Had a clean out replaced and the installation of water cut off valve to the house. They are very professional, thorough, kind and know what they are doing, plus they clean after themselves. We are in property management and we use George's plumbing for all our plumbing needs. This was the first time at my personal residence for such a big job...I am impressed even more!! We made a call to Mr Rooter in San Antonio and explained that it was for my 94 and 90year old in-laws. We were so so pleased with the promptness, competence, kindness and pricing of the job. Our technician was Carlos Medellin and he ranks as the number ONE best ever. He showed compassion, and we knew immediately that he was honest and knowledgeable. Our whole family is grateful and will definitely be repeat customers of Mr. Rooter and hopefully Carlos.

Wow! I'm not one to leave a review but I was so totally impressed with Chris at Will's all pro. Scheduling was a breeze, he came on time (I even got a courtesy call). He was professional, thorough, and even told me how to fix a few of our problems myself. He drafted up a written estimate from his iPad and emailed it to me before he even left. We are selling our home and completing repairs and I've had about 8 different contractors in and out of here over the passed several days. He stood out way above the rest.

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

At 4:58 p.m. I scheduled a request for his company online via A.H.S., same day at 5pm he was able to schedule me in for the very next morning. Not only is he punctual but he provided me with a 15 min advance text. He provided service on 2/22/2020 and just an hour after he leaves I made sure to take the time to acknowledge his work. Highly recommend Fernando above all companies and I plan to use him in the future!

As a first time home owner, I was having an issue with the water heater & a constant leak so naturally I was pretty worried that the leak was filling up a bucket enough for me to constantly empty out the bucket. My home warranty company that issued the original plumbing company was not taking the urgency into consideration since I had to do the follow-ups and also that they were No-Shows on both appointments they scheduled. I called Gill Plumbing Services and it was an immediate response and same day visit with in 20 min to half an hour!! The problem was temporarily fixed since it was later in the day near closing hours. Gill Plumbing said they can do a complete installation with the proper sized water heater and bring it all up to code. The problem was immediately repaired the following morning at 9am as he said he would. My experience was beyond my expectations and the customer service was outstanding!! It’s rare to find good reputable companies that care about what they do, are knowledgeable, have great customer service & do quality work. I am thankful for the work done on my home & I will use Gill Plumbing for all my future needs for my new home. The gentleman were very professional from beginning to end. Thank you both so much for coming out and doing a wonderful job!!

I called yesterday around noon and they said they would be out between 5pm-6pm, Joe called at 6pm said was stuck in traffic-he arrived about 6:15pm, he checked for 2 clogged drains-was able to show my husband the issue and how to fix it with a simple part-the other drain was fine....we were very happy with his service and would definitely use them again-they could've easily took advantage of a simple solution but instead were very honest-knowledgeable and courteous...nice going Joe!
