Great Service - Very High Cost and no Credit Card Payment? Prompt and professional service but $175 for a 10 minute very minor electrical fix seems way too high. It took the electrician longer to write up the invoice than it took to solve the problem and the demand to pay in cash or check seems a little strange in the day of Square. It is hard to complain about results and the problem was fixed in short order but the lack of payment options and high cost for a quick fix made this less than a satisfactory experience.

Had a special from Angie's list. Sunbelt had problems installing the fan/lightcouldn't get the light to work properly. Had to request they return to fix the light which they did .. nice follow thru. Unfortunately, the remote's receiver was not working properly and had to be replaced. Kudos for Sunbelt they return and try to fix the light.

Henry proposed the best solution for our needs, and Ray did a great job doing the install. Everyone was prompt, on time, communicative, and did what they said when they said they'd do it! We'll definitely be calling them next time we need electrical work done!

Excellent service at a fair price. Less than half of the cost of the first estimate received, and another 4 companies were in the same high range before getting the Citywide quote. I'm so glad I randomly contacted Citywide for one more estimate!Isaac also provided the best explanation of the work required and why. Coordinated with CPS for a new airiel service install, kept me informed of what was going on with that and didn't push the complete home re-wire other companies claimed we desperately needed!I strongly recommend Citywide for any electrical work you may need.

Wonderful work accomplished, top-notch! Very impressed with their entire operation from the time we called for an estimate through to the finished product. (Had two external light timers and a new outlet installed.)
