It took the gentleman (Lee) 2.5 hours to repair a foot of pipe which amounted to a $500 bill. When I walked out to see how it was going, Lee was sitting in his truck looking at his tablet. He commented on my neighbor's hogs. Oh, but the job was finished already so I have no idea how long it really took.For comparison, a well repair company (Texan Water) replaced a pump and repaired several feet of pipe in less than 2 hours for about $400. This fellow focused on the job and got it done.Can't say I recommend George Plumbing company due to their slow repair and vague billing practices.

Selected Chambliss from the Nextdoor app simply because they had the most likes. They came same-day and replaced my Pressure Release Valve (household psi was up to 140), even explained my internal water pipes and gave me an overview of my hot water heaters. They were very professional, extremely nice, and explained every step of the way. Chambliss will definitely be on my call list.

The plumber was great, very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The willingness to come out twice on a weekend was greatly appreciated. Although this was an emergency and on a weekend, the cost seemed too high.

Waste of time calling a plumber who doesn't want to dig to find a clog in a system. The plumber stood around with his arms crossed while my husband crawled around to find clogged pipe.

My experience was excellent. My dog was coming in from the backyard with muddy paws although no rain for weeks or watering in back. I found a puddle that kept filling in the yard. Having used Will’s on other occasions, I knew they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Andrew arrived on time, dug to find pipe with leak. He showed it to me, gave me a price, and fixed it assisted by Anthony. They were both totally professional, and I am delighted with the result. Will definitely hire Will’s again.

If you call Premier Plumbing be aware that sales guy will show up, not the plumber. We called them to un-clog a drain, Austin showed up and gave us a quote to clear the drain. He also gave us an estimate for installing a clear-out closer to the house - because he said there was not one near the house. We agreed to this. Upon installing the clear out, they ran a camara and found a cracked pipe under the the house. They gave us an estimate for the pipe repair. We also agreed to fix that.After a day of digging under the house, they said it would take more digging than expected and now wanted to charge $2,500 on top of the original pipe-repair estimate. Even if it was true that the needed to dig more, they are the ones who underestimated the work. In the process of working on the pipe issue, we found that it was a clear-out ACTUALLY close to the building that they overlooked. We asked them to not charge us for the additional clear-out because there was an existing one that they overlooked, they lied that they installed the clear-out due to the cracked pipe but in the original estimate they stated clear-out was needed due to proximity. They were not even aware of the cracked pipe when they quoted us for the clear-out. On top of all this, this is a multi-family home and they completely ignored safety concerns. they left the hole they were digging completely exposed. We called Austin on a Wednesday about these concerns and he promised to put something over the hole. We arrived Monday and nothing was done. Huge liability. Roland's service is professional, courteous, timely, and reasonably priced. They have come to the house twice. The first time was to unclog a bathtub drain. The second time, Darren and Eli came over to unclog a sink drain, replace some sink piping, and tune up a toilet. I recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

My mother had a problem with her water pressure and Marc and his brother came out and changed their schedule to repair it right away. They were awesome and knowledgeable and explained everything to us before and during the repair. They went above and beyond any other company we previously dealt with.
