A&M Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Within 3 month, all faucet attachments became loose. In speaking with the owner, Mark, he was unwilling to back up their work. They required a new work to come and tighten the attachments they installed. I do not recommend this company, as their work is not guaranteed.

After numerous calls to other plumbers, I called Big City Plumbing. Audra was great at listening to my problems, answering my questions, and then was able to give an exact quote. She scheduled someone to come out within the next few hours with no added emergency fee. I received a text message when the plumber was dispatched. I'm always a little skeptical when someone comes to my home that they may not have my best interest or try to up-sell me on other items because I don't know about that particular field. Well, Antonio Solis came to my home, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and never seemed to be rushing. I felt appreciated from beginning to end, and I will be sure to contact them for all my additional plumbing needs. I also liked that my receipt was emailed immediately to me. Thank y'all so much!

Roland's service is professional, courteous, timely, and reasonably priced. They have come to the house twice. The first time was to unclog a bathtub drain. The second time, Darren and Eli came over to unclog a sink drain, replace some sink piping, and tune up a toilet. I recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Just moving into a new home and noticed a leak outside and my meter going, called Gibson and Alex S. arrived and quickly went into action. He was very professional and friendly and was able to take care of the leak quickly. Thanks Alex!

I called Will's Plumbing for a leak coming from a pipe under the sod in my front yard. They scheduled a time to come out that same day and sent a text confirmation of the appt. They called ahead of schedule and asked if I would like my time slot to be moved up, because they finished another job earlier than expected, which was great! The plumber explained what the problem was, how it could be resolved, and worked efficiently to complete it. He explained why the leak occurred and that the new section of pipe being installed would help prevent the same type of leak in the future. For the work that was completed, including digging up the yard, removing and replacing pipeline, and filling in the holes after the work was completed, I feel like the cost was more than reasonable. This is the second time I've used this company and both times have been excellent experiences!

I've spent all day waiting to fix a drainage issue. They were supposed to arrive at 7:30, and I had to wander the neighborhood to find the truck--their plumber didn't actually reach my property until well after 8:30. They pushed for a more expensive flush of the issue, and after some push and pull, another plumber came to provide that service and swore it was fixed. Right now, if someone flushed the toilet while the bath tap is running, the toilet won't actually flush *anything* and will instead be overfilled (thankfully not overflowing like yesterday) and the tub drain will grind to a halt until the toilet finishes cycling its water.Letting everyone and anyone I so much as MEET know what a terrible experience this has been. Highly disappointed, complete waste of money and a day off.

Did great work, fixed a major sprinkler system leak quickly. They also replaced a water filtration system in my home and installed an ice maker and I could not be happier with the results. Their staff was very friendly and professional. Tommy Moore was great to work with! Would definitely recommend them!

This person Pedro came highly recommend to us, I called and he answered promptly and was willing to drive to Round Rock from San Antonio to help with are problem. The original phone call was about our plumbing issues in our garage, he called back with a price of the service we accepted, then later that day the guys that was doing some other work on our house broke the main water line. We called Pedro back and ask if he could fix that for us also he said yes. Fixed the water line did a scope for the plumbing in the garage and charged us over $2200 yes $2200 to fix the main water line and scope the other problem. When I spoke to him about this he said he was only coming to look at the plumbing problem use the camera and then give us an estimate. That's not what we discussed on the phone. Why would I ask someone to come from San Antonio to Round Rock for an estimate? I truly feel like we got hoodwinked on this. I do not recommend Pedro or this company to anyone!
