I will definitely use them in the future I have this number in my phone saved .

My furnace went out last night and was only blowing cool air. My house this morning was reading 64 degrees. Worried about the cold weather coming in a couple of days. I called for a leaking water heater and Orlando and Edgar were the service techs. They did a great job showing me where the issue was and what the most cost effective solution would be. They were professional and courteous the whole time. They installed my new water heater and what a difference! The Air Today team were very polite, courteous, and professional. They were very clean about their work with a lot of attention to the details. Anytime we had questions or concerns they answered and took care of it. This was a full installation of a new system replacing one that had quit working. A couple of challenges were left for us after the job was finished, but they sent someone out in very good time to address those challenges. All good. We are happy.
I called in the early afternoon and was worried that my AC might need to be serviced, as I heard water dripping, someone came out within 3 hours and told us it was fine after looking at everything. Richard and Anthony came over today to installed my inside and outside a/c unit. They both took the time to answer all my questions. They also explain everything they did today. They arrived on time as promised. Besides a bathroom break, drinking some water; all and all they both remain busy from the beginning to the end. They also help moved the old heavy platform stone for the outside unit to my backyard. Of course they did replace it with a new one. Their boss did come over to see how things were going. Also to answer any questions I had. Which of course Richard and Anthony had already answered.Prior to today we had Air Today come over about a year ago. They added freon, and looked over our system. Then recently they came over; when I our system was starting to give out. Then course we contacted them to go over our options to get a new system. Very impressed with Air Today. I called them out on Monday (12/6) to get a second opinion about our AC unit. Isidoro confirmed we needed a new unit, and he was able to get a discount to lower the price. They were able to get us in as soon as possible and discussed all the financing options in case we needed them. Mando and Jacob arrived this morning (12/8) to install it. They wore all the necessary protective equipment, and laid out cloths in the house to keep things clean. The hauled away all the old trash and cleaned up perfectly. They were very respectful and were able to actually correct things that were done incorrectly on the original unit install. Not only is the new unit installed correctly and working properly, it looks very neat and professional. Mando and Jacob did a fantastic job and I definitely recommend them!

Had two water heaters replaced. They are in the attic and the crew had no problems installing them. Job was well done and completed the same day. I had a concern a year later and another crew came to my home and rectified the problem.

Plumbing Today: The woman answering the initial call (halfway through CHRISTMAS EVE) was sympathetic, kind, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Returned from dinner with house at 80 degrees about 5:30 or so. Quickly realized ac was not cooling at all, called Air Today and received a call back almost immediately and amazingly they offered a 8-11pm slot same day. I of course was thrilled and they warned me that it could be fairly late in that window given the short notice and I was still happy anytime. The technician showed up shortly after 8pm, quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue (burnt out electrical component) and had the cool air running almost immediately.Insanely fast service, knowledgeable technician that explained everything he was looking at and doing, friendly and reasonably priced. Will use them in the future for regular service!

Like many others, I had no running water for over a week after our Texas Freeze. It was hard to find a plumber to come out being so many were backed up with work and I was going to have to wait about a week before someone could come out. After reading the reviews, I decided to try Plumbing Today, LLC and they immediately scheduled an appointment to come out. Brian and Oscar showed up on time and immediately got to work. They checked all my faucets and fixed the problem right away. My kitchen sink was not draining and they ran a camera into the pipes and located the problem. . In no time, they had everything fixed. One of our bathroom sinks was clogged and we couldn't get it unclogged ourselves so we called Plumbing Today. :) This was our first time using them and they did a great job! From the time I reached out on Facebook asking if they could come out, they were quick to get back to me and scheduled a time that worked best for us. They even were kind enough to move the time last minute when we had forgotten about an appt. I hired Plumbing Today to repair water leaks under my house. Steve Sanchez came out to my house and did a thorough inspection, using state of the art equipment to locate the leaks. I initially asked for an estimate on the cost of a new water heater. After getting another estimate, I went with Plumbing Today. Both gentlemen who installed were great, helpful, and even showed me tips on how to maintain it.
We were having our foundation repaired and, by code, had to have the sewer system checked for cracks and leaks. Joe and his young associate were very prompt and arrived in the time frame of the appointment. They explained what they had to do to perform this service and waited outside while I secured my dogs. The were quick and only needed about 30 - 40 minutes to complete the service. Once they were done, they even noticed that the toilet in the front bathroom needed to be caulked and took care of that. I was very impressed. Joe and team were very professional and I have added his business card to my files for future need.
Working with Steve has been really awesome. He’s very helpful, patient, and responsive. I appreciate that he took the time to explain my issues and clearly explained his recommendations on how to move forward.

Switched over to this company for semi-annual HVAC maintenance checks. Reasonable price. Technician was a true professional: on-time, friendly, took his time, found and fixed a potential problem (thoughtfully explained the issue as well). We'll see how the spring checkup goes but at first glance, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air and Plumbing today.

They were able to come out the same day that we called and install two toilets. They also found the problem we were having with one of our toilets and set up a plan to fix it. They were knowledgeable, fast, and efficient!

I would like to say thank you to, Orlando, Tim, Brian and Henry at Plumbing Today, for their integrity, honest service, and professionalism. Today Orlando and Tim went above and beyond the call of duty, they did not just unclog our kitchen drain and replace the pipes that were leaking but they wanted to be sure that we would not have any more issues and did diagnostics using the most up to date technology and with their special camera they were able to find the broken pipe underground that leads to main sewer system. They could have just fixed the immediate problem and left us only to have a bigger problem down the road but because they were very thorough we will be able to have a more permanent repair done to our home. Pricing is great and service is exceptional!! I will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. Plumbing Today does business the old school way, with integrity, fair pricing, and most importantly honesty!
Yesterday we discovered we had no hot water and Plumbing Today came out the next morning. We needed a new hot water heater so Orlando and Roger fixed us up the same day! Orlando told us exactly what was wrong, gave us our options and completed the service quickly!
I called Plumbing Today during the Texas Freeze and was able to get an appointment quickly considering the problems. Orlando was professional and fixed my leaks very quickly. I have had more than 7 plumbing Companies, out to my home, I have had them repair plumbing issues . By Far Plumbing Today was The Best Company, I have had the pleasure to do business with. Orlando Escobedo, was the Nice Gentleman that repaired my pipe outside. He was on point, no beating around the bush.. Orlando, explained in detail what needed to be done, let me know the price (which was fair price). Orlando repaired my leak and I was a Happy Camper!! From the start. My AC stopped working and so I called them, they sent someone out within a couple hours. The technician, Isidoro Mallen, was super nice and helpful, he explained alot of things to me and showed me what I should do to keep my ac working. He did a great job and it was reasonably priced. I'll definitely use them again.
Orlando and Tim were AMAZING!! During the night our tub handle broke and would not stop running. Plumbing today sent out a representative to temporarily stop the leakage and then first thing that morning Orlando and Tim came and corrected the problem. They also assessed additional problems that were not directly connected to the problem and gave us excellent advice and service. I recommend this company whole heartedly and will definitely use them anytime I have plumbing issues in the future!!

Already submitted.Air & Plumbing Today, took over when at 20 years of service Dennis Mollgaard, Tiger Services left me in a bind. Installed a new A/C & Heating System in 2020, Dennis Mollgaard refused to install a thermostat that wasn't commercial & then sent me heat pump thermostat. I have left comments with BBB, but that wasn't enough. I may buy billboards around San Antonio; may be cheaper than a lawyer.Without comments, Air Today checked the unit, after the manufacturer referred me to them. They have an excellent sense of business and concern! I will continue this great recommendation with another bad notice in BBB for Tiger Services. I went to Tiger Service after Mr. Saathoff sold his A/C Company to Air Alamo and then Tiger Services. I knew Mr. Saathoff from the Ins Company I worked for. We insured his company, with commercial insurance. After 20 years, Mr. Mollgaard is running his company to the ground! He doesn't care about his customers after many loyal years of doing business. He is losing him mind and business....he lies.

Orlando and another gentleman came out today to help me with our dishwasher because it was backed up. They arrived within their time window and I appreciated the text message they sent prior to arrival. Once they arrived, They checked to see if the lines were clear and also drained the water in the dishwasher with the shop vacuum. They ended up finding a small ball inside the dishwasher which was the cause of it not draining properly. These gentlemen went above and beyond their job responsibility to help me out. Called Plumbing Today after I used their AIR today business. I had a water stand in my garage ceiling and as a new home owner I didnt know what was going on. Called Plumbing today and explained my findings on Thursday and they were able to get me in the schedule for Saturday.After the 2 plumbers showed up, I explained and showed them the problem. They looked around and determined the master shower had a leak that was running to the wall which was then dropping onto the garage. He did explain it's a simple fix, I hold off on them working the issue because of cost but they were able to explain and show me the issue.If I have any other plumbing needs I may call again.

The receptionist was accommodating with a quick response same day free estimate. From the initial meeting with Isidoro, to the working with the installation crew of Tony, Brandon, and Richard, ALL I got was superior and stellar services. Far greater than I have EVER gotten in ANY type of home services!!I appreciated Isidoro's professionalism and honesty. He spent a lot of time with me and helped us make an well-educated choice. Isi, worked with our special situation (trapped raccoons in the walls) and went above and beyond what I would have expected out of him. I had some foundation work done in May, and after inspection I was told there was a plumbing leak under my kitchen foundation. Plumbing Today came with their cameras and were able to find the problem right away. They were straight up with me and told me that there was another possible break further down close to my restroom, they quoted me a price to dig a 10 ft tunnel under the kitchen and fix all old pipes leading to the break. Unfortunately once the problem was fixed they rechecked and sure enough there was another break under the restroom. My home was built in the 50s so the old pipes were rusty and breaking. In the end I had the entire plumbing under my house fixed. Brian was the plumber that came to do the job and he was very professional, and did an excellent job. All work is inspected by city inspector to make sure it is up to code. I would definately recommend plumbing today for any plumbing repairs. The only thing I would change is that i wish they had a better finance company to work with. Although they did offer 18 months no interest, if I pass the 18 months the interest rate jumps to 17%. I definately plan to pay it off before the 18 months.

Steve performed a Plumbing/sewer system cámara test for possible leaks, for a foundation repair and we were grateful not leaks were found, he did manage to check plumbing very well and gave some other tips to keep sewer system and pipes unclogged.

On Saturday we discovered our sprinkler back flow unit was leaking. I called Plumbing Today because I had heard so many good things about them. I had to work so my husband met with the plumber. Although I do appreciate the very quick response from Plumbing Today, I wasn't happy that the plumber cut out the back flow device and took it with him, and did not turn off the cut off valve to the back flow system. That was a $400 part that I had to pay to get put back in today. Tri-County Sprinklers are a licensed irrigation company, and they put in the system originally. I called Plumbing Today first thing Monday morning to make sure they were not going to come back out because I had already called Tri-County and scheduled the service call, plus I wanted them to do more work on the sprinkler system. After speaking with the office a couple of times, she was very nice, the plumber called me back and was pretty rude. I told him, and her, I was not there when the plumber came, I was working, so I couldn't confirm or deny what the conversation was between the plumber and my husband, I was only calling to tell them not to come back.

I called this morning and they were here right on time after my work. Frank came in checked my system out and explained what went wrong and gave me a care plan which was so helpful. Call these guys today! I needed to replace my whole HVAC system that came when my home was built and these guys took great care of me. I had Air Today come out for routine maintenance and Frank arrived promptly. Each time they have come they are very thorough. 3 year old home a/c not cooling well. Techs checked it out, discovered it was 2 lbs low on Freon. Topped it off and it’s cooling much better now.
Very happy with Air Today. I called them to ask about going to check on my daughters house, because her AC stopped working, and she has a baby at home. The house was getting too warm, and it was our first time finding someone for the AC. We really lucked out, because they came out the next day, and my daughter was very happy with her technician. It was a lady, and she took the time to explain what she was going to do. The day before, she had a company called A-OK, because it was who the home warranty selected. You just gained a customer! Our AC stopped working (blow air but it wasn’t cold) randomly after a routine maintenance performed by another company. We called them back to evaluate the issue, and they suggested that the issue (low Freon could mean a leak somewhere) could cost as much as 3k to fix if they had to do a Refrisgerant Line Ser replacement. I was shocked especially after their service tech said previously everything was working great.Your service tech, Brandon, came out and immediately offered options that the previous company hadn’t suggested and said their prices were more reasonable regardless. Brandon was honest, helpful, and on time. He indulged my questions and understood my concerns. The ultimate issue wasn’t nearly as expensive and they took care of the resolution in a timely manner. Like I said, you’ve gained a new loyal customer.

This company was very responsive and had a technician at my house within 2 hours of my call. The technician named Isi was very very professional and took the time to show exactly what he was looking at and where the issue was located. I initially had Irelynn and Jack out to analyze the airflow and temperature variances between my rooms. After a thorough check they were able to provide an understandable solution. After they left, I (stupidly) reinserted a loose conduit into the heat pump and cause a spark. Worried, I called Air Today back and they were able to dispatch Brandon and Damien quickly to investigate. They listened to my story, checked a simple component, and almost immediately determined the problem was just a tripped breaker. (I should have checked that before calling but… brainfart) I am super impressed with their service and understanding. I will be calling them for all my AC needs.

Quick response for an AC replacement. Air Today was the 3rd company I met with today and their prices & warranty were the BEST, by far. We are replacing our entire system & they are coming out in less than 2 days to do everything. Old lady & 3 dogs really appreciate their quick response. Very polite, up front and professional... both the receptionist and sales tech / advisor Isidrio. **UPDATE** Air Today installed, as promised, on Friday. Techs were on time, professional, courteous. They had a couple glitches with equipment (not their fault) and they worked through it. They are returning this week to rebuild the furnace exhaust, so we can't use the heater....bahaha, it's 100° today and we don't care. As Manny would say...NO PROBLEMO The AC is ice cold, love all the new connections, fuses, boxes, insulation, hoses, Wi-Fi thermostat, etc. Wanna save $ and get a heck of a warranty, call Air Today.

This was our first time using Air Today and Isidoro came out to do a tune up on our unit. After discussing the increased mildewed smell coming from the unit despite our efforts to keep it at bay, Isidoro showed us the mildew growing on the inside of the unit. Parts of the unit that I would never even think to look! To help combat this, he did a very thorough cleaning and disinfected all parts of our unit and educated me on what I can do in the future to help with this. After further discussion, we also decided to install an air scrubber which he did so expertly. Isidoro’s professionalism, knowledge, and hard work is so greatly appreciated. I feel much more informed about our unit and how to maintain it because of Isidoro taking the time to educate us. I highly recommend Air Today and am thankful for Isidoro’s above and beyond service.

After not getting calls back or an appointment scheduled with two other companies, to were told it would be up to 3 days before someone could come out, we gave them a call at 10:30 at night on a Friday and not only got a call but an appointment scheduled! They called to confirm appointment next day and gave a call when they were on their way right on time. Very professional and very responsive! Gave many options for fixing the system and gave a very thorough report of findings! Would definitely recommend and use again!

It was one of the few businesses to answer the phone during the great snowpocalypse of 2021. They were able to come out the next day and fixed the repair in a very reasonable amount of time. Straight forward job well done!
Called this morning, they were able to come out same day. Isidro found the issues right away and had the tight tools/part to fix it, he didn’t have to leave and come back which we appreciated because it is summer time and HOT! We have used them before and always recommend them to our friends and family. Great customer service!

Air today tech came by today and although the representative was very courteous and professional, he charged me for a service call without doing any of the maintenance that was scheduled regarding a drain cleaning.He arrived and removed a panel on the main unit and told my unit was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. He left me a quote for a new unit and left. I ended up calling a second company. Who came out right away. they checked pressures and did the drain cleaning. He ended up adding 6.5 pounds of freon and only charged me for 3 and threw in in the drain cleaning for free. He also advised on upgrading the unit but that it wasn't an immediate need. I have heard so many good reviews about air today, but unfortunately had a bad experience today.UPDATE: 7/30/2021- I was contacted by the owner Manny of the company as soon as my initial call ended. He understood my frustration with the call and offered a reasonable solution for the inconvenience of the visit. I went ahead and scheduled Air today for the install months later. Manny honored the previous solution and his team arrived on time. They both were very professional and respectful throughout the install. I would recommend this company to anyone for turning an unsatisfied service call into a valued customer.

After several calls to other AC repair company, Air-Today was the Only company that was able to get a Tech to come out. Its Texas and you have to have AC when its 97 degrees, plus. The Tech arrived on time as stated by their dispatch. It was hassle free, he came examine the AC unit and found the problem very quickly. He did not try to Upsell us on any products, told me the price , He changed the part and billed me for it. Super Easy, very professional. I will definitely use Air-Today and recommend to anyone with AC issue. Best call ever made!

Excellent service! The tech was very friendly and helpful. We called just for a consultation, but he was able to fix a few things on the spot, and offered us some suggestions on things we could do to improve the airflow in our home.

What can I say but WOW!!! This company and its staff is AMAZING! I have had some awful experiences with other ac/heating companies, but now I have found the one that I will continue to use. Recently my 8 year old unit needed to be fully replaced, after having issues for years. I was having it serviced through the company that was the one who installed it when the house was built. Because I wanted to make sure I was taking the best measures, I also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan (which comes out to nearly $500 a year with its monthly fee). After losing faith in this company, and many issues that weren’t getting resolved I went with another guy who swore he could take good care of me. He replaced my entire unit in July of 2020. Within a few months, I was calling him back out because the heat wouldn’t work. I was then told that a surge must have taken out the brand new thermostat they put in and that now I would need surge protectors for my unit. They said my area is “prone” to surges and I needed to get the extra protection. Then they replaced my thermostat with an even cheaper one than what they gave me in the first place, asked for their money and went on their way. This was after struggling to get them out in the first place. Now, to the present. This week, with the incredibly hot day out of nowhere, I went to turn the AC on. Set the thermostat to 75 and watched it climb to 78 with the outside unit running like it was in a marathon. That’s it! I’m fed up! I post in my neighborhood page asking who I should call and they say Air Today. I call a friend and she swears up and down Air Today will take care of me.From the moment I called, I was impressed. Aileen listened to my situation, my struggles to trust someone after being taken advantage of in the past, etc. She was kind, informative, and patient. She was able to set me up with an appointment THAT AFTERNOON! Fantastic. I received a text with my alert that a tech was on their way to my house in the time block I was told. The tech shows up. His name is Matt and he will turn out to be wonderful. He says he will do a full diagnostic so we can figure out what’s going on. Come to find out #1- the unit I had replaced was not similar to my last unit. I was given a straight cool, instead of a heat pump like I had before. These other guys never even gave me the option or explained this to me. #2- the install that took place was most likely not done to the best of their abilities because the control meter (not sure if that’s the actual name) on the inside unit was toast and needs to be replaced. #3- ultimately, I got screwed by the last company! As a single woman, this is one of my biggest fears. And I absolutely hate being taken advantage of.Thankfully, I felt none of this with Matt. He walked me through the issues, showed me readings, explained to me in the nicest way possible where we needed to go from here. I loved that he said “Hey, I went to school for this. You didn’t. If I can leave here with having you understand a little bit of your system, I’ve don’t my job!” THANK YOU! That’s what I want in a service provider! Teach me along the way so I can be more knowledgeable about the decisions I need to make. During this time, Matt received a call from their owner Manny. A few moments later, Matt asks for some more information on the previous install and says Manny (the owner) is also concerned with how I was treated in the past by these other guys. Since it’s a brand new unit, they want to make sure they have done everything they can to see if the issue can be resolved before I have to pay for something that I shouldn’t. WOW!!! I mean, I did not once feel like I was being scammed. Not once was I uncomfortable with any answers I was given, and to even have the owner concerned and care about my situation was MIND BLOWING!I highly recommend this company and am so glad I have found an amazing tech like Matt to help guide me through my AC/Heat issues and actually teach me along the way! Thank you Air Today!

Did a great job, could not believed how hard they worked to get my new ac in the day after my old one broke. Stayed to 10pm to make sure I would not go one more night without ac!
I used Air Today to come out and see why my house was not cooling. I was able to get a same day appointment on a Friday during rush hour. The technician was professional and explained the issue to me and what he needed to do to fix it. I realized it was a simple fix and said I would fix it myself. He understood and remained professional that I turned down his labor. If it were not for him though, I would not have known what to look at. I will be using Air Today in the future for tune up and maintenance.

I was able to get a same day appointment in the evening. The technicians timeline was communicated throughout the day, the technician showed up 15 minutes early, and was quick and professional. Payment was easy and I love that they are paperless. I was worried the cost would be excessive due to the short notice same day service but it was completely reasonable and not hiked up in cost due to these factors. 10/10 recommend.

I called Air Today because my previous service provider wanted to charge me over $20K for a new AC system that they installed about 10 years prior. I called Air Today and they came out and provide me a much better option. Brandon came out and realized that I needed a system in a hurry and they were 4 days out. He managed to move me up to the next day. Tony, Brandon, Isi and Richard all came out for the install. My attic space is extremely small and they spent more than 5 hours longer than normal getting my system installed in an attic that was probably close to 170 degrees! These gentlemen were extremely courteous and professional and I would recommend them to everyone.

They give several options before doing the work (if needed). We also have the maintenance service package and get our system checked twice a year. From the first phone call at 530am to a very sweet lady who promptly gave me an appointment the same day to the technicians showing up exactly the time they promise was amazing ! My AC went out a few days before a trip out of town. My warranty company dispatched AIR TODAY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING to my home. Everyone at this company treated me with respect and compassion. The thorough and caring Jessica kept me in the loop and answered my many questions with patience and exceptional service.The repairmen Enrique and Josh went above and beyond doing more than required to get me some cool air as I was leaving town and waiting on warranty company to decide. I was so happy with their customer service and the job they did. Unfortunately but fortunately for me my system was old and needed replaced. Warranty covered their part and I replaced the rest out of pocket.Anthony and Mando were installers. They were meticulous and very tidy. They put down drop cloths, vacuumed, wore masks and foot covers. But beyond that they were mindful of my 2 older dogs and were careful with doors and gates as to not allow my pets to wander.I am so pleased with this company from the first friendly call to the completion of the job.My upstairs which prior to replacement was always 10-15 degrees hotter than the first floor is now just as cool. The guys at air today are the best! My unit stopped blowing and cooling like normal, so I called them out to diagnose it. It's a 20 year old unit and while I hoped I could get another year out of it, it was done. They were able to install a whole new unit the same day. I was impressed how quick the process was.

Irelynn was EXCELLENT! She was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Fixed our AC and informed us on the status of the indoor portion of our unit (air handler?) that no one with other companies had told us about previously.We called for repair at about 7:45pm and I’m now sitting in a cooled home at 9:25! We will definitely use Air Today from now on!

Very impressed!!! Our AC went out at 5pm on a Saturday night. After spending a few hours trying to fix it ourselves with no success, I called Air Today at 8pm in a panic and Eileen was so helpful. Called Air Today this morning because our downstairs AC unit stopped cooling all of a sudden. They were able to come out and fix the problem quickly and now our house is cool again. Our AC is still under warranty but Air Today's prices were better than what we would have paid with our current AC company. I really appreciate the time he took out to explain everything. Our A/C went out and we requested a tech to give us a quote. The tech arrived on time but the quote was ridiculous. After spending less than 5 mins looking at our unit, He quoted us $1600 saying that our A/C needed chemical cleaning it was 100% blocked and the whole unit needed to be rebuilt. This seemed off and we asked if there was any less expensive alternatives to which he replied there were financing options available. He was just trying to close his sale. He then quoted us $9000 to replace the unit. We told the tech we needed a day or so to get our finances in order as we were not expecting such an expensive replacement. When the tech left he said he would send us the quote via email. We never received the quote. When I called the office a day later to get the quote the office sounded surprised that he had been out and had to reach out to the tech to get him to send a quote. The whole thing seemed shady so we reached to a different company for a second opinion. The other company came in spent 15mins looking at the unit and quoted us $400 to replace the burnt out motor. When we asked about chemical cleaning he said that our unit had a normal amount of dirt for the age of the unit and did not need that service. We asked about all the parts being rebuilt and he stated the only part not working was the motor! Had we gone with Air today we would have been out $1200- $8600 more than necessary! I will never use this place again and I would never recommend it for anyone else.

From when Irish showed with a great smile and attitude to confirm our outside unit had indeed died, to Eric and Micah arriving the next day with the same great smile and attitude with a brand new unit and had it installed in less than 2 hours, my experience was wonderful. This was an easy 5 star to give. I will only give 1 star to their football teams. Not going to get to the Super Bowl with those teams.

Called yesterday for AC backup in system which shuts it down. We were scheduled for the nest morning. They arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work diagnosing problem, explaining what was needed and associated costs. I highly recommend Air Today,From making the appointment, to the service call, to purchasing a new unit. Matt was the tech that came out to look at our system after 2 other companies that we were very unhappy with. He was honest and said they could fix the issue or we can go with a new unit? We decided to go new due to the age of our unit. He asked when we would like to get it installed and I said today? He called the office and within an hour we had 4 installers . ..2 for inside and 2 outside. My AC broke down the day before 4th of July I contacted our warranty company, American Homeshield and explained I was recovering from neck/spine surgery and could not be in a hot house for them to tell me everyone was closed and they couldn’t do anything about it. I wrote a post in a community Facebook page pleading for help and quickly was referred to Air today heating and air and had a number to call. When I called the lady on the phone was so polite and so empathetic and they had someone out within 30 mins. We needed the inside unit replaced and the technicians that came to the house replaced the unit in a timely manner started early and were finished before lunch picked up and cleaned and check to insure everything was working. I recommend Air today Heating & Air Conditioning for your AC needed.

The first tech that came out didn’t help much or do anything for me. I left a review for the tech that came out. And Manny contacted me and made everything better. He went above and beyond to explain everything and let me know what I needed an figured out what was wrong with my ac. Just the leadership and work ethic he showed I was really impressed and wish we had more people out there like him. I would definitely recommend his business!

Update: After the great interaction I had with Matt and deciding to just purchase new systems and schedulea Friday install, half of the install team arrived to start prep work (laying down tarps to prevent spills or damage to my flooring, placing a floor mat down to wipe their feet) and disassembly of my old systems. A short while later the other half of the install team arrived after picking up all of the equipment to be installed. Everyone worked quickly, efficiently, and stopped to answer any questions I may have had. It was a pleasure working with everyone. Big shout out to Mando, Anthony, Brandon, Jacob, and Josh.I also want to say thanks to Manny, James, and Sir Matthew Perry (sorry Matt, I had to) for stopping out to see how everything was going and make sure I was doing well.Prior to this review, I had previously had a not so stellar interaction with air today. However, after posting a question on Facebook regarding what I thought might be an issue with my system, Manny, the owner reached out and offered to either come out himself or send one of his top techs to take a look. Which brings me to today, Manny, at no fault of his own couldn't make it at the time I was scheduled, but he made sure that Matt was here to make sure I was taken care of. Matt was awesome and truly went above and beyond, he was professional, courteous, punctual, patient, and made sure I understood everything. After he looked at the outdoor unit, we moved indoors where he answered a question I had regarding my upstairs thermostats wiring and the possibility of a wifi thermostat, not only did he answer my question, he made sure that I was set to add a wifi thermostat while he was up inspecting the air handlers. Once he finished his inspection of both the outdoor and indoor units he went over a few options with me and answered all of my questions. At no point did he try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need or want and he didn't try to talk me into making costly repairs that wouldn't do much more than allow my systems to limp along for another 3 to 6 months. In the end, after reviewing my options, and the great experience I had with Matt, I am now entrusting Air Today with all of my HVAC needs after the purchase of 2 brand new AC systems. I love Air Today! They are always helpful and informative. The preventive service helps me to avoid major air issues like I used to have. Today Matt replaced the belt because he could see it was worn. The last time they were here Manny scheduled my thermostat so that it would come on just before I opened. They are the nicest and most trustworthy people to work with! I would highly recommend them.
Today our unit stopped working as I arrived from work, not what I was expecting to deal with today. I'm disappointed to be called a liar via review but it's OK. Because I didn't pull $1590.00 out the AIR TODAY and my maintenence man was told the same number so... IT IS WHAT IT IS but I changed one to two since the last review done took them into unprofessional and rather tasteless tactic.

Guys came out because of foundation repair. When they left I noticed they didn't turn water back on for toilet and didn't fasten the toilet to the floor they said because I needed a plumber to come out and see if I had a leak. Foundation repair took a week from when they came out with my toilet not fasten. Bad services ?
After speaking with them, they arrived within 30 minutes. They were able to quickly locate the problem but unfortunately my unit was frozen. Will have to wait til tomorrow
Called Air Today this morning to have them service our A/C unit. Very quick response and same day appointment. Isidoro was the technician who responded very quickly and identified the issue. Replaced the compressor and the system was back up and running. The outside unit is getting up in years, so plan to use Air Today again when time to replace. Thank you!!!
I have had constant AC problems for years! Every AC company has told me that I just need to replace the whole unit. I never felt comfortable with that diagnosis. My AC started freezing up and I called Air Today and told them the situation. The very nice lady on the phone said she could have Manny come out the same day between 6&9. GREAT! Every other company I had called said there would be an after hours service charge but not Air Today, when I asked her how much extra it would be to come out that evening she explained to me that they understood that people have to work and do not charge extra for evening service calls. WHAT?? Awesome!!! Manny was very nice and said that I in no way needed to replace the whole unit! Another YAY! The next day they were there fixing the AC! The technicians that came out were also very nice and did a great job! Manny came back the next day to follow up, and while he was there he pointed out some things my husband and I could do ourselves to keep the cold air in, instead of trying to sell us on another service . I will never use another AC company again! Air Today is the only AC company i will ever call!!!
First let me say that I have dealt with a few rip off AC companies in the past. I was referred to Air Today by a neighbor. The technician Irelynn was just an exceptional professional! Courteous and she knew exactly what she was doing. She took pictures of her findings and showed them to me and explained everything. She gave me options and never once tried to hussle me like some companies do. She fixed the problem and she has amazing technical skills. This young woman is going places and this company better hold on to her. I'm sticking with this awesome AC company!! I also got the twice a year maintenance plan. When i got home yesterday my AC was out it was over 90 degrees in my house. My friend recommended Air Today and they came out by 7 pm and were able to get my AC to start working. Air Today has always been extremely responsive and generous with their time. Isi has been fantastic to work with. We get calls back from him and from the office almost immediately when we have had an issue or need to schedule maintenance. Our unit was replaced by our home’s previous owner by a different company, and after the runaround from that company and failed service, Air Today thoroughly addressed our issues and helped us in a friendly, thorough, and respectful manner! They gave us a breakdown of what was needed, we addressed our concerns they made us feel at ease!UPDATE:There was a procedure or a fix that was missed. That conversation wasn't as easy to follow up with... even with the packaged deal given it all of a sudden felt like it was a hassle to get them to come back and fix it and. It got done the next day, but if my hubby didn't notice it wasn't taken care and followed up, it sounded like we had burdened them to come back and there were other excuses why they couldn't finish that final task... note to self, upon making and confirming the appt. walk through ALL that needs to be fixed (take photos) and have them point it out. THEN when the day comes that they are fixing it..compare what has been done! Thankfully it did get done!

Update:. 09Jun 2022My AC unit wasn't cooling properly so I called the friendly professionals at Air Today and scheduled an appointment. Although I could not find any issues, the trained technician quickly found a pinhole leak in an old weld on the copper line. So the issue was not with my relatively new AC unit, but with a soldered connection that was at least 25 years old.This morning, Jacob and Josh (great to see them again) showed up to correct the issue. After they answered all the questions I thought of overnight, they began the necessary repairs and quickly got my cooling issues fixed. Jacob even called at the end of the day to ensure everything was still working as expected.Top notch customer service no matter who I speak with at Air Today!! Highly recommended!!Update: 18 Jul 2021I started to experience an issue where my AC unit wasn't performing as expected. Sunday late afternoon/early evening, of course... I decided to send a text message to Isi to see if there was something I could do outside of changing the air filter. Right away, Isi called me back and asked about the problem. As I explained it, he already knew the issue. Drain line... After Isi explained what I needed to do, we hung up and I was able to fix the issue pretty quickly.I am so glad that I chose Air Today for all my AC needs. The investment was well worth it. I could have been charged a service call, but this business isn't about the nickel and dime tactics. They do business to keep customers for life. And right now, I can't see that changing for me.Thanks Air Today!!Original post:I started to have trouble with my indoor air handler unit, although the outside heat pump was still functioning. The whole unit was 21 years old. I called Air Today, and Isidore came out on a no-charge consultation. He and I had a candid conversation about my situation, which included repair, partial replacement, or a complete new system. I wanted to evaluate my options. Isi gave me his card and number, then left.I took a few weeks to do my research. I called a couple of companies to get quotes on full replacement. Based on my findings, Isi was on target with the options and pricing. Then, my AC stopped cooling.I called Air Today, and they sent a repair tech to get the AC cooling again. Then I asked for Isi to come by and discuss replacement. He arrived a little later in the day. I opted to go with full replacement, as I thought a brand new unit would offer the best efficiency.On replacement day, Jacob and Joshua arrived as scheduled. They were professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. After a few hours, my AC started cooling the house. The inside temp was 87°, and the new unti took it down to 75°in a couple of hours. The guys left my house and yard in the condition they found it. They thanked me for my business as they left.So, 5 weeks later, I am writing this review. I have been waiting for my electric bill. I am happy to report that my bill has decreased roughly 20% this month, even though I changed my cooling temp from 78° to 75°. I am happy with the result.And more importantly, I am happy to have found a local, reputable company that operates on principles of honesty, transparency, and trustworthiness. I would pay extra for that, but thankfully, I didn't need to pay more. It's all included just for being a customer.

Air Today came over after we needed a 2nd opinion from our home warranty. They were very familiar with the unit we had (other company was not). They came out quickly and were very knowledgeable. So far we've had 3 people from their company come out to give us their assessment of what needed to be done. Matt was wonderful and knowagable and reccomended some repairs and even completed them that day and worked with us on pricing. He also reccomended we add insulation. Their insulation lead came out the next day, but reccomended ventilation instead. We were confused on the conflicting reccomendations so we called back and they sent out the owner within 30 minutes. He gave us his assessment of what needed to be done and we are planning to follow through with the plan soon. So far we are happy with their service and appreciate how easy it is to contact them and how responsive they are. Also really like the way they text you when they are in route.Update: we followed through with the plan to add insulation and we are very happy. Seems like our AC is not running as much..average 2-5 hours vs. 18- 20+ hours per day. Looking forward to a much lower energy bill next month ?? They were very accommodating with our schedule and even ready to come out the following day.

We had an issue with our AC not cooling just 3 weeks after moving into the new house. Apparently the previous owners knew there was an issue and just kept filling the system with refrigerant in hopes it wouldn't go bad before the sale closed. This place was the closest to us and has stellar reviews so we called them. They had a tech out within a few hours who quickly figured out where the leak was and gave us a price. Unfortunately they don't work with home warranty companies so we were unable to file a claim and use their services for the repair. Wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything else though.

They were responsive. They came out did an AC check and service my spilt unit. Turns out they don’t clean them unless you pay a crazy amount of money. I’m talking ... might as well buy a new split unit money. However, that was not a good option either because it would have cost me near $4,000 to install. The tech was professional but the costs are too high.
I called Air Today about a problem I was having with my ac. They promptly came out and Isi knew immediately what the problem was. He took the time to answer all my questions, always making sure I understood. He then checked my complete unit to make sure there were no other problems. He gave me tips on how to maintain my unit. She was able to dispatch Matt same day about an hour later. Mind you, on a Friday at 8PM! He was very professional and friendly! He explained everything he did and what needed to be done. He explained everything before he did and explained pricing so we could figure out if it was reasonable, and they definitely were. Matt did a great job! 12/10 would definitely recommend and have them do due and and all future repairs!

Last night our AC went out. We had a miserable night trying to sleep or rest. Early in the morning I called Air Today to see we could get an appointmentThe receptionist was great. She was able to schedule a technician around 11 am. The technician was on time. His name was Isidoro. He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Isidoro did not try to sell us something we did not need. The cost of the repair was very reasonable . The best part is We have Air, the house is cooling down effectively. We highly recommend Air Today and see if Isidoro is available

I well recommend Air Today Heating and Air Conditioning for their swift work and professionalism. To explain, their tech Greg arrived between the scheduled window and carefully assessed my AC. He recommended replacing the thermostat. I provided him with one, as I suspected that was the issue, and he verified it. Next he replaced it. We checked the temperatures afterwards with two thermometers, my glass and his digital. They were in concordance with the new thermostat’s temperature. Furthermore, my heat pump AC both turned on and shut off at the preset temperature.Greg was quiet and patiently worked swiftly.Thank you Manny for sending over a good tech.Thank you Greg for your professional and pleasant attitude on an early Sunday morning, the day of our Lord!

Nothing but professionals here. From the first guy we met with, to the whole crew that installed our new Air Conditioner unit. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. I have another unit on the other side of the house that is currently working fine. When it goes out or no later than next year this time, I will call Air Today Heating and Air Conditioning to replace.

I have had the same company perform my maintenance and services for the last 8 years on my own home and rental properties, but lately they have been slipping and overcharging me. I called Air Today and they sent out Matt. He was extremely knowledgably, witty, but more importantly honest with his opinions on what I need to do to fix the problem and to prevent future problems. Air Today is my new Heating and Air go to company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We bought a new unit a few months ago. The complete package, inside and out. Everyone from the Receptionists, Salesman to the Installers have been first rate. Now that it's cold we see that both the AC and Heater work beautifully. I was very impressed today because i called this morning when i heard a little rattling noise when the heater turned on and they immediately sent someone out. He just had to tighten one of the motors. Quick fix. No charge. We highly recommend this company.

We called on a Friday afternoon when the air conditioner stopped working. Our technician Irelynn was there quickly and took care of it, taking the time to explain the problem and discuss options and solving the problem fast. Our AC unit gave out on us late last night. Called Air Today the next morning and they were able to make it out that day. Gave me a time frame but they made it earlier (which was a lifesaver in this heat!). Isi was extremely professional, he explained and show me exactly the problem(s) and what we were dealing with.
Very thorough, took photos of problems, answered all our questions. Matt did a terrific job!

Air today installed/ replaced my AC in August 2020.It appeared that it was not heating during our recent three days of snow and cold here in Texas. I Called and they came the same day and replaced the thermostat at no cost. Now the setting and temperature are the same. The friendly and helpful attitude of the the call and service were beyond what I expected.I will continue to use ATD AC & Heating

I had to make the tough decision to whether, or not, replace my 12 yr old AC condenser and air handler. Called Air Today and had same day response, (within a couple of hours). The Air Today technician came out, diagnosed the ac problem, and made it easy to understand the ac problem and solutions. Decided to buy a new ac outside and inside unit. The company techs came out on-time the next day and quickly and professional installed new unit. When I realized I needed a different size ac condenser, the Air Today tech helped me figure it all out and helped me get a bigger unit installed very quickly. Now my family is very comfortable and focusing on other life challenges. Air Today staff and techs were very response, informative, and helpful. They even took care of the ac unit rebate paperwork.

Irish was the maintenance person assigned to my unit and she was awesome. She was very professional, on time, and went straight to work on the unit. I would highly recommend this company and Irish as the go to person.
My AC went out on Tuesday morning. I called Air Today around 10 am and they had a technician there by the afternoon. He diagnosed the issues and I decided to have my AC unit replaced. The technician got my old unit up and running so I'd at least be comfortable until it was replaced (which they schedule for the next day!). On Wednesday, the tech Brandan and his crew showed up and completely replaced my system in a few hours. I would definitely recommend Air Today Heating & Air Conditioning if you need you AC serviced or repaired. The service was excellent and the price was very good.

It was late in the evening and my ac just decided to shut down! I called Air Today because I love their commercial. I guess dispatcher Alli could sense my panic so, even tho all techs were done for the evening, a caring Alli sent the last tech, Irelynn (aka Irish), who was already on her way in from her last call, to my home for a pit stop check on my unit. Irish arrived in less than 10min totally ready to hear my ac issue and with sincere concern she quickly went to work. In less than 45 min Irish had checked the thermostat, the inside and the outside unit, and had everything cleaned and working!!! I SINCERELY APPRECIATE AIR TODAY for their compassion, thoroughness, promptness, and positive results! THANK YOU AIR TODAY AND STAFF:)
