I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment for late afternoon with the assurance that if a slot opened beforehand I would get a call (really appreciated that as I had the water to the house shut off). Within thirty minutes I got a call that a team was on the way. Within no time Dan and Austin assessed the problem and quickly replaced my Hose Bibb. the work was done in a timely manner and the cost was consistent with what I was quoted on the phone. Dan and Austin were friendly, careful of my property, and explained what was needed and what might be needed. Thanks to all of you for such great service. The plumber and his helper who came to my house were on time, replaced the garbage disposal quickly, were pleasant and professional, and I was charged exactly what I had been quoted. Which was about $100 less than another company quoted me. All the way around, I would totally recommend Chambliss and use them again for future plumbing issues.

I had a clog in a main sewer line, I was expecting it to be around 300 dollars, I called a local competitor that was going to charge me 400 to unclog the main line and 400 to install a wax seal on a toilet. I called Mr rooter, not only did they arrive 30 min early on the scheduled appointment, but they charged me 300 to unclog the main sewer line and 200 for the wax seal. Now I know that many are very handy and can do the job your on your own, but sometimes you don’t want to deal with stuff like this. Yeah maybe there are other competitors that may charge a little less but I just want to make it clear that Mr Rooter was very polite, punctual, and straightforward with pricing. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend them to others and use the service again.

Great job fast and reliable

Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols.

I absolutely had the best service by Jon Jon and Pedro and by the big bosses who gave us a free estimate. We called on a weekday at 8 am and they came to our house at 9 am same day to give us the free estimate and gave us the right amount of info and a great quote. They offer many warranties as well. We decided to use them and made an appointment quickly. They cleaned up all their mess and was careful to keep an eye out on our dog as she wanted to go outside. I’m very happy with City Base Plumbing and I know others will, too.

Sam arrived at the scheduled time to perform a biannual preventive check on all our faucets and plumbing. He was very professional and before starting he explained in detail what he was going to do. He was thorough and meticulous. He checked all faucets, hose bibs, toilets, fittings and drained our water heater. Upon finishing he provided common sense recommendations and briefed me on the advantages of tankless water heaters. Although at this time I am not in the market for a new water heater I will certainly consider a tankless water when I need to replace the one I have. Definitely will ask for Sam for any future plumbing need I have.

Moy was our plumber and he was very professional and very competent. Moy was very prompt and worked diligently and did an amazing job and left my restroom spotless when he left. I looked at 5 different plumbers and I’m glad I went with 4M as they were the best value and craftsmanship!!!!

Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service.
