#1 Plumber Service of San Antonio. Not only were they professional but I called with an emergency and they came out that very same day. I was given a very reasonable and affordable quote (price range) up front and it wasn’t out of this world like other plumbing companies. I will definitely use and refer American Auger Plumbing in the future!

I would recommend getting a second opinion after a quote from this company if the price seems high for the service being proposed, and make sure to ask questions about the work involved to fix your issue. My shower head became almost impossible to turn, so we called Blue Frog Plumbing. The technician told us he knew what needed to be done and it’d be $600. I asked what the part cost and he said about $40, so the rest was labor. Okay, so this must take a while for $520 of Labor right? Wrong. He said it would take as little as 20 minutes but up to two hours if there were problems. So I asked if we could start with a lower price and pay more IF there were problems? He said no and that the price was so high IN CASE problems arose, which does not make sense to me because what if problems didn’t arise? Too bad still $600. We told him we needed to do more research and ended up buying the part ourselves. My boyfriend bought the part and the tool. $60. He has absolutely no plumbing experience and fixed the problem in 25 minutes. I think quoting $600 for a job like this is taking advantage of people. I seriously could not believe they wanted to charge us $600 for a job that could potentially take them 20 minutes. Please get a second opinion before saying yes. Also at Home Depot they said these only need to be fixed every 20 years when the plumber told us we would need to do this every 2-3 years. Be careful and don’t be preyed on.

Aaron, I was on site every day Peter and Nick worked on Strings Dr. for D. Sedgwick. While Peter was great, Nick chose to kick in the drywall (rather than cut it) to gain access to run the drain line. It makes the repair in that particular access point unnecessarily much more difficult to repair. Had Peter not been there to stop him, I would have sent Nick packing and told him never to return. Additionally, one day they were running 2 hrs later than Peter told me. I called your office to find out an ETA on the guys. Amanda said she'd call Peter and call me back. She never did. An hour later I called back in and Amanda answered the phone. It was only after I reminded her she was supposed to call me back, that she provided me with the estimated ETA on the guys. Nick kicking in drywall isn't acceptable. Amanda not following through with what she said isn't acceptable. Period.

I can't say enough about how 1st Call has restored my faith in great quality work from a local small business. From the beginning to the end of our project everyone we worked with was very informative, polite and professional. I truly felt like JJ, Oscar, Ryan and everyone there treated us like family. They responded quickly to any concerns we had and were so patient with our endless questions. With the holidays approaching I was nervous things wouldn't be completed on time but they heard my concern and made it happen with days to spare. I am so grateful for each of them and will be working with them on all of our future plumbing needs. If you want it done right this is the team you want.

Texas All Pro Plumbing made the mark with me by providing same day service needed at an affordable price. Everyone from my initial call with the dispatcher to my experience with John, the Technician was awesome. They were easy to talk to and did everything they said the would, same day even! I also received an after service call from their Customer Service Representative the next day to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and my problem was resolved. My husband and I are very pleased with the overall experience we had with this company, Julian and Diego were very polite and got the work done in a timely manner. They made sure my floor and bathroom counters were covered and taken care of before staring the job. I’m super happy we ended up going with roadrunner plumbing. This young man that was dispatched to our house was incredible! I believe his name is Sam James. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the plumbing problems and fixed everything that we had requested from the company. If it where up to me, for future references if anything happens to our home that needs professional plumbing attention, I would only wants Sam James dispatched to us. He built a friendly customer rapport with us and will welcome him to our home anytime of need.

These guys are great! I Had another company cancel on me at the last second and Fernando from ambition came out within 2 hours of calling. Had the pipe repaired and my water back on in less then hour! Highly recommend

What can I say that has not previously been said by prior reviewers. In a day and age where attention to the customer experience seems to be deteriorating, this company stands out. In every way (Quality, Value, Responsiveness, Punctuality) they were there for work on one of our rental properties. We have definitely added them to our vendor list to handle our plumbing needs.

Showed up on time and did exelent work at a fair price and cleaned up after finishing which other companies Ive used did not. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Alamo Plumbing! I would recommend them to my friends and family! There staff is knowledgeable, and they came the same day! We had an issue with the City (saws) and a sewer leak, and they took care of the paperwork need to appease SAWS, and even called in the report to SAWS! Thank you Alamo Plumbing!

These guys are quick to rip you off and get very confrontational if you question them about it.

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

David is amazing. He is so efficient and honest. And very nice on top of that. After the job was completed, you'd never even know he was there. Everything nice and tidy. Used People's Choice twice now, once for a leak from the copper pipe to our dishwasher, second time for a clog in the drain line to our washer. Both times the problem was repaired quickly and on time, at a very reasonable price. Would very highly recommend, and believe me, I don't ever take the time to write reviews!
