The plumber and his helper who came to my house were on time, replaced the garbage disposal quickly, were pleasant and professional, and I was charged exactly what I had been quoted. Which was about $100 less than another company quoted me. All the way around, I would totally recommend Chambliss and use them again for future plumbing issues.

City Base Plumbing is Now my go to Plumbing company.My water heater unfortunately developed a leak beyond repair. After being one of the companys suggested by my previous water heater, and a Souh San Antonio independent woman owned Plumbing Co., it was a no brainer to go with this company to replace my existing water heater instead of the over priced TV Plumbing Co.From the receptionist to the two estimates I received. No pressure to decide what I wanted. After I informed the reception that I had taken A-day off to get this done she was able to not only get a plumber but a additional plumber the Master plumber Angel to come earlier than expected to replace my water heater.Plumber David DeLeon and Master Plumber Angel replace my water heater with all new parts as requested and done in a 3 hour time period!!Not only was the job done in a timely manner but I also learned how to maintain and flush my new water heater so it can last a long time!Thank you City Base Plumbing Management for hiring great employees likeDavid and Angle!!

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Tietze Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater, and water purification/softener system. Their Master Plumber Robert Mesaros was outstanding with understanding our goals, and offering an option that is perfect for our home. This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

The young man named Joe was very professional and courteous. He was very detailed in explaining the issue and also in how he resolved it. I appreciate that he went beyond my expectations knowing that I would be inconvenienced on a weekend. He still kept his word and completed a 2nd job on a Sunday. I appreciate excellent customer service from this company. Highly recommended!

They arrived just in time, make a correct diagnosis and fixed right away...

This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose. Odds are you're getting overcharged somewhere else. Thank you Nathan and team at Chavarria's Plumbing for helping when no one else seemed to care.

Super honest and helpful.

My parents are getting up there in years and their home needed an entire unit. Since their home is one of those older Ray Ellison homes, this required all new duct work also. The staff at Guarantee Plumbing made my parents so comfortable. They got them a great system that was efficient and would help out on their monthly electric bills. They did an amazing amount of work in a week's time. One of my mom's complaints was that it was always to hot in their back bedroom. We had to call the guys out a few days later to balance it out because she was getting cold in her room in the middle of the day. For my mom, that was heaven!

Murray Plumbing has been Responsive and helpful with our move into a new home that Murray installed all Plumbing. Gabby in the office was responsive and got a plumber to our home quickly. The Service and response time is unmatched by other trades and Plumbers.

I gave them a three * because they did the work quickly and professionally however when they installed my AC and heating unit the heating kit was broken. They told me they would order the kit and be back out to replace it. However several months later I had not heard back from them so I had to call and remind them of the broken part on a brand new unit. They then told me they had to order it which they already said that’s what they were doing in the first place, about a week later came and replaced it. This was in January. I called them the middle of February because they were calling and sending me reminders stating I needed my maintenance so I didn’t void my extended warranty. Again.... they were just out less than a month and a half earlier. When I called I was told I needed my spring maintenance the following month which I just had BOTH summer and winter in January on a brand new unit since it wasn’t able to be done when the unit was installed. I just feel like I’m getting the runaround now. All their phone holds and their ads all say they “treat you like family”. I’m sorry but my family would never treat me like this they would actually take the time to call me and make sure that something I just paid $6000 to $7000 for was indeed working. Other than that everything was ok. I’ve used them for plumbing, a new water softener AND a heating cooling unit but after this I may start looking for someone that values my business. I will say they are polite however polite BS is still BS

My husband and I are first time homeowners and clueless when it comes to basic home repairs/upkeep. Our water was shut off for a day before we moved in, and since it was turned back on one of the toilet tanks wouldn't refill after flushing. Worried about creating a bigger issue if we tried to resolve it ourselves, we contacted PlumbSmart. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Roger came out to help, and immediately detected the problem...a very simple fix of turning a valve. Better yet, he didn't make me feel dumb and refused to charge anything. Will definitely go back to them for future plumbing needs.
