Jake and his Partner got here exactly in the time frame they quoted the day before and 30 minutes before they arrived someone called and texted to let me know that they would be here. They used foot covers were very clean. They were very courteous and quiet for A-day sleeper. I told them my issue They let me know what would be required and they were correct, they finished the job solved my issue if we have problems in the future we will give them a call. Quick and efficient now I can enjoy the rest of my day before I have to go to my next job. There is nothing more precious than time.

Alex was very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with the AC Unit at my mother in laws house. He checked in on her and even offered to let her borrow a window unit until the repairs could be made later that week. Initially we thought we needed to replace the whole unit but once they realized it was a smaller issue they were honest and informed us that we didn't need a new unit. Edit 08/22: drain pan leaked through my ceiling a 2nd time. Apparently it still must be unlevel. The tech said last time it was due to installation, let's see what it is this time.Edit 5/20: changed to 3 stars after dealing with ac issues.My new house wasn't kept very well so it figures I would need a new ac unit after it stopped turning on. I trusted Aramendia with previous plumbing work so of course I called them. I did not like that a sales associate came with the tech not even knowing my issues. The tech didnt tell us what made it stop working but did tell us it was at the end if its life,dirty and old.(it was) We NEEDED this done so we went with them even though it was the price of putting a small car in my attic. Then they contracted the work to be done by a different company. If their own people cant do installations how can I trust that they arent just selling new units and not bothering to try to fix any issues. I like having a new unit despite the price that has a warranty but I am disappointed with the process. To top it off the contractors left my attic door off and said Aramendia were the ones to send someone to fix it.*******Plumbing yes, AC no!******I'm very lucky to have found these guys, After dealing with sketchy plumbers with horrible reviews from my home warranty. Aramendia did the work correctly, at half the price and didnt have to cut into my wall like the last plumbers wanted to do. I've had them come out the day before Thanksgiving to replace my 14 yr old water heater and Greg did a great job and we quickly had hot water again. Now I just had Rey and Justin come out for clogged pipes and plumbing done wrong for cheap I guess and they were very nice and knowledgeable. I have not felt like they're just trying to get the most money from me especially since I've just bought a new home and dont want to spend on things the previous idiots ignored. We used Comfort-Air. affiliated with Primo Plumbing. Air-conditioning and heating. Not plumbing.

The Goettl company is very expensive for the work they do! They will not give you a breakdown of the cost of services they provide which is a red flag. Do check around for other service providers before you choose Goettl! They are a big company with lots of overhead and their company prices reflect that fact! I will NEVER have them in my home again!!!

Alex came out on a Saturday night, fixed my air conditioner, he was prompt, professional and I'm extremely happy with the work done.

Robert located the issue with my A/C promptly and professionally. Perfect timing with the Texas weather heating up! I signed up to have them start servicing the unit twice a year. For $119, it is worth it to keep my air conditioner running smoothly!

Installed my Tesla charger and did all the wiring needed. Very responsive to my needs.Initially came out and installed plug because charger hadn’t arrived yet. Them came back and installed tesla brand wall charger at no cost and left the plug. Decently priced service. Good communication. Would highly recommend Eric Martinez and Evenflow.
