We had another company come out the day before and it was more of a sales call. They attempted to sell us on a service plane that would allegedly save us money. They had a Standard Rate and then a Value Rate if you purchased their service plan. It was very expensive and I felt there was an attempt to take advantage of us on the price. I declined their service and paid the service fee.I called George Plumbing after the other plumbers left. The lady who answered the phone at George Plumbing was very friendly and scheduled us for the next day. Kody and Josh arrived from George Plumbing. They were kind and professional. They did not try to sell us on anything and advised of the price and completed the job in a timely manner. Kody told us the price the other company quoted should never have been quoted for the job we needed done.I recommend George Plumbing and feel they way they treated us on our simple faucet leak was definitely fair and we will be using them again if needed.Thank you George Plumbing for being honest and not attempting to rip us off like the other company.

1ST Call Plumbing is the preferred choice. The company is fair, reasonable and professional. Their techs, JJ and Oscar, did an excellent job installing the water heater and water softener. They explained how each system worked with each other. They stayed late to get the job done. My 1st choice for plumbing issues.

Will’s All Pro was easy to contact and deal with. They were upfront in pricing and gave me options. Andrew Arizola was very professional, and installed my new tank in a timely and efficient manner. He even left my laundry room cleaner than it was when he arrived (sorry about the mess!) Very satisfied, and will use them again in the future.

Spring is here and so is my to do list. Looking over my list and finding 3 jobs I needed a licensed plumber for and the thought of the water quality in my home. I have used all the big names in the San Antonio area and with them some trade people without a thought of doing the job all the way, meaning if it was clean when you arrived more then likely it was a home owner thing. Well this year I found what I would consider a true professional from start to finish. The copper piping by the water softener perfect replacement, and the back flow valve for the irrigation system excellent work. This will be my permanent plumber for all future jobs thank you.

I had a water leak in the morning and David was able to come by later that same day to fix it. They kept me updated via calls and texts and once they showed up were able to identify and resolve the issue quickly.
