I was asked to review my experience with the Road Runner employees who performed a job for which I requested the need.I'd like to first say that Road Runner Plumbing is very reputable, competitive, prompt, engaging and family owned and operated. This says a lot about their success and continuing growth.Frank Rochas and his colleague showed up promptly and introduced very professionally. As expected from knowledgeable professionals, they completed formal introductions and proceeded into: (1) the need to know where the issue was, (2) the evaluation of the specific plumbing layout of the home and (3) a prediagnosis of the solution.Per Company policies and procedures, Frank performed exemplary and proceeded to give their best to solve our issue. Although the task was difficult, Frank and his colleague remained professional, cordial and communicative. It was a good experience and Road Runner deserves accolades for traits that propel a company to greater accomplished and deserved recognition.A final word about the owners, if I may. Chris and Kathy Copeland are genuine people and are very responsive to their customers. We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

I have called upon People's Choice Plumbing on several occasions and they have always provided top-level professional service, from diagnosing a problem to completing its resolution. They are excellent at communicating what the problem is, and what options exist for correcting it, then performing any necessary repairs promptly. And they do all of this for a fair price. Among the services they have provided for us includes the repair of a leak in the yard (caused by root damage), replacing both a water softener and our water heaters, and diagnosing and fixing a faulty valve in the house. I recommend them as a first option for any home plumbing emergency.
