Technician Shawn Jackson listened to my description of the shower drain issue and then immediately began working to solve the problem. However when it wasn't a simple clogged drain he didn't give up, but investigated further and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate that he explained the issues throughout the process. I will definitely call on him again for any plumbing problems.

Neighbor just asked me if I knew a good plumber and I had just the company to recommend. It was then I realized I never wrote a review for this most excellent company. And it's been nearly 2 years since Chambliss replaced my main water line from my house to the meter at the street. Their estimate was waaaay below competitors. Sometimes this can be a red flag, but not with Chambliss. Deric was the main guy, I believe. He had to cut about 16 inches off my driveway for several feet. You can barely tell it was cut. They came when they said they would, worked very quickly, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. And the price was VERY reasonable. Great company!

When we called 1st Call Plumbing this morning, we did not expect them to come within hours of the phone call. We were given a time frame between 2-4 but Bob and his partner showed up 3 hours prior. They assessed the situation and determined that we needed a new water heater. Considering what we saw, we expected this to be the case. So a pipe in my wall started leaking. I first called the big company that rhymes with Robo Looter. They missed our first appointment no call no show. Then our second appointment they rescheduled for a day later without telling me. So then I called Premier. John was very helpful, and found the problem almost immediately. He also gave me some great ideas on some future projects that I have planned. Best of all he showed up when he said he would. I will be using Premier again-stay away from Robo Looter

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Alvin was our plumber and truly went above and beyond. Our water heater went out and he came out that evening. Even after getting a blowout tire on the way. He was nice enough to call me and let me know the situation and that he would still come by after fixing his tire. Unfortunately the time he arrived I had just left to pick up my kids and he still waited and finished the job that night. I don't think he left till 9pm! Amazing work ethic and great attitude. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Chris and Fernando came in, was able to quickly identify the problem and help resolve the issue in a quick manner. Professional, Clean and considerate. They has dust shoes to not bring in any dirt or anything into my home or disturb my wood floors, they both had on face masks and were very professional.

Had a new tankless water heater install my old one went out. A&M Plumbing were so professional from the beginning to the end of service. Had to wait couple of days for the tank to come in but they updated with status from the time the tank was look at until it was install. Mark, who install the tank really know his job. He was so great at installing and I learn a lot about my tank from him. Thanks for awesome job.

I had a leaking hot water heater and Rick came out to check it. Turns out I needed a new system, and he helped stop the leak until I had time to schedule the replacement. As dismaying as it was to have to replace two residential water heaters, Chavarria's two servicemen were the best and made the whole thing more than tolerable. They were extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated their patience as I asked 100 questions. They also made sure they cleaned up any mess.
