Not only did Fernando offer to come out to my rescue at MIDNIGHT due to a drainage backup but his pricing was great! I decided to hold out until the next day which happened to be 4th of July! Their company was closed but by a show of good grace he came out anyways and assessed the pipes and drains and determined my drainage pipes were full of rocks due to kids playing one day. We went over pricing and once the job was finished he waived the service fee so all I had to pay was the repair costs! He was professional and absolutely generous and kind. Upon finishing the repair he brought his camera down into the pipes to confirm with me that the rocks were removed and the pipes are all clear. I’ll definitely be calling Fernando for future help if I run into another plumbing issue. I’ve already recommended them to a neighbor and i highly recommend Ambition Plumbing to you, they’re great!

Great service at an affordable price

My parents are getting up there in years and their home needed an entire unit. Since their home is one of those older Ray Ellison homes, this required all new duct work also. The staff at Guarantee Plumbing made my parents so comfortable. They got them a great system that was efficient and would help out on their monthly electric bills. They did an amazing amount of work in a week's time. One of my mom's complaints was that it was always to hot in their back bedroom. We had to call the guys out a few days later to balance it out because she was getting cold in her room in the middle of the day. For my mom, that was heaven!

From the moment I first interact with Josh he displayed a high quality of customer service. If all Murray Plumbing employees have the same skills set and customer service awareness then the company will reach any level it desires.

Mr Joe Gomez visited our home on a call to check out our a/c unit. I was very impressed with his thoroughness in troubleshooting the issue. He kept us informed and was very helpful with tips going forward. I was so impressed, I requested a link to review his performance. I thought I was getting a survey with questions but only received a link to google and Facebook, since I don’t do Facebook, I reviewed Joe Gomez on Google. I certainly hope he gets credit for a job well done.

Incredibly rude people that come out to your house during weekdays. My neighbor and I both use them and every time they come the block not only the driveway but the entire curb around our houses. Once I stood outside for 10 minutes holding my trashcan in my driveway as the man looked at me and did paper work. I had to actually ask him to move his car. Not to mention they take FOREVER when performing a service. Something that should take half an hour tops takes almost twice that. The service man who works during the week is extremely rude. I recommend if possible you ask for a weekend service. The person who came out on Saturday (Josh) was much more kind and quick then the person I have dealt with on weekdays.
