I usually read reviews before I make my choice in anything. My wife called another company to come out and look at our sewer problem before I called Mr. Rooter. It was another known company but customer service wasn't there, no courtesy calls before arriving. They started off in the wrong foot .Then we called Mr. Rooter and they set us up with an appointment with a window time. On the day of we received a courtesy call that tech was on the way and they even send you a text and email with the techs name and picture of them , you can track his location with that also. Tech arrived Larry H. Has the best customer service , he was thorough and explained ever thing to us before hand and even during the process. I will foresure recommend Mr. Rooter along with Larry if I can . Keep up the good work Larry ....

It cost me $695.00 to fix a 3 foot pipe and replace the hose bib. They were the only ones to respond on Saturday.

Needed a plumbing company to repair a faucet in our Church’s kitchen. I contacted them for an appointment. Everyone was extremely professional. They inspected the pipes and cutoff valves under the sink and found the other areas that were causing our continued water leaks (old corroded pipes) Raul and Rigo did an EXCELLENT job. I had Big City out in January when I accidentally destroyed my water main. They showed up when they said, I got a text prior to them coming and they fixed the issue quickly and improved the piping/shut off vs what was originally there. And the cost was very fair. Fast forward a month, and water is flowing out of my shut off box again... First thought is one of the new connections must have failed. Called Big City again, and they were out within 8 hours. Took a look and this time, it was on the City's side, so they called SAWS for me, shook hands and they were on their way. No charge for the service call because it POSSIBLY could have been the prior repair. These guys are serious about customer service. To all the people who think you can't find honest, reliable service folks, call Big City Plumbing.

This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose. Odds are you're getting overcharged somewhere else. Thank you Nathan and team at Chavarria's Plumbing for helping when no one else seemed to care.

Guarantee plumbing “cleared” a blockage for us in January only to find out that they only pushed back the blockage deeper into the drain line and now we cannot use our shower. We called to inform them but they are wanting to charge us anyway. This is a service they did not fix and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We spent over $800 for them to fix our issue only to cause another problem. Very disappointed with this company. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.
